We had a fantastic experience with everyone associated with this group. They were efficient with our time and therefore we got the most out of our day. We received a lot of information about the wineries as we were transported to the different locations. They planned once in a lifetime dinners for our large group and took many many pictures for us. I recently worked with Britt and Shelle to design a "bucket list" program to Napa for a high-value network group that included a high-end private wine tour visiting three amazing wineries, 5-star accommodations, and private dining at none other than The French Laundry. My group was in awe and utterly amazed at the experience they had EVERY step of the way. Words used to describe this program include superb, truly exquisite, over the top beautiful. I have now booked my third tip to Napa with Wine & Dine Events. They know what my groups want to do and see. I have them book groups as big as 100+ and as small as 6 people. Natalia , Britt and Shelle have been great to work with from private dinners at Stag's Leap FAY lake, to a private dinner dance at Inglenook with live band and five station Surf & Turf, Italian, six different salads and a Charcuterie table. Also included an Incredible delectable dessert table and cigar port bar. They offer options and handle Transportation, Lodging, Wine Tasting reservations and much much more. When you have a 100+ Guests they take all the stress off of you so you can enjoy the trip. A+++ Our VIRTUAL Wine & Cheese tasting event was a HUGE success! Everyone on my team had a wonderful time and enjoyed the expertly guided experience!  The owner Shelle is simply fabulous! She's a clear communicator with a great attitude and sense of humor.  Leading up to the event she was quick to reply to all my annoying emails with all my questions and requests and provided all the necessary details in a timely mannrt and just went WAY above and beyond in making the whole process enjoyable!  She even hand delivered some of the wine and cheese packages to ensure everyone received their goodies. The virtual party was so much fun!  It really worked so well as a group experience - we used google hangout / though could use zoom. They had 3 folks join our event to make sure it went perfectly!Brit, the facilitator kept us on track and laughing. He's a Gem! Adam (wine maker) was awesome and wickedly funny - learned alot about wine! And appreciate his edgy humor,David (cheese expert) was fabulously informative! He taught us how to really taste wine in all it's glory.  Brit even quizzed us near the end of our party to see if anyone was listening and not just drinking (lol) and they sent the winners prizes! Too cool! It was lovely and amusing to smile at all the fun banter between my co-workers and I can't wait to do another event whether in person or virtual (depending on COVID in 2021)  And They don't just do wine + Cheese tastings they offer so many virtual activities...Shelly and team - Can't thank you enough for making me look like a Star to my team - Everyone associated with this company is top notch.  See you in 2021! read more

Where do I begin. I have utilized Wine & Dine event services for about 2 years and they have assisted me in successfully creating a wonderful team experience from beginning to end. I have worked many times with Britt and his energy is not only infectious but his attention to detail and on hands support is truly helpful. I am only one person trying to take care of 12 - 16 execs and it does help when you have that additional support, even in the case of an emergency. One story that pops in my head is when our team stayed at the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz and one of our team members got sick. Britt drove him to the hospital because I needed to stay behind with the team and continue to take meeting minutes. He stayed with him till the very end until he was officially released to return back to the hotel. He kept me and my co-worker's wife informed of what was going on and tests that were going to need to be taken and how long the wait will be. Huge wait off my shoulders. On the bright side, in this trip he booked us on a tour in a catamaran where we got to see a great white shark. Super relaxing and loads of fun!! read more
