Wished I could have given this location a higher rating. However. There is not a single wheelchair-accessible table available. Not one. A couple high tops and traditional booths, none with removable seats. High chairs were stacked in the hallway leading to the restrooms, preventing wheelchair users from accessing the restrooms. Please make your location ADA-compliant. Floor was extremely slippery with grease residue throughout the restaurant. A nice mop with hot water and a degreaser would do wonders to improve customer safety. Food was alright, service ok. Please make your location accessible to wheelchair users. read more

Just left out of there. While they close in about 30 minutes, I was shocked to see how disgusting the floor behind the counter was. Sticky and broken chips everywhere. I was still going to tough it out until I looked at both the black beans and the pinto beans that were as dry as the desert. The customer in front of me asked them to clean the grill but they insisted that it had just been cleaned. Not a chance. Props to the Willy's team members who weren't gruff with us when we stopped by this Buckhead location 15 minutes before closing. They were polite and efficiently got us on our way. I love the steak burrito. It's the most expensive protein at close to 10 bucks though the tastiest in my opinion. They were getting low on it (understandable, given the time) and didn't have a plastic bag to hold all the chips and burritos, no huge deal. However, I was able to easily redeem an offer while paying. This Willy's isn't the biggest size-wise but it's convenient, and you can find it in the Peachtree Square Shopping Center. Okay this location had to be thee BEST Willy's location yet! My gosh! It was so good. It's in a shopping plaza with Panera off of Peachtree road so pretty easy to get to. The server I'm not sure of his name but he was African American and had such great customer service ! I arrived at 1115 and the food was so fresh! It was so good like I could literally taste all the flavors. I got a Sinaloa chicken burrito with a strawberry lemonade and it was so good. The chips were fresh and off the grill. This Willy's has gone way down. Used to be good, now this is the worst location. Restaurant is filthy, food is not fresh, short staffed.

The food is always great. However the service is hit or miss depending on who is there. Typically younger workers. Today, my sister and I walked in and the female worker just looked at us (no greet or anything) and a male employee asked her to help (he seemed irritated at her laziness). She said SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP...Wow. They argued in front of us and it was very awkward and it pissed me off. Her work ethic was very poor during our time there. If the food wasn't already great by itself, I'd give one star. read more

Daytime staff is horrible. It was explained to me by the a former employee that the female daytime manager is teaching a lot of bad behaviors and creating a toxic environment. I'm not surprised as the staff seems scared and she is obviously legitimately rude to customers. Additionally, the ground beef has been old, dry, and caked together 100% of the time I go during the day. I'm going to reach out to corporate or the owner of the store but if you really need Willy's, I highly suggest going to another location or waiting until the evening. My dearest Willy's, I can no longer support you anymore. You haven't lived up to my expectations in awhile and I am tired of giving you chances. The food quality is not the same, you continue to leave off something on my order and your customer service has truly gone down the drain. Back in the day, I could always count on you with some of the most delicious Mexican fast food compared to the other places. However, I now count on the other places to provide me with the deliciousness. The food is now completely bland except for the chipotle pork or queso dip. The only 2 items on the menu that still taste good. Another issue that I have is how you continue to leave something off of my order. If I pay for "grande" I expect to receive all of what "grande" has to offer. Stop leaving things off! The customer service here has become unacceptable too. You catch an attitude when you aren't ready to order. Just give me a few mins to look at the menu. If I could rate you a 1/2 star that would be my honest opinion. Seems that most people are complaining about WIlly's simply because it's a chain. Get your mind of the gutter and consider this: the restaurant became a chain for a reason and in this case, the reason is awesome burritos and fresh ingredients. Is it authentic? of course not, but neither does it claim to be! I travel lots to the west coast and Willy's still remains one of my favorites. Only minor complaint is that the chips are just not that good. The salsa selection is superb and the selection of available ingredients is excellent. read more

I love where I live. There are many reasons why I love my 'hood but a BIG one is all the dining spots near me - as in, walking distance or a 3 min drive, near me. Sweet. And Willy's is one of them. My favorite burrito place for fast-casual picks. A burrito with cheese and all that stuff on top is great if you're dining in a restaurant, but for to-go, give me Willy's chicken or steak with added guac, hold the beans, and I'm a happy girl. This is my favorite Willy's location of all the ones I've been to. Maybe its because they have a manger here that OMG...makes me wanna do something to him...and he always looks at me like he would do it right back to me...but I digress to talke about the food itself. Its funny to me how people always comment that "it isnt authentic Mexican food"...duh.....so without sayin that...I will say...go for the super nachos with spicy chicken. Its my go to item here. I have tried the tacos and the kids have tried the burritos, nachos, salads, tacos etc. I like Willy's because its CLEAN with a capital CLEAN....there's never food from the other bins lapped over into the bin next to it or behind. The salsa is always fresh, and they dont charge you extra for every little thing like they do at MOES. If I had to choose between Willy's, Moes, or Chilpote....Willy's would win everytime. This location stays open until 10pm on weeknights, and you always see someone runnin in the door with about 5 mins to spare. The salsa bar is almost non-existant, and only contains 3 salsa Mild, Med, and Hot with some lemons and limes to go with...but normally the toppings they have added are enough where I dont need extra condiments. Willy's will also cater your party...and lets you fax in orders. The others may do this also...but Willy's seems to push it more IMO. read more

There was a literal SMUSHED bug in my drink and the manager looked at me & goes "okay what do you want me to do about it"..... if that response doesn't speak for the establishment itself, you can look at how dusty the actual restaurant is. I don't know why people go to the other guys who yell at them when they enter the establishment... they don't know what they are doing. This location is now just a couple of blocks from home, so I am here entirely too often. But it means I can dance through the menu more often. Salads and burritos and nachos and tacos, oh my. It just depends on my whim that day. Luckily, my neighbors agree and we all often need a Willy's fix. Things I appreciate - consistency. The food is good quality every time. It doesn't matter if it is lunch or dinner. The staff - super friendly and attentive; they always take proper care to prep my food as I ask and my food is always perfect. My personal favorite is the cilantro garlic steak, but the chipotle pork is also super tasty. I usually end up getting a burrito with rice and black beans (always add the queso) or a salad. The Willy's standard salad is good, but the fajita steak salad is always a winner. I usually get chips with it and turn it into my own taco salad or nacho-type dip. Either way, you really cannot go wrong. Eat-in, take it to go, you'll be a happy camper. Also, they have beer! read more

I went here a while back after reading that Willy's was supposed to be one of the top ten Mexican restaurants in Atlanta. If that is true, that is not really saying much for the Mexican fare in Atlanta, especially considering the Latin American population in here. Willy's is just a clone of Moe's, and Moe's (in my humble opinion) is just a crappy.version of Chipotle. The beans have no flavor whatsoever, the chips taste like fried styrofoam, and everything is bland, bland, bland. I guess it's better than eating McDonald's, but I'd rather buy a salad in a bag with some dressing than this crap. read more

This Willy's location used to be one of our regular pit stops. However, over the past few months, it's gone downhill. The staff is always friendly, but they always seem short-handed and have trouble juggling online and in-person orders. For example, I went in tonight and there were 2 people waiting on online orders and 6 or 7 people waiting in line. There were only 2 people working!! This has been the case the last several visits, with the wait and disorganization worsening each time. read more

This just like most other willy's is de-lish, fast, and friendly. I get a burrito in a bowl with black beans and no rice. Extra red peppers and every veggie available..(cucumbers, tomato, onion, cilantro, green pepper, and a squeeze of lime to be exact). I'll admit the dip, chips and quesadillas are so so good, but I tend to stick to my favorite carb-less wonder that is a willy's salad. But hey-- I just turned a stuff-your-face-with-a-burrito-and-cheese-dip place into a healthy little snack place. You're welcome. read more

I have lived in Atlanta for over 10 years now, and Willy's have been a weekly staple from the start. I currently live near the one in Buckhead but every location around town (I've been to all of them) is consistently an amazing burrito experience. I do occasionally change things up with a taco/soup combo in the winter, or the nachos. But the burrito is the way to go. I proposed to my wife over a Willy's burrito, it was the perfect compliment to her engagement ring. I digress. Their ingredients are always fresh, service always quick and friendly. I have perfected my order: steak burrito, no rice, light black beans, add as many fresh greens as will fit, sour cream and guac (which is a few cents extra, yes that is ok). If not for the Peachtree Road Race, I'd never have known about this Willy's. As I was running, I was blasted by a water cannon from someone, and then I realized that it was from a Willy's employee, and we were right in front of a Willy's location. Like in a Mentos commercial, his act of treason was forgiven with smiles and high fives, and I made a mental note of this particular location. While on assignment in Buckhead, I remembered it, and swung by for lunch. I have a deliberate tendency to take my lunches, staggered in order to avoid the most painful lunch rushes, and this experience was no exception. Given the size of the parking lot, and that 90% of Buckhead-ites can't drive to begin with, I can imagine the potential for headaches in this parking lot. The seating inside has small limitations, but again, as for someone like me that prefers to eat off-peak times, it's a non-issue, but given the popularity of all Willy's across the city, I'm fairly confident that this place is slammed between 11:30-1:30. Otherwise, same great food, same great service, and they did not skimp me on my Super Nachos. read more

I stop here about once every couple of weeks on my way to work. This is a small location but I always order mine to go and they move high volumes of people traffic thru quickly. I usually get the adobe chicken burrito bowl. It's similar to Moe's but their meats are seasoned better in my opinion. The pulled pork burrito is huge and tasty too. I always add queso for the free chips they provide because it's only right. After paying, I walk to their free salsa bar and mix the mild with hot in a to go salsa cup. It's as healthy as you make it. Sidebar- My custom adobe (spicy) chicken burrito bowl includes: Chix, black beans, rice, cilantro, cucumbers, a dab of sour cream, a pinch of cheese, a side of chipotle ranch, lettuce and salsa. They have many more toppings of course....waaay more than Chipotle. read more

Of all of the burrito QSRs in the area, Willy's is by far my favorite. We always pop into this Willy's location and take our food to go. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and there is never a long line. My husband loves the burrito while I opt for the chicken quesadilla. Of course, we always get a cheese dip (they have my favorite) and chips for the road. There is a wide selection of Coke products and beer, and they also sell King of Pops popsicles if you are looking for a sweet post-meal treat! From what I can tell, there is a plethora of seating and the booths are definitely large enough to pile in a whole family. I highly suggest this Willy's location, which is not only made great by the delicious food, but also by the extremely friendly staff who value their customers and treat them with respect. read more

Matches Chipotle in quality. This Willey's location is located in the same Buckhead shopping plaza where Pier One Imports and Panera Bread share the same real estate. The establishment is clean, tidy and the personnel are friendly. They also have fresh ingredients which I were surprising impressed by. I usually purchase the Adobe Chicken loaded with rice, pinto beans, cilantro, sour cream, salsa, cheese and tomatoes. The chicken is marinated in spicy adobe red sauce and it give you a nice little kick. I have also feasted on the Sinaloa Chicken which is also is marinated in orange juice, garlic and spices. The final product is a HUGE burrito! The meals come with chips and their salsa bar is great. Grab a tea and you're on your way. This place and Chipotle are closely matched when it comes to quality and cleanliness read more
