My husband And I came here in a Wednesday morning around 9:45am. Conveniently located in a shopping center. There was no line, but a good crowd of people, which where already seated. The worker was very nice and I asked him what he liked to eat there. He recommended the BLT on the Jalapeño bagel (I had the last jalapeño bagel). My husband ordered the same thing on the pepper Jack bagel. I also ordered the small chai tea latte. We sat ourselves. The bagels were AMAZING! They were toasted to perfection and the bagel almost melted away! The bacon was nice and crispy and it had the perfect amount of mayonnaise, tomato, and lettuce. I work construction and travel all over the Bay Area. Wherever I'm at I always look for a bagel street cafe. For many years I have been a regular at the Tracy, Dublin and Pleasanton location. I'm glad that I got to eat at the other three first. If the Brentwood and Antioch locations were the first I have eaten at I would never eat at a bagel street again. The food at this location was just ok you can tell they don't take their time when prepping food here. This location is also extremely overpriced. In Dublin I pay $10 for the same thing that cost me $15.25 here. It was 15.25 for a bagel sandwich. No wonder why the store is empty. Other location I visit have a line all day. Bagel street is family owned and I love that about this place. Wish they would run this one like the others. Changing me review to one star from two stars. When I got to work and finish drinking my soda I felt something crawling in my mouth then looked in my cup and it was full of ants. Drink never left my truck. Will not ever return to the bagel street out here. Pretty sad cause I love this family franchise. These guys need to go work in one of the bays area stores to see how it's done. read more

Good bagels, but they close very early, usually out of most bagels and be careful when buying the "dog bagels". They don't discriminate what goes in the bag unless you ask if they can make one with no dangerous to dogs ingredients (raisins, garlic, jalapeño, etc). So I have been here a few times. For breakfast and for lunch. The bagels here are WAY better than Willy's, but the price you pay for these bagels is just not worth it. They are too expensive. If you live close and can afford to pay 10 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese then go right ahead. Service was quick and I was in and out in about 5 minutes for an egg &cheese sandwich and bagel with cream cheese. I liked their multi grain with veggie cream cheese-perfect amount of carbs prior to a long day hike. Lots of indoor seating if you choose to eat in. They also have coffee and tea as well as lunch bagels. Definitely will come back. Solid lunch spot. I always go for their open faced tuna melt with your choice of bagel (specialty bagels extra) and your choice of cheese. There's a good variety of bagels to choose from. So very rude, i went in, very happy, positive attitude and has some questions With every question she got more upset and when i finally picked what i wanted, which took like 2 minutes, i asked to add 2 veggies which irritated her obviously. The bagel sandwiches are fine but the service absolutely sucks especially by the woman who works the Saturday shift, the main sandwich maker, it appears. She is short and stocky and extremely rude to customers and fellow colleagues. She degrades them very loudly and it makes the whole establishment very uncomfortable. I ordered one breakfast sandwich and one lunch sandwich as well as two smoothies. And the cashier was having trouble with the machine so she asked her for help. She came over to help but was extremely rude and talking down to her saying stuff like come on girl get it together. And as I ordered a smoothie the cashier was looking for one of the ingredients and the rude woman kept yelling out look for this and that I can't do everything! It's like she made it a point to make her colleagues nervous. So nervous that the cashier forgot one of my smoothies and only made one. This woman is creating a very hostile work environment. And extremely uncomfortable for customers. She is not friendly, acts like to know it all, and condescending. This place is a complete rip-off! Be careful of hidden fees. I got two Eggwich with Meat & Cheese breakfast sandwiches. It starts at $8.50 but they charge $0.50 for "specialty bagel" which is basically a plain bagel with a piece of cheese on top, $1.50 for croissant instead bagel, and $4 for adding two extremely thin pieces of bacon. Pathetic! Total came out to ~$15 for croissant sandwich with extra bacon and ~$10 for pesto bagel sandwich. The sandwiches were so tiny as though it was meant for a small child. Tiny enough to belong on the dollar menu at McDonald's. Also, the customer service at this place was subpar. I highly recommend going to Willy's Bagel down the block instead. So much better in every way. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. You can get the Ultimate Breakfast which has egg, bacon, ham, sausage, and cheese on any bagel for ~$9. It was very quiet inside with only one guy studying over in a corner and two employees working. I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich with Everything on an Asiago Cheese Bagel. It was so good. Way better than I had ever expected. Everything means lettuce, tomato, purple onion, peppercinnis, mayo, sprouts, deli mustard, and pickles slices. Then the bagel was toasted. It was heavenly. I'm trying to think of a way to go back and get another one. They also have a fish tank with pictures of the fish inside and their names shown so you know thier names. First I've got to say how crazy it is that I live in Tracy and usually Hit The Bagel Street Cafe out there I get almost the same sandwich at least every other day and pay $9.47 for a three meet breakfast sandwich on toasted bagel. Had to go to Brentwood today so I stopped at The Bagel Street Cafe there and for the same sandwich they wanted to charge me almost $15. I ended up just getting a one meater which was the same price I pay in Tracy for a 3 meater. I wouldn't have a complaint because you either get it or you don't get it, right.... but when I go to open up my sandwich there's hardly any bacon in there and they didn't even toast the bagel...it was almost like they were pissed off I didn't want to pay $15 for a three meat sandwich and decided to give me a half a** made sandwhich. I don't want to think like that but the way companies are nowadays I find it hard to believe that I'm paying almost $10 for a small amount of meat and a half-made sandwich as in do you really not toast your bagels when you're making a breakfast sandwich?? I would think that's common sense but maybe it's not maybe some people like it not toasted but that's something they should ask. Or at least for now on I guess that's something I have to request. It was our 1st time here, it was really good. The lady who took our order for the sandwiches were really accommodating to what we wanted to change since it was our 1st time. We got coffee too; w/ an alternative milk. The lady who rung us up also made our coffee. She made it at 1st w/ the regular milk. Didn't realize it until after & notified us that she FORGOT the almond milk, then had an attitude when she had to remake our coffee. She was slamming things, & you can tell that she was mad, everyone could, even her other coworker. I paid extra for alternative milk, there's a reason why I asked for almond milk INSTEAD. Customer service up front needs a little work, also gloves need to be enforced especially when foods involved. I seen the lady rearrange the muffins w/ no gloves. Delicious spinach Asiago bagel with lox!!!! And the muffins are too good!!! . My favorite is the pistachio muffin, my son loves the orange pineapple and my daughter is nuts about the coco berry muffin. We eat here a lot lately because my kids adore the fresh baked dutch crunch egg and bacon combo sandwich, and really we love everything we get here. I had breakfast here yesterday. They have a big selection of bagel flavors, both sweet and savory. I have stopped here so many times but forget to check in. The Eggwich sandwich is a great option. You can choose any flavor of the bagels. They put scrambled eggs, bacon or ham and cheese. It's super cheesy goodness. I like the bacon version on the "Everything" bagel. A large section of cream cheese flavors that they make in house. My favorite is the Scallion cream cheese. I have also had their Pizza bagel. Good for kids. They sell day old bagels in bags as well as bagel chips. The chips are delicious for dipping into more cream cheese. They also have cookies, pastries and coffee. They make custom drinks too.
