At one point I saw a server visibly holding back tears after being spoken to so harshly. It created such an uncomfortable atmosphere while trying to eat breakfast. The kitchen staff was also loudly cursing throughout the restaurant. It made the environment feel chaotic and hostile, especially considering there were kids around. Honestly, I didn't want to hear that either while trying to enjoy a meal. Manager Kim also came across as snarky and arrogant toward staff, which completely put me off. The attitude from management overall seemed toxic and dismissive. The food itself was fine -- nothing special, but reasonably priced. Unfortunately, decent prices don't make up for the environment. I also witnessed staff openly talking badly about people behind their backs, which only added to the negativity.
