We go to Wing Central quite often. It's a perfect place to watch a game as there's plenty of flat screen TVs and a projector. They have a huge variety of beer and their new cider on tap is delicious. We always start off with the fahrenheit fries which are waffle fries topped with spicy wing sauce, blue cheese and blue cheese crumbles. Also the burgers come with a generous amount of steak fries. A good place to stop if you're desperate and looking for something to fill your tummy. The wings are good but certainly not the best you'll have. Not only are they often over sauced leaving your fingers covered in delicious obnoxious goop, they are also quite small and more bone than meat. As for the rest of the menu I cannot state my claim for I have not fully explored all the options it has to offer. Me and some of my friends went to this restaurant on a Sunday to watch football. There wasn't football on any of the 20 or so tvs in that place. When we asked the server (woman) to turn on red zone, she put it on one tv for 5 minutes then exclaimed she didn't know how to use the remote. Then the tv that was playing the channel we requested was changed to wemons soccar and we had to watch football on one of our cell phones. That worked out for about 5 minutes until my friends dad called him and told him to stop using all the data on the family plan. The rodeo wings tasted like windex was sprayed on them. The girl gave me a weird smile everytime she asked if I wanted my cranberry juice refilled, and I know she was thinking about that joke from the movie the departed; this upset me. It's crazy how much this place has changed. The food portions have gotten so much smaller and its prices are really bad, not worth it anymore. This restaurant is usually great! I've been here before and the service is normally lacking and the food has usually been good. The last time We went we received fantastic service as well as great food! Our server was Natosha, and she went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. I have never been the type to yelp, but after last nights experience at wings I'm still very bothered. I ordered a chicken wrap and a metal screw literally fell out of it. After bringing it to the servers attention she asked if I wanted it re-made, I politely declined and saw her show the cook/guy in back who had little to no reaction. They explained I wouldn't have to pay for my meal (I was only a few bites in anyways) and that was the end of it. Just walked out a few minutes ago after waiting 25 minutes for wait staff. We had to sit at a dirty table and wait for it to be bussed which only became a problem after we had to ask 3 times for it to be cleaned. We have been here many times before and had generally good service but tonight it was appalling. The restaurant was not overly busy but the staff seemed more eager to chat with themselves than wait on us. They seemed like we were quite a bother, I think that's our last visit. Great service. Great food. Every place is hit and miss but these girls do a good job. Its basic bar food - cheese sticks and burgers. However, they make it their own with unique beverages. They have thus great Beer 101 where you try all 101 beer choices. On top of that, they have great drink specials and deals on different nights of the week. Do not set a high bar for this restaurant when you go in. Go here if you have hours to kill cause thats how long it will take. Normally we go to Bluerock but it was my husbands birthday and we had our little kiddos and his love for wings is so high that he wanted to celebrate there. Monday we walked in and got told to sit wherever we liked by Danica, didn't get greeted at our table for 20 minutes even though the server walked by us many times. Kept my receipt this time. When our server Danica, finally noticed us it took her another 10 minutes to get us our drinks. Then another 5-10 to get our order taken. I was a server before so I normally understand when it is busy, but it did not seem overwhelming at all. When we finally got our order, it was wrong and not as tasty as my husband would of hoped. We never got checked on after we got our food and our drinks were never refilled once. We had a couple friends sitting close and asked them how their experience was going and they even had a horrible experience. Danica was their server too and didn't bring one of the guys his water that he had asked for before they ordered until he only had a couple fries left from his dinner, they waited forever for beers and really hated their experience. When looking around it seemed like every table around us was experiencing the same thing. The other server, who I have never seen before, who was running around was a really skinny blonde with long hair who was helping all the tables that she walked by. She seemed to have it more together then our server. We watched a table who was greeted by Danica get up and leave because she was taking too much time to get to them and left, which is what we were hoping we did. I don't use yelp very often but this was my husbands birthday and something always seems to go wrong when we go here. Our friends were there the next night for the wing deal that Wing Central does and boy was it a mess. It must of been the three worst servers, or maybe their only servers now? Nichollete who we had have so many bad experiences with, Danica (the server we had the night before) and Mallory who was our server this time around, were on at wings that night and the place was a complete disaster and my husband and I could hear the couple next to us, who were very upset, who also watched get up and leave because our server Mallory never went back to them.. Our food was cold, but we couldn't tell our server or any other server that because there was no one around. Our drinks never got refilled, we never got checked on, and you could hear our server cussing under her breath if anyone asked for something. All three were running around like it was their first day or sitting down talking to their guy tables.... I just don't get it. Cooks were taking the tables around us their food which I guess is a plus and nice to see someone trying to make the customers happy. It just seems impossible for wings to do right now days, do they care that their waitresses are horrible and drive people away? Has to affect business with the tables we watch leave.The only good experience I have had recently was when Chelsea ran out and grabbed my family and asked us to come back in and she personally took really good care of us even though she was about to leave. She had to do this because the Nicollete never greeted us and was too busy with the guy tables around us or at the bar, which hasn't seem to change in the past two months. We were there for most of the night, and not by choice. It didn't seem that they got everything together until a women who I think to be their manager came in. She checked on us more in 5 minutes then our server did the whole time we were there. Like I said I was a waitress before so I try to be understanding when it is busy, but my family and friends feel that these three girls prioritize flirting and chatting with others rather then taking care of their customers. If you get any of these servers seriously don't chance it go to our other favorite restaurant, Roadhouse and see Kyra or the big guy bartender.. they take care of you and actually care about your experience. If you walk into wings and see Chelsea or Brittany then give it a shot. I know in a college town you can't keep all the same servers. My husband and I have been going to this restaurant since one of our favorite server Megan M. was working here but never has it been this many bad experiences one after the other. Of course you have your bad servers but normally you have good ones too. Every time we gone in we hoped Chelsea would be there since my kids and my family love her or if not her than someone that was as good as her bar that she set. Does she still work there? Or does Brittany? Because those two seem to be the only good two that they have had in years. Would be nice to have one of them serve my family again if they even are still employed at Wings. The food is bomb and the atmosphere is really fun and inviting. The food is fairly cheap and the wings were delicious. I also love that we can do the "100 beers" and we get our name on the wall if we complete them :) Kinda a fun way for college kids to keep coming back and trying beers. The one complaint I have is that just about every time I've been there my waitress has been ridiculously slow/rude. It seems like because these girls wear little outfits to work that they are entitled to be snobby to customers. I love Wing Central, the staff - not so much :) read more

I've been coming to Wings now for a few years. Never once can I remember a time with good service. Recently, I called in a to-go order and they said it'd be ready in about 10 minutes so I go to pick it up around 10 minutes later. Turns out my order was never put into the system. The waitress asked if there was anyway it was under another name or if I might have accidentally called the Seattle branch. I definitely called the right branch. This particular waitress wasn't super rude, just not particularly apologetic of the huge inconvenience. She placed the order again and told me it'd be about 10 minutes again. 30 minutes go by until I finally got my food. There was no apology. When i opened it up it wasn't even fresh. It had been sitting in the box for a while and was lukewarm. They should have made it a rush because of the inconvenience and not let it sit back in the kitchen waiting for me.
