I used to store my wine at Wine Cellar Club, but I left because I found the owner, Steve Greenberg, rude and unappreciative of my business. But I do have a number of friends who still store wine here, and they occasionally invite me to their wine gatherings. Today was such a day. It was their annual holiday Champagne tasting, and I was invited as their guest to join in on the festivities. But a few minutes after arriving, Felicia Cochran, the customer service director, most likely at the bidding of Steve, pulled me aside to ask about the positive Yelp review I had written (two years ago) about Legend Cellars, which is their direct competitor. Apparently, Steve and Felicia did not like that review because when I confirmed that, yes, I had indeed written it, she promptly kicked me out. KICKED ME OUT! It was a petty, rude, and unprofessional thing to do. But at least now I know where the Grinch works. If anyone ever had any doubts about the rudeness of the management here, their behavior toward me today only confirms my previous statements. Of course, everyone in the room was outraged by their behavior. So we all packed up our things and took our tasting to Legend Cellars, which welcomed us with open arms. Not too long ago, I entertained the possibility of storing my wine here again, and one would think that Steve and Felicia would have taken this visit as an opportunity to win back my business by showing me just how hospitable they can be. But instead, they chose to take the low road. So that door of opportunity is now permanently closed. I just cannot support a business that thinks it can retaliate against someone based upon a Yelp review. If I ever have this much wine, I'm doing ok. We went with a friend to have a few glasses from his collection. Only annoyance was it was a nice day, hot actually so we sat on a little table they had outside. It was behind some shrubs, well off from the street. The owner came by, said we should keep a low profile, not run across the street with wine in hand (guess that happened in front of a cop) etc, because the cops had been paying closer attention. Then another gal. owner's GF I guess? wife? I dunno. came and played the nice, bad cop. shoo'ing is inside. Why have the tables set up outside then? Just bring it all in and don't make it look like sitting outside is ok. Otherwise it's a neat place for the wine types. read more

A great place to store your wine, but what is really exceptional about the Wine Cellar are the amenities provided and the customer service shown by all of the employees. Felicia is always smiling and ready to talk to every one of her customers. The men who work the floor are always willing to help at the drop of a dime and Steve will talk to you about any sort of wine. Not only is this wine storage, it's a club to belong to. There is a billiards room and a media lounge where sports games are often on and people to be found to hang out with. Wine tastings, both open to customers and available to be scheduled privately, are available, as well. Not to mention the Friday night get togethers and the parties. I am not a customer of this establishment, although I once was, and have currently been attending monthly tastings here for several years. These tastings have been hosted by a friend who does store his wine there - which in turn entitles him to use their facilities room for his own tasting functions. Today, we had a Champagne tasting scheduled. Unfortunately, this was interrupted early on by one of the owner's managers who asked one of our guests to leave the premises. Her demand was based upon his Yelp review authored two years previously which praised the merits of a competing local wine storage facility. We were stunned. How did someone even know WHO was here at our tasting, much less single them out? Apparently, we were being monitored on their ceiling-mounted camera - and they recognized someone they deemed undesirable. To the rest of us, asking our friend to leave was not only petty, it was an egregious attempt to screen our invitation list. We considered this unacceptable, and decided in solidarity to vacate the premises, taking all of our wine and food and leaving for a more friendly and hospitable venue. I will personally NEVER enter this facility again. Their narrow-minded business practices and vindictive tactics are appalling. read more

I have been storing my wine here for a number of years. Steve & Fely have been great with me and my friends. Our office is near here so we have several friends storing wine here. On extremely hot summer days, its nice to drink inside the cellar and on other occaisions its nice to use one of the many other rooms they have at normal temperatures. My company uses the media room every Chrstmas season and it has worked out perfect for us. Whats really nice about their services, is that you can have all your wine clubs or on line purchases shipped here and no need to worry about the UPS guy dropping it off in the hot sun at your house. We've been storing our wine here for over 10 years and have always been satisfied! Felicia particularly helped me with my short-term needs while we were going through a remodel and was more than fair with the price, location, etc. Unfortunately (!) we have more wine than we can store at home and the top 48 case lockers are a very economical way to make sure your wine is safe and well cared for. We thought about building in a large wine cellar at our home, but when we worked out the price over time, including electricity, it didn't make sense to do that as the Wine Cellar Club was much less expensive!
