I looked them up and they had great reviews, so I decided to go for it. I made an appointment and tried on my dress. We decided that I needed the dress brought in a bit at the waist but the rest of the dress was perfect. When I came back a week before my wedding for a final fitting, the dress fit perfectly and looked stunning. It made a huge difference! It was much more flattering. There was lace overlay, but you couldn't even tell the dress had ever been altered. The whole process was super easy, fast, and well-priced. We also decided to get my partner's suit rental through Sew More Couture. It was a great deal- you get measured and order the suit, Sew More Couture will do the alterations as needed for free, and then you drop off a day or two after your wedding. My partner's pocket square came in in the wrong color, but they managed to get one delivered the day before the wedding in the correct color for us. The jacket alterations they did also looked fantastic on him. Overall, we were really happy with Sew More Couture and would definitely recommended for weddings, or any other alterations needed! No proactive communication, no clear explanation--just excuses when I followed up. Despite the excessive delay and poor service, I was still expected to pay full price, as if everything went smoothly. No discount, no apology worth mentioning, no accountability. If you value your time, your belongings, or basic customer service, go somewhere else. Holding an item hostage for over a month and then charging full price is unacceptable. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Why give pick up dates in the first place if they are going to be so inaccurate. The last rug I dropped off beginning of October and I still haven't gotten it back and it's mid December. I've tried calling, during business hours, and they don't answer the phone and apparently don't check their voicemail because I have not received a call back. Very disappointed. I feel scammed out of a rug!
