From the beginning, WindoxFix was very responsive to our questions about installing screens on our casement windows. We were worried the screens would diminish the look of our landmarked windows, but we're really happy with the results. Color and style match the window style and paint. WindowFix were patient in explaining the process and answering our zillion questions. They did a careful site visit to measure the windows, and gave us options on how we wanted to mount the screens. (We chose inside the window frame.) Jaffar and Juan installed the screens with great care, the way one would if you were working in your own home. I came across Window Fix through a friend referral. I contacted them to set up an appointment for someone to come and measure my living room for new windows. The professionalism that I experienced from the call center to the technician that came to my house was great. I have never had to purchase windows before and was a bit nervous that the tech would try to overcharge me. Completely not the case. The tech was really educated about the products they sold and I felt completely comfortable in my purchase and the price I paid. I used Window-Fix for a complicated project replacing about a dozen expensive windows in a Landmark building. They were friendly, honest, and offered excellent pricing and faster delivery than the competition (I got bids from three firms). When their supplier made a mistake in the order they quickly replaced the sashes that were wrong with an apology. They consistently asked if there was anything that needed adjustment or attention. Ernie (the owner) is a real go-getter - he replies to emails almost instantly in most cases - and his crew is pleasant and efficient. I used window fix twice. Once to get my windows fixed when I was selling my co-op and once to get a glass table-top for my new table. Both times I received great service. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I live in Queens and the owner of company came out after a snow storm to measure my table for the table-top. I figured he would cancel since the weather was bad. He didn't. He was early, took his shoes off so he wouldn't track snow in my house, measured my table, played with my dogs, and was out of the house in 15 minutes. Their prices were reasonable. I'm surprised by all of these reviews because I had a great experience with them. Window Fix just installed hidden screen doors on my four french doors, and they were great. I was able to get a quick quote from them after they saw my windows. Then they came back as scheduled to install them. The installation team was super professional, fast, clean and really nice. I then had a small issue with the latch on one of my screens. I emailed Ernie this morning, he responded immediately, and I had a technician in my apartment to fix the issue within two hours. They are really a lovely company and I can't recommend them more highly. read more

Very professional window company. I had two windows I needed measured for screens. They said there would be a $45.00 estimate fee which is expected, but that if I booked the job with them, they would deduct that fee, which they did. The installers were just a little past there time but it's New York, there is traffic here. They were quick and very professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for windows or screens. read more

We have had and continue to have great experiences using Window Fix. I am a GC in Brooklyn and we use them for all of our replacement installs. They are professional, courteous, and reliable. I dont understand some of these posts but i can tell you that with at least 25 successful jobs under my belt using them they have never let me down. The only reason it could've been a 4 star review is because it was a bit expensive, but keep in mind I don't know what other's charge plus I tried 4 other companies and none of them do what we needed, weather stripping.
