My wife had the flautas plate and I got the chimichangas plate, food was great well seasoned and the filling was very generous, lots of chicken, they came with a generous portion of rice and beans, a salad on the side with guacamole, tomatoes, sour cream over shredded lettuce. Mango margarita was delicious and well made with a good amount of tequila. Server and owner were very friendly and attentive at all times. The manager was great and I wish I had better things to say but the employee who took my order was new and training. Some things were awesome like their pizzabirria is not to be missed, and the salsa is very very good. The cheese dip was delicious To be fair to them we ordered to go... never as good as eating in. We ordered a lot of food 9 orders of fajitas. The chicken and The shrimp were good ...but the steak (we ordered rare /pink) was raw inedible and unbelievably fatty (60% fat 40% meat) the meat was completely unseasoned so we didn't even bother trying. Truly disappointing . If we were eating in we would have asked for it to be cooked . I specifically asked for no sour cream in or on anything and they put sour cream in the guacamole. Don't bother with their house special guac because it's not seasoned with salt or lime, too chunky and more tomato and onion than avocado. guacamole has a creamy texture and this didn't. The people who could eat dairy/sour cream ate their regular guacamole and said it was tasty. I asked for everything to be separated and no cheese on anything and the beans were served with cheese. Again the people in my family who are dairy free couldn't eat it. If I hadn't been so specific while ordering, I wouldn't even hesitate to give this Restaurant an extra star. But I made sure when I walked in to ask if somebody had reviewed the order to make sure there was no dairy in anything. They also assured me that the new server had looked at everything and made sure that there was no dairy added, that anything dairy was on the side. I went to this place because of an event. It was literally the worst dining experience I have ever had. We (3 of us) placed our order before other tables and waited over 45mins before our food arrived. Meanwhile, other tables were getting their food. When our food did come, the tacos were unseasoned and bland, the burrito was dry and the wings were very fatty,. I ate absolutely nothing. My Mango Margarita was delicious. I asked for a fork 4 separate times and it never came. The servers and manager were very nice, but there's only so many times you can say, "I'm sorry" and still never give me a fork. I asked the server what came with the tacos or burrito, she said, "I'm new...I don't know," and she just stood there. I have never complained about a restaurant, but this one needs lots of work. Wow. This place buries Rreal Tacos or anywhere else, on every front. All delicious. The best customer service -- the sweet lady opened my takeout bag to show me everything and explain the different salsas , and basically walked me to my car. She had a huge smile and was expressing gratitude, really just made me feel good leaving. We paid $90, including a $10 tip. This is for two people but we both got specialty drinks, queso, house guac (huge portion), quesabirrias (huge), rice and beans (full plate). So definitely pricier than a taco truck or hole-in-the-wall, but I will say for sure you're getting a bigger portion. The meat inside the pizza birria was much more than I'm used to with other restaurants. The food is unbeatable. Quesabirria is lethal. House guac and salsas are great, the dark smoky/spicy one is top tier. The queso dip was a little bland, I would get one with chorizo or more peppers next time. It was VERY cheesy. Chips are nice dark corn chips but not too thick. The horchata. Even authentic spots in Norcross, which are also good, they will use powdered horchata or whatever. Not La Industria -- you can instantly tell it's made from scratch, it's the best one I've ever had. My girlfriend agreed as a horchata connoisseur. They have like 5 brand new-looking slot machines in the back. I didn't get alcohol but I'd bet they pour heavy. Seems like they could do a great dance floor or events, music etc, more than enough space. Im a little troubled by the fact that the 3 times I have picked up, I have not seen really anyone at all in there eating. My bestfriend was in town and we had to get something to eat before I dropped her to the hotel. La Industria popped up on my Yelp search as I was looking to see what was open. As such, I decided to head on over. La Industria was easy to find as it is right off the main road. There was ample parking as it sits in the shopping center. Walking in, the space is hugeeeeee and the setup is really cute and presents a simple design. The server was very pleasant and took us to our seats immediately. Once seated, we scrolled through the menu which had ample options. As we scrolled, our chips and salsa arrived as we could munch as we decided on our meal. When our waiter arrived, I decided on the Birria Tacos plate. I placed my order, the waiter took our menus and we waited on our food. As we waited, we were able to take in the ambiance. The music set the tone for a nice vibe and engaging atmosphere. Once my food arrived I was ready to devour. The aroma alone let me know I was in for something good. Upon taking the first bite, I closed my eyes and I melted. The meat was tender. The shells were crispy. The onions and cilantro were fresh. The consomé was so good you could eat it all by itself. Bite after bite, everything about these tacos were amazing. La Industria provided an amazing experience and I will travel all the way to Peachtree Corners to get more of their tacos. read more

I've found myself coming back several times. The restaurant is in a shopping center with plenty of parking, and the interior is open, cute, and full of charming Mexican décor. All the staff is amazing--especially Ana. The menu isn't extensive, but it covers the basics at decent prices. My husband always sticks to the tacos, they've never been a miss for him, especially the costra/cheese ones. The birria tacos have good flavor, but the tortillas always fall apart. I've tried various dishes, and while none have been bad, they haven't been outstanding either. I did love the flautas, though--they've been my favorite so far. Since it's so close to us, I don't mind continuing to go back and try more items. The staff definitely helps make the experience better. read more

Had another great meal at La Industria. I ordered fish tacos - down at the bottom of their menu. The photo shows the wonderful tacos with tasty fish fillets and avocado. The toppings come separately so you can arrange the tacos to your liking. The beans in the larger dish on the left were also very tasty. Came by for dinner on a Friday night. Parking is free and the lot is huge so its very convenient. I ordered a Oaxacan Sunset cocktail which was delicious and a couple tacos. My favorite taco was the Al Pastor. Definitely the most authentic Al Pastor that I've had in Atlanta. We discovered this little place on a recent Valentine's Day margarita crawl where they were giving Salsa lessons. It's tucked away in the corner of the old Blockbuster strip mall off Holcomb Bridge Rd. In PTC. Sadly we were the only 4 top in the place on a Saturday night but we were happy to have the full attention of the staff. The restaurant has nice seating and lighting with a full service bar in the back. Started off with the Agua Fresca Cosmo. A wonderfully balanced cocktail with Jamaica flavor. The drink menu includes classics along with some unique concoctions like the Smoked Tamarind Sour. For dinner I had the chicken flautas which came with a healthy portion or rice and very tasty refried beans. Others in the group had the Birria Tacos and Pollo al Diablo. All were very fresh cooked to order and delicious. BTW the restaurant style tortilla chips and house salsa are free here unlike some other local Mexican joints that are starting to charge. We were more than satisfied with our visit. This place deserves a try. In an oversaturated market for Mexican, I encourage you to try.....even if it's just for the cocktails but....i hope you also stay for the food. read more
