I had a really great experience at this location . I came in because my car showed a reminder to replace the brake fluid, expecting I'd need to book an appointment or pay for a service. Instead, the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and got me help right away. The technician checked my car and told me I didn't actually need a brake fluid replacement. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things clearly without trying to upsell me. What stood out most was the honesty. A dealership had previously quoted me a high price for this service without mentioning it might not be necessary. Les Schwab chose to be upfront and helpful, and that really meant a lot. Pulled in to Windsor Les Schwab stood in line, probably 10 minute.. so, yes they were busy. But when I got to the counter the man who helped me ( uh, didn't help me) said it would have to be tomorrow. I'm looking at him like ok.. do I sleep in the parking lot?. He literally didn't care..I thought maybe, surely he knows more than me.. he would he just go out take a quick look and say you'll be safe to go on your way or something. Nope.. nothing. Today Ashlee, checked the air in my tires. It seems not only did the light to check the air pressure come on but the two front tires should be replaced soon. I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. About two weeks ago, I went to this same store with my boyfriend, and she also checked his tires. She found a nail in one of the tires. Ashlee, is very knowledgeable and professional. I guess it's fine if you like hanging around a tire store for 2.5 hours! My appointment was at 11:00; i finally got to the intake counter there at 11:24; only one person on duty! I was told the service would take a. hour. At 1:00 I went to the counter to check; they hadn't even taken the car in! I finally left at 1:30; I don't believe they had time to do all of the things they said they would perform like inspections and tire rotation. read more

They have always done great work when it comes to tire replacement and rotations. Use them for this 100%. However Daniel C should be fired, he is dishonest and the cancer that resides in the automotive repair industry. Might just be the one bad egg at this place. I took my 2019 Dodge Ram in for a simple tire rotation. Then Daniel had said that my drivers rear caliper was seized and the pads were almost metal to metal. That I would need to replace the rear rotors, pads, and calipers. Quoted me $1,400 and said I need to get it done right away or more damage will happen to the truck. Mind you, while I might look like a white collar worker, I have put new motors in cars, changed transmissions etc. the symptoms weren't adding up and I don't have jacks to do the job myself...So... I found Coogler's on Yelp and took it in for a second opinion. They said there is no seized caliper, the brakes look great and I have a ton of life left on them. My car was brought here after a minor accident where I drove over something. They checked only one tire rim. No inspection on the rest. Now finding out I need to replace two more rims due to the accident. If I had known this I would've bought a set of rims to bring to replace the remaining and saved $150. Now have to do all the work at a different shop after driving about 100 miles since then and lose out on discount for purchasing the set vs one rim only. They are also not willing to take photos during diagnostic for reference. They were nice and friendly, but otherwise would not suggest. read more

Les Schwab is awesome! I check my tire pressure religiously every month. This time one of my tires was 10 psi lower than the rest. I thought to myself that's odd. I checked the tread of said tire and saw the telltale sign of a nail in my tire. It was there a shiny metallic round dot surrounded by black tire tread. I did a quick search on my phone and found out this Les Schwab location was already open and a short two miles away. When I arrived I was helped promptly and was told my car would be ready in 1.5-2 hours. Sure enough my car was ready within time limits. Here's the best part: at the counter I was ready to pay for having my tire patched, but Les Schwab DID NOT CHARGE ME AT ALL. THIS TIRE REPAIR WAS COMPLIMENTARY! I couldn't believe it. He also did a very good job and very polite. He seems to me he be a good potential for management and also the women workers in the office. Went in with an appointment and a bunch of walk in were served before me, which is annoying. The reason I was there is due to slow leak in the tire. I asked them to look for nail or the cause of the leak. The attendant said he didn't find a nail and pumped it up to the standard weight. A week later the leak was back and I took it to another center, low and behold they found a giant screw. I don't think they even looked at the tire when I brought it to Les Schwab. I dropped my car off Friday for a flat tire repair. They did get it back to me within a reasonable time. Said I had half of my life left in my tires. The next day woke up with the same tire flat again. Went back Monday to have them look at it again and they came back saying I needed all 4 new tires because they were all pretty close to bald but recommended at least 2 new ones. Quoted me between $400-$600 for 2 tires! I decided to go to Costco where I got my tires from. They said I did need a new tire but the rest of my tires were completely fine. I've never had a great experience with Les Schwab but this has confirmed I will not be returning ever. Completely awful customer service. COSTCO FOR THE WIN AS USUAL! read more

Two flats during the month of July, which were due to a nail, and both times Tim was AMAZING in getting us back on the road w/in an hour or less. What a PROfessional group of people who totally understand it is not your ideal situation. Not a pleasant experience to see a fast reduction in tire pressure, and wonder what happened, then wait for repair, even though they offer free popcorn made in a real popper! This place closes at 6pm. I walked at 4:55pm to swap out my old tires for new ones... along with an alignment. I already purchased the new tires that need to be installed... they're in the back seat. The german woman with the heavy accent asked if they could help and I told her yes. I said I needed new tires and an alignment and so she called someone to help me. When the guy that came to help me started getting the process started with paperwork. ALL of a sudden the German woman said there is no more time. It would take too long so I said let's cancel the alignment and just do the tires... she grabbed the guy helping me and walked to the back and came back a few minutes later to tell me there's no time for that either...... If you ever come to this place be there when they open... otherwise they won't help you after their lunch break. read more

I wish I had better to say. It I made an appointment to get 4 tires put on my car and didn't get out of there for an hour and a half. They did not update me and I had to ask what was up. I saw my car sitting on the lift with the tires off for 45 min and no one working on it. If you are short staffed just let people know. I could have rescheduled. I do believe 90 min for 4 tires with no complications is excessive. read more

Wasted 5 hours at this poorly managed inconsiderate establishment, for what should and could have been a quick transaction. A screw in tire needed plug today on the vehicle I drove in and the intention of purchasing a set of tires for another vehicle to be scheduled for future install. Sat while countless other walk-in customers, with no appointments, had their vehicles serviced, while my simple service request was put on the back burner. No update or expected wait time given. Who does that? 8:30-1:30 I watched many customers come and go, was told I was next and watched 4 other cars go next instead. Ended up leaving with screw still in my tire and my bussiness taken elsewhere. 5 hours of my life that l will never get back. Never again will I consider or refer this waste of time. I came in about a half hour before they closed looking to see if they could fix the evil nail that made its way into my tire. The lady at the front desk said of course and it would be about 45 mins since they had an influx of people come in. I was surprised that they kept helping folks after they technically close. Jesse got me all the info. on what was going on with my "check tire pressure" light. He checked manufacturer's recommended numbers on the door and reset all my tire pressures down and within the lower recommended amount. He also checked wear, checked for any hazards, and checked the condition of their free patch job from 1 month earlier. He gave me the understanding on why my check tire pressure light kept coming on and recalibrated all 4 tires for me and assured me that my current tires were healthy and safe all for F R E E !!! I love the service, and the people here, and have had many things fixed and have purchased tires but..... When they mention all the "free" stuff, I have to correct that a bit. I bought two tires at $179.00 each only to find them at American Tire in Codding Town for $116.00 each, and at Tire Discounters for $88.00. After realizing I just paid at least $120.00 more than I needed to, as American Tire offers the same excellent coverage for flat tires, air, rotation etc, I contacted Les to see if they could offer me a discount. It was only $30.00 back. Lesson learned, free stuff is paid for by the super high mark up of each tire you buy here. Sad as I love this team. read more

Amazing customer service at this location. Started driving this morning and noticed the "Tire Pressure Low" light was on, checked the tire pressures and found the left rear tire low. Then noticed two nails imbedded in the tire. Drove the tire over to Les Schwab and they took me immediately and said it would be a couple hours. 90 minutes later the tire was repaired at NO CHARGE. The very friendly lady at the counter said no charge, remember us next time you need tires. Guess what, I will do exactly that. My Honda CRV will need tires by the end of the year and Les Schwab will get my business. Good prices, excellent puncture and wear warranties and great service. We called minutes before their closing about our low tire, and they allowed us to come in after closing time to check it out. We arrived and discovered the tire was actually punctured, and they (Ivan) offered to stay even later and fix it upon finding out we are from out of town and it's our only car. And as if that wasn't great enough, they patched up the tire and didn't charge us a cent! That's pretty incredible. Ivan picked up that were in town for something important and fixing the car was urgent, but little did he know how urgent and important... Ivan, we are here for the birth our twins by surrogate and we needed our car for the hospital this weekend. So, our experience with Ivan and this tire center turned out to be a huge blessing.
