I didn't put this in the good or bad section because I know it has nothing to do with this specific location, and is a corporate issue. The Bad: This location has only one usable exit. The two entrances are one-way. You forgot a cart? Too bad, the alarm starts screaming. I'd be less annoyed with this if the only usable exit didn't have solicitors harassing me about their stupid political petition. They have been there almost every time I've gone for the past few months. That alone makes me not want to come back here. Shoppers should be able to perform their errands without having persistent jerks parked outside all day ready to spring on you with their political agenda. Yes I can ignore them, and I do, but the fact that Alberstsons allows them to be there makes it feel like they truly don't care about your shopping experience, and that they endorse their political agenda. I don't know what political side it is and I don't care, I shouldn't have to deal with that, and neither should you. On this same visit I then purchased Raos Roasted Garlic pasta Sauce' Good deal for $5 each!! Well, I asked cashier to make sure I got price of $5 (Friday deals) she checked and said yes. She goes reviews shelf returns with well the ones you got were bigger than the ones for $5 I have her take me to isle/shelf and she shows me price where I got my jars, which said $5 her response someone put larger ounces there!! Ok where I got my two jars there were still the larger jars there!! So looks like trickery to me!! Sadly many elderly people don't always pay attention (I do) This is NOT the first time this has happened!! Shame on Vons using these techniques of misleading customer's!! I think the supervisor was overwhelmed as there were other customers there for price adjustments! She tried being pleasant but I sensed her frustration! I am deeply disappointed with the Hemet Superstore. I started shopping on line with Walmart during…read morethe Covid Pandemic because they had pickup for groceries and prescriptions. I am a senior with limited income and COPD. I stayed with them after the pandemic was over. Since then I had to move my prescriptions because they stopped pickup. I took my prescriptions to the San Jacinto Supercenter because they have drive thru pharmacy. A few months ago they took down the shade for the cars in Pickup. Then they reduced the number of spaces for pickup. Today, in 97 degree heat I watched the employees bring out trays of 10-20 blue boxes at a time and set them under a shade. When I left there were still stacks of 20-30 boxes that were not picked up. I stopped ordering ice cream because it was melted by the time it got to my car, never mind the 30 drive home to put it in the freezer. I ordered fresh chicken on my purchase today. Had I been late to pick up I would be worried about salmonella. I have been buying my groceries there for 6 years. I am going somewhere else for groceries. My life is worth more than Walmart thinks. If I could give 0 stars I would.
