Came here because of the good reviews and we were in the area. We needed something quick and easy. We got a few build your own bowls and I feel like that is the way to go. This location is Amazing! The food is so different, and in different. I mean it's really good, the customer service is awesome too. The workers there are fast and friendly to the absolute best. Tried to get an Adobe burrito and one for my son. He doesn't like the bread so I asked if she could put in a bowl and just give him the kids size. They made it so difficult that I didn't even want the food. The guy in front of me they asked him for alternates since he wasn't getting beans, they didn't offer me anything and I got something similar. The guy I was asking him what the kids taco came with and he was looking at me as if I was crazy and but didn't treat anyone in front of me or behind me that way. Folks rave and go on and on about Chipoltle restaurant but give me Willys any day. A burrito is not just a burrito. It's a whole meal and then some. If you can eat all that they give you at one sitting then you are a pro. First of all their food is visually appealing. You order it how you like it with the toppings you want on your plate. Tomatoes, Grilled Onions and Peppers, Lettuce, Sour Cream, Rice, Black Beans, Guacamole and my favorite Cilantro Omg just heaven. One other thing they do not charge you for the Guacamole like Chipotle does and they provide chips and salsa. The food is bomb and I have zero complaints. $9 after tax. I have been a long-time patron of this location of Willys. A four star rating is usually considered good, but they would've earned an extra star (maybe more) if they would have continued online ordering being accepted at this location like they did at the beginning of the pandemic... it's most odd considering most, if not all, other Willys take online orders. The secret with Willys is knowing what to order. When you enter you start in a line similar to Subway and choose the ingredients for the burrito or bowl you want. All of their ingredients tend to be good quality but it depends how you mix them. I've learned not to add lettuce to my order else it becomes much too watery. The same with the "Bahia burrito plate" that has everything thrown in one tin and also gets soaked. OTOH the tofu here is much better than it has any right to be and certainly better than most Asian tofu restaurants I've tried. The steak they cook up is a good choice and is not usually as dry as the chicken choices. Their house salsa is exceptional and they have four types to choose from. The chips that accompany most entrees are light and crispy... definitely a cut above other restaurants and store bought chips. This Location is at Holcomb Bridge Road in a small shopping center on the right as you travel west, with a FedEx office next-door and a couple other small restaurants. read more

The pick up shelf was right next to the door and my order was ready to pick up and I was in and out in a matter of seconds! Though i think it might be easy for someone to steal an order from the shelf...I got the baja burrito with the adobe chicken with free chips. I didn't get any salsa on the side or on my food like I ordered online but it's okay because the food was still really good and didn't need any extra flavor. Vegan Friendly Review: Our last few visits to various Moe's have been a disaster so we decided to give Willy's a try while out in Gwinnett one Monday after work. It is the same concept as Moe's but we throughly enjoyed our first meal here. I was able to get a Vegan burrito with tofu and the wife loved her steak burrito. The size of the burritos was a great value and for a quick dining establishment the quality is great. We will be making more trips to Willy's moving forward! read more

Ever since my refrigerator died, about two weeks ago and was replaced, I have come to appreciate good and seemingly healthy fast-casual restaurants. My diet is pretty simple, grilled meat, vegetables and MAYBE rice and beans. Simple stuff. Moe's used to be my go-to but they failed miserably too many times. Chipotle is MUCH (as in MUY MUCHO) BETTER than Moe's but if you order in the app, never mind the scheduled pick-up time, you will wait 20+ minutes over time to get your food. Beyond annoying. So, today, I tried Willy's and WOW! Now, it is not Chipotle (definitely not Woe's...sorry...Moe's) but it is different and in a good way! First, the food is ready ON TIME. There is no waiting about, eating into your lunch time. The food is similarly priced with similar toppings but enough of a difference to make it interesting. The fresh and crispy tortilla chips are free. This is an added touch which they could easily sell but they do not charge for them. Moreover, this is a good restaurant for that Tex-Mex fast-casual gotta grab lunch like NOW experience. I will certainly come back and soon. read more

Oh my was I so wrong!!. after having 3/4th of it, I was full and satisfied.. but the taste kept me going on :-) They had these sauces on the side which added to the taste.. Like Chipotle, Willy's Mexicana Grill restaurants have been popping up all over town, I had Willy's for the first time last week and will definitely be going back for more. For about $2.00 I got a soft chicken taco with rice, beans, salsa and chips. It was pretty good, fresh and filling for lunch. Willy's has become quite the popular establishment in the past year because the line was coming out the door and we were forced to sit at the counter. While the counter was decent hopefully we'll get a booth next time. Willy's has burritos, salads, chips, tacos, quesadillas, sides and even breakfast. I come to this Willy's very often. Service is always fast and friendly, food is always good and fresh, restaurant itself could use a more frequent cleaning (floor and tables are almost always messy when I come in and the salsa station is usually low on salsa or messy), I feel as if the food is a little pricey compared to other competitors, but it's definitely worth it because I obviously keep going back. Between the steak burrito, steak quesadilla and steak tacos, either one is a great choice. The steak is never grisly like Moe's steak, there is a wide variety of toppings and sauces as well. (Juan or Jose, I can't remember his name) the manger at this location, I give a 100% when it comes to the customer service he provides. Definitely better then Moe's or Chipotle for sure. read more

I can't say enough good things about Willy's - with the demise of Tortilla's on Ponce there isn't much better in this style of "west coast" burrito. For those of you who haven't been, you basically select the meat or veggie as the main ingredient then choose from a multitude of delicious accoutrements. I ate often at the Willy's on Hammond back when I worked at Perimeter/Concourse. I often opt for the "healthier" salad - my choices are black beans, spicy chicken, lettuce, salsa fresca, shredded cheese, roasted corn, roasted red peppers, both types of jalapenos and cilantro, topped with chipotle dressing. I remember all this stuff because I ate at this location for lunch today - I'm so happy there's a Willy's close to where I work! You get chips with your main course (burrito, salad, etc) and a couple of salsas - try the habanero for a little kick (it's not super hot but is super good!). OK so the place isn't Tortilla's but for a local chain, it's much better that Shmoe's or many of the others. read more

I asked them twice where my order was and they said they were working on it -- but it was ALREADY DONE and sitting behind the counter. My daughter and I have been regulars for years. I don't like putting other similar restaurants down but Willy's is by far the best. I remember working at Wells and they catered for the Company and Wells Fargo money truck was there also. Leo was the owner of the company so we had Willy's for lunch and every employee including Temps received $200(in $1Bills). I wanted to like Willy's more. They certainly keep it nice, and the service is friendly, and the ingredients seem to be of decent quality...but the taste is just bland. I had a chicken bowl, and everything about it was meh. There are two choices of chicken - regular and spicy - and I ordered the regular because the spicy was a bit too spicy for my tastes - and the regular chicken doesn't have much flavor to it. Also, it seemed a bit overly moist or watery or something. Too bad it's not better -- I'm looking for a 2nd chicken bowl place for when I get sick of Chipotle, and Moe's just changed their chicken to be inedible. Will just have to keep looking. read more

I have been a customer many times and the food workers deserve a checkout person that does not lose sales. I stood in line to pay for my order. Was the third person in line. My food was waiting, as was I. So to have the cashier answer the phone, dawdle, go to the back while still talking on phone while I wait results in no sale and my leaving to go elsewhere. The least the person could have done was motion to me that they would be right back. I don't beg for places to take my money. Attitude problem needs to go. Went here last Friday and loved the food but what ticked me off was the way the manager talked to an employee when I was paying for my food. The worker looked like she was about 16 years old. She accidentally rung up my salad wrong and the manager said "what did you ring up because that is not what I told you to ring up. you can't just be ringing up anything you want to." His response was uncalled for. It was an accident and not that big of a deal to be calling out an employee in front of a customer. If you can't respect your employees then get out of the restaurant business and work somewhere else. Customer service extends to both your employees and the customers!! read more
