Ask him for "Amirah's flavor" when you visit. Jodeci is my favorite server. She's attentive and informative on the entire menu. I never have to think what I want to eat because Jodeci always has a suggestion waiting. Her smile and personality lights up the room and makes for a memorable experience. Sav is one of my favorite bartenders. She's quick, fun, easy to talk to and seems to always be in a good mood & smiling. Which is great when playing keno. I can sit at the bar for hours when she works. & not to mention I love her espresso martinis. Kyle is a new bartender at Cirtrus & he has quickly becoming one of my favorites as well. He's super friendly & just overall a cool dude. He can talk to you about anything and guarantee plenty of laughs. Now his specialty drink is an old fashion. Now to Hannah, the hostess. She's warm and friendly as soon as you walk through the door & still the same way as you are leaving. When it gets busy she is always helpful to her co-workers. I expected the space to be larger based on pictures I'd seen, but it was still plenty of seating with tables and around the bar. We chose to sit at the bar. The bartender took our order in a timely fashion. I ordered a peach maragaria and my friend ordered a pineapple mocktail. Since it was happy hour, I ordered the wings as well. They were decent. I really enjoyed the steak kabob plate tough, super flavorful and plenty of food for the price. I can see myself coming back time and time again if I'm in the area.

For drinks, I tried one of their seasonal Smoked Old Fashioned's (made with Buffalo Trace) which was pretty good and a good price ($13), as well as their frozen drinks (pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris, $15 each). Two different bartenders worked my drinks this trip and they both did a good job. We eventually had to leave the room and search for staff ourselves. Throughout the evening, no one checked on our room, our water glasses were never refilled, and we were essentially ignored once we were seated. The karaoke experience itself was also frustrating. They don't have YouTube Premium, so when songs had to be played through YouTube, everyone had to sit through ads before singing. That's not something I'd expect from a business that specializes in karaoke. To make matters worse, the restrooms were clogged, which was another disappointment during the evening. The staff knew we were celebrating a birthday. They brought in champagne and sang "Happy Birthday," which was a nice touch, but after that we received almost no service for the rest of the night. It felt more like checking a box than actually taking care of their guests. What made the experience especially disappointing is that Moonlight is more expensive than the other karaoke spots we usually visit. We chose it because we expected a premium experience for a special occasion, but instead we received some of the worst service we've experienced at any karaoke venue. For the price, I expected attentive staff, the ability to order food and drinks without chasing someone down, functioning restrooms, and a karaoke system that doesn't interrupt songs with YouTube ads.

He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

Always good food. I have been going here with my family for at least 10 years. The food is always consistent. Its good pub food ! My favorite here is breakfast, I enjoy the Eggs benedict , my brother loves the meat monster omelette its a big one with all the breakfast meats! My husband and son seem to have their favorites too....they always order the homemade chips with cajun seasoning as an appetizer and the buffalo chicken sliders. My daughter is a wild card she orders a wide variety. She is the pickiest among us too ! She is always satisfied here. I have to say this is probably my favorite casual neighborhood spot. They always have dinner specials which sound tasty and are reasonably priced . I would recommend Winchells. read more

Winchell's Pub & Grill is one of my favourite places in Las Vegas, and one reason it's the amazing Cuvee salad. The best i have ever eaten! Also , i come back for the San Francisco burger as well. The daily specials have never dissapointed me, delicious every time i went there. It's a really nice place for a late dinner or for a satisfying lunch. You can see each areas thru the glass windows inside. I joined my friend's @ the bar & decided to play some video poker & it ate my $40 and I didn't end up winning. I would have moved to a different machine if I wasn't there with my friend's. The bartender was Doc who was friendly & my friend Carlton was conversing with him about the sports. I'm glad my friends had come here since I've been eyeing the establishment after it opened whenever I would drive by it. I'd definitely come back & hope to have better luck gambling. We typically go here when we're craving a good steak but don't want to break the bank. They have a NY Strip steak that I'd put up against most Vegas steakhouses. They also serve it with some butter n garlicky asparagus and carrots. And for only $24.95, no other place can touch it. Although we were way too bloated for dessert, they do have a couple of amazing ones to try if you come here. The fried Oreos are deadly! Deep fried Oreo cookies with chocolate and caramel sauce with whipped cream. Their newest edition to the dessert menu is their best though. Butter Toffee Cake served warm with vanilla ice cream, candied pecans and whipped cream. Nothing else to say except yum. When asked about this was told " yes it's better if you have the card but I can let you order from there"? Ordered the brisket hash with poached eggs. Asked for eggs medium, to me that is firm white with soft to slight firm yolk. Needed to return as whites were on the under cooked side, think snotty. Problem was fixed promptly. Unfortunately the hash wasn't that good. The brisket had an old taste and tuff. Also I would ask for light oil. Wait staff was great, place was empty for breakfast time, but it is the new place in the Cadence Casino. It's a nice environment not up scale but not to sports barrie on the dinning room side. This is my second time trying this place just FYI.
