Over the last couple years. The service has gone downhill here. They are constantly getting new groomers and you don't have a consistent experience. At the time you get somebody who doesn't know what they're doing and the other half of the time it looks great but it's just not consistent. Now I went and visited with the owner there and got up charged for silly things that I've never been charged before before despite going there every month for probably five years. For longer appointments, such as baths, deshedding, etc.. they do require you to schedule an appointment. Our husky mix always smell so good whenever she gets a bath here. Since Morgan was only a few Months old we booked the Bath and Tidy service which includes a bath with premium shampoo and conditioner, a brush out, nail trim, anal gland expression and ear cleaning.
