Food was good. The sleezeballs were unique appetizer. It felt like you bit into small tasty mashed potatoes. We got the funky fries too and it was loaded with cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and tomato. The whole family got wings; mango habanero, garlic Parmesan and salt and vinegar. We enjoyed all of the flavors and were impressed with the size of the wings. The salt and vinegar could have more of the vinegar taste. The service was good and food came out fast. We came in a Sunday around 11:45am and were the first one seated. The tables are small for 4 people so we did move all the ketchup bottles and napkins off to the side. Music was good and what was playing on tv was decent for kids. Overall, we will return for the wings! We enjoyed it and can't wait to try the smoked wings. read more

Went in thinking it was going to be as great as the one in New Braunfels. Boy was I wrong. Queso (or whatever you would call that) served in a styrofoam bowl. Wings were breaded and mushy, because I have no clue why. Ate 3 and immediately felt sick. My daughter felt the same. She ordered queso Mac N Cheese. But wait! It gets better! Noodles with queso and some seasoning they kept putting in everything...SERVED IN A STYROFOAM BOWL! Hurried and paid, came home and we were both so sick. Do not go there. It was horrible. I generally sit at the bar/bar area (high top tables). I am a regular. I highly recommend the place. Nice ambiance. A cool, and unique, feature about this place: the music played is accompanied with the music video on a few screens. The music is good and varied between genre. The wings are very good. I recommend Blasphemous Bacon. It's like Hooters Daytona, but with bacon. They have a couple of good dry-rubs as well. They also have other menu options. If I'm not having the wings, I'm going for the smash burger and fries. I find it very clean and maintained. I get the criticism as it concerns service. It certainly could improve. I also wish management was more aware of what's on TV. Wing Daddy's positions itself as a sports bar. Management just puts ESPN (which sucks) on several TVs and think that the "sports" element in "sports bar" is established. I also wish they would put the volume on the game when appropriate. My rule of thumb: if more than 1/2 of your TVs (and there are several) are on the same game, then the volume should also be on the game. read more

RUDE and DISHONEST! Wing Daddy's on Bitters Road did not honor an online order on 6/21/26. Our kids went to pick it up and no one came to the front to "seat" of greet them at all. After a few minutes, they finally went to the bar to get someone and had to wait again for several minutes for someone to come out, then they were told it wasn't ready after already waiting 20 minutes PAST the order ready time. We t to wait in car for another 20 minutes and went back in after waiting and told again it was going to be 15-20 more minutes. Kids just left and called my husband to let him know what happened ed. Husband went to restaurant himself after our kids finally came home after the staff kept blowing them off despite the online order was paid for! This place continues to have a regular issue with rude or disinterested customer "service", not honoring each item ordered online (things left out) or being mindful of timeliness for orders. If rude staff and deceptive practices are your thing in a subpar restaurant, by all means, go to Wing Daddy's, but we WILL NEVER go back there. read more

We had dinner here this evening and to begin with the Cucumber Margarita was not frozen and didn't taste great. We had Mozarella sticks as an appetizer and they were cold and soggy. I ordered Cauliflower wings and they were so soggy and gross. My husband's wings were only seasoned on one side. The fries were the only good thing. The last time I ordered wings they were presented with an exorbitant amount of the Cajun sauce. Soaked and puddled in the basket. Today we asked that the chef properly coat the wings and this time I had a few tablespoons of General Tso's sauce and a lot of sesame seeds. All I could taste was sesame. Trash. The service is abismal. The food is expensive and just way overpriced for the quality you are presented. I had the ribeye steak sandwich. It was four small strips of meat on a bun. It looked sad. I also ordered the 6 shrimps a la carte and they arrived cold about 25 minutes later. The place is just trashy and dirty. I won't be back. It took 40 minutes to get the sandwich. Ordered: 8 piece boneless chicken bites Received: 7 boneless chicken bites and 1 SHRIMP disguised as a boneless chicken bite. Problem.... I'm allergic to shellfish. How was this problem addressed? It wasn't. The waitress took the remaining 2 chicken bites and the 1 culprit shrimp I had left and replaced it with 3 new chicken bites, and apologized. I advised her that management should get involved as such things like this could hurt and/or kill people.... she was polite and said the manager was aware. NEXT PROBLEM-- No manager addressed the situation, asked if I was ok, or even at a minimum came to the table to professionally apologize. I kindly paid my bill which was not discounted... and left. While luckily my allergy is far less severe than most, this is a not ok. A customers issue should always be addressed by a manager, especially one of this magnitude.... with at least an apology. We got the fried mushrooms and they just tasted like water, the cheese fries had a sink taste to them. The margaritas were awful, could only taste blended ice. The reason for one star is because the whole time my co worker & I sat drinking our beer & eating our food we could see one waitress apply her makeup for a good 20 min the other was smoking her vape and blowing her smoke out like nothing. I had been to Wing Daddy's Sauce House a few years back, around when they opened this location, and I remember enjoying it. I had recently been seeing signs advertising their wings so I decided to go back. We went in on Monday in the evening and we were seated immediately. Checked out the menu and decided to go with the 10 wings (5 cilantro lime and 5 ghost rush) and side of fries, my fiance got the riblets and fries, and we got a kid's cheeseburger and fries for my son. The first time I came, I ordered the riblets and the ghost rush wings so I was excited to have them again. +Got all flats for my wings. To start, i ordered 10 wings but as i was eating I happened to count them and realized I only got 9. Come ooooon man! I told my waitress and she quickly took care of it and came back with my lost single wing. The cilantro lime wings were decent. Slightly tangy, spicy, and had a good amount of cilantro sprinkled on top. Since I like cilantro I enjoyed this. I was excited about the ghost rush wings because I love ghost pepper and spice, but i was sadly disappointed. The flavor of the ghost wings were salty and had an overpowering flavor of black pepper. They did have a nice spicy kick though. +Our waitress asked my fiancee the doneness level she wanted her pork riblets, so of course she said well. I've never heard of cooking PORK riblets rare or any other way for that matter. They were brought out with no sauce, were dry and overcooked. She asked for BBQ sauce and it helped a little since they were pretty bland on their own. +My son's cheeseburger and fries were good. Good flavor from the beef and it was nice and cheesy. The fries were probably my favorite thing as they were crispy with a nice amount of salt and a good addition of pepper. Our waitress was friendly but the food was definitely disappointing. I think I've been to three or four different Wing Daddy's locations but I wind up at this one more than the rest because I just happen to all into the area the most. Servers are always friendly, drinks specials are cold and generous, and I've always received hot food. I dig that they have different specials most days out of the week. I think Monday is the buffalo shrimp special, Tuesday bone in wings, Wednesday the boneless wings, and Thirsty Thursdays are drink specials galore (that may also be the evening rib slablettes are on special but don't quote me on it) Regardless, whatever day of the week they're worth checking out. The 59 cent wings on Tuesday are my jam. The chicken is nice and crispy and there's hella sauce flavors to choose from. The margarita menu is pretty fun too, I've had most of the candy filled drinks and the one topped with a bomb pop was a real treat. You are better off going later in the evening rather than early. Service is mad slow during the dinner crowd but I normally shoot for after 7PM and I've never had a problem. read more

The food is good usually i get the chicken tenders with the tengasores sauce. Some pro's are that they offer a big selection of sauces for wings,chicken tenders, and shrimp. Costumer service is ok, it honestly really depends which girl you get. There are girls who are super nice , respectful, and take good care of the table how ever I have gotten girls who take 20 min in just bringing drinks and if you don't order that moment she is there it may take an other 20 min to get your food or girls who usually hang out on a table at the end of the restaurant and just talk or are in there phones completely forgetting about the costumers However, Prices are good for what you get.!if anyone things of come here it great and all just keep in mind you never really know the service you get. read more
