Not the greatest acrylic fill I've had. Went here or out of convenience but I don't think I'll be returning. She was fairly quick but she knicked my cuticles on almost every finger. They aren't that even either. Some are thicker on one side of the nail than the other side. Some sides didn't even get acrylic so I'm sure they'll start peeling up and chipping soon. Charged me extra to change nail shape from coffin to square which takes no effort at all. Originally wanted a more almond shape which again would be no effort but was wanting to charge me even more than just the square. Not impressed by this place. Also just noticed that she didn't paint all that close to my cuticles. read more

My friends and I were in the area today and we were decided to have our nails done. Luckily, this place came up on yelp and we went straight here. We had the best services ever. All the ladies here work so thoroughly for our gel manicures and pedicures. Not to mention that the decor is beautiful and very clean. I found this new nail salon in the coupon book that came with the mail this week. Since it is near by I figured i'd give it a shot as the first nail salon I went to up here after leaving San Diego was disappointing to say the least. (you can find my review on them on the Nail Bar page). When I arrived to the Win Nails Spa I was greeted by the entire staff and the location was very neat, clean, and decorated nicely. The staff was very sweet and very attentive to detail. I had brought my coupons with me from the coupon book that came in the mail, and they inforned me that the ad company messed up their coupon badly, and I figured that was the case as nobody of good quality does a gel manicure for $16! That is insane! They were very apologetic. I was perfectly fine paying their normal rate, and let them know the misprint was no big deal as I didn't come just for the special. My gel manicure was great! I chose a nice baby pink from OPI. They took their time and were very giving with multiple coats of gel, not just one quick coat. They also use OPI and Gelish products which are both great for gel manicures. The take home bag of misc nail files and buffer are a great idea! Saves on costs to the business and is a nice way to show how sanitary they are. The lotion they use is very nice too, very lemony and pleasant. They also brought me a little treat of cookies and a chocolate and offered me a beverage. I felt right at home here! I am so happy to have found a great nail salon in the Lake Forest/Baker Ranch/Foothill Ranch area that is attentive, cairng, and not in a huge rush. The entire staff has a great personality and that goes a thousand miles along with great work! You won't be disappointed here. read more

I love this place! I called to see if they were open tonight and they said to come right in. Turns out, they actually stayed open past closing for me and one of the sweet technicians even came in on her day off to help with my manicure. That is service! The place is clean, modern and beautiful. This is the only place that can get my heels smooth! Seriously! I suffer from dry feet and I leave there with the softest feet ever and they stay that way for weeks. Everyone here is super nice and all very talented at nails. Dishonest Price Hustlers!!!! have visited this salon three times, but I'm done. Each time I've been there, I brought my young granddaughter (3 1/2 years old) with me. We both get pedicures and she also gets a manicure. They always try and upsell me on the pedicure, but that happens other places, too. On our second visit, they painted flowers on my granddaughter's feet without asking me. When I went to pay, they charged me $10 for the 2 flowers, on top of the price. Today, I went in, because they are clean, but we discussed price before we started. The girl said flowers again and quoted me a price. I agreed. When it was time to pay, she tried to charge me even more for the flowers, even though we had agreed on a price! I was not going to be gouged again. It's not worth it here. Go find somewhere else!! I've been going here for almost 3 years now and refuse to get my nails done anywhere else. The ladies are always welcoming and keep the salon very clean. They get pretty busy on the weekends and towards closing time during weekdays, so I recommend making an appointment. BUT sometimes you do have to wait a little even with an appointment but the wait is worth it. Recommend this salon 100%!! read more

Win nails spa was a great experience. I called to make an appointment and as soon as I walked in I was taken care of. My manicurist paid special attention to my gel manicure I'm getting to make sure my nails stay at my work convention. He was nice and made sure ever part of the manicure was fantastic and to make it even better he said if my nails crack to come back so he can fix it for me. I didn't get his name but he was the only guy there. And I don't usually pay to get my nails done but when I do I'm going here! read more

Came in for the grand opening. Excellent service. I was offered refreshments. They use lining in the for tub and clean utensils. I was given a baggie with a file and scrubbers to bring back next time. I brought in my own nail polish but I took note they have lots of colors. The lady was concerned my color was not good quality - it is OPI which is a brand they have. She said they only use quality products. I got the deluxe mani/pedi worth lavender - good quality shows worth those products as well. I would recommend this place and be coming back. read more

First time coming here. I was helped right away. As I sat down I was given water, crackers, chocolate. Then some lady came and showed me their specials for the day (which was a sugar scrub and something else). I did decline since I was short on time. But I did see the girl next to me get it and it looked like a good service (definitely trying it out next time). I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure done with two sets of designs $55( included the 20% off promo) They did take their time and didn't rush like other nail salons I have been to. I showed the guy doing my nails of a design on my phone and he was able to do it. :) The lady that did my pedicure was also really wonderful, she took her time and really did a great job with the design! I was given the nail file and the sponge they used on my pedicure to take home, which is a nice feature I also liked. All their tools were sanitize and came in a sealed package! Worst worst nail experience ever the lady was pulling my hands and arms around and was so aggressive she kept throwing the nail colors in my lap while I was sitting in the peduicare chair and when I asked for a nail ombre she threw the colors back at me and said pick one color only and grabbed my hand again whit the worse attitude this is just 5mins of the whole process I told her to stop touching me and I went to another place I didn't not reccomend this place AT ALL worse attitude!!!!! read more

The people here are extremely nice and very professional. I have gone here 3 times and my nails are completely destroyed, both of my pinky nails completely ripped in half, they gave me a fungus on my big toe and I had to spend over $200 just for the doctors appt and medication, my nails after having to take off my acrylics are lumpy and half of them are lifted off of my natural nail bed. I am so displeased and so upset. My nails have never looked so bad and they hurt everyday. I'm not sure if it was just some freak accident but I have never in 20 years had this happen. I gave two stars because of how sweet they are and how willing they are to fix any mistakes but I will definitely never be coming back and regret giving them a try in the first place. I am VERY disappointed in the upper lip wax that I received today...the wax was lukewarm and the lady who did it ended up having to use tweezers to get the hair that the wax did not remove...she was harsh however and now I have several spots that are irritated...one spot is even slightly bleeding from her tweezers. When I got home I put on my glasses to look at my upper lip and saw TONs of hairs that she missed. Thanks for nothing! I will not be returning to that place ever. read more

I called prior to coming here to see how much a gel take off was with a regular manicure. On the phone, I was told $20. I asked again and the lady said $20. I came in and the lady I got was a bit pushy. She asked if I wanted to do gel again, I said only manicure. She then asked if I wanted powder instead of the manicure. I said no, the manicure is fine. She asked me again, I SAID NO IM FINE! Then as she was taking off my gel, she offered lotion treatment. I just let her since she won't stop asking me to add on to what I wanted! She did not mention the price.. I mean, she was nice, but I came in for 2 things. I didn't need to get asked SEVERAL TIMES if I wanted additional services AFTER I said no. She did an okay job on my nails, but it is difficult to find someone extremely good since I'm pretty picky so not necessarily her fault. When she told me to pay, I was charged $30. I told her I was told $20 and asked if the lotion was $10. She said no, so I said fine. I think you guys need to be clear on the price you originally tell your clients! It's not a huge deal, but I expected something different (even with the lotion service which by the way was whatever ) they just put your hands in a bag filled with lotion... I could have just added lotion at home. Anyways, nice lady but I don't know if I would come back. Too pushy with the services and okay job on my nails. Maybe they do a better job when it's gel and not a regular manicure. read more

Went here on a Thursday night. The place is very clean, new and close to my home. The ladies greeted me right away with some chocolate and water. They did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Everything was sanitized and they did everything efficiently and took their time. I talked to both of them about their lives and children they were both so sweet, and friendly. I really enjoyed my conversations with them.
