There were not many patients in the waiting room and I did not see many patients leave the office. This made me curious. Why was the wait so long? Each time we came here, we waited for at least two hours after we checked in for our appointment. Each time, we were punctual. However, I learned that Dr. Joseph wasn't. He himself apologized for the long wait because he arrived to the office late, not 10 min, or even 30 min, but more like an hour or more. Initially, I gave the doctor the benefit of doubt. Things happen. However, this occurred again during the next several appointments. I felt bad for my mom who has Alzheimer's but I managed to help with her restlessness.
