    Love to come hear for an early dinner on Wednesdays whenever I crave for a good grilled chicken. My grilled chicken in the barbie was cooked to perfection and the delicious sauce on the side perfectly complements this juicy and tender chicken breast. I started with a delicious serving of their coconut shrimp which I thought was overcooked (judging by its dark color when it was served) but no, it was just perfect, fresh from the frying pan and the equally mouth-watering dipping makes it more delicious. Darlene my server was very nice and attentive, checked-up on me several times to make sure she's available for anything else that I may need. Dining here around this time (after 2:30 to 3:30 pm) is nice since the lunch crowd are already gone and evening diners are not yet in. I Always enjoy this place around this time, just the right sound level of music and still homey feel in the dining area.

    So walking in on Saturday evening we were immediately greeted and seated. Our drink orders were taken and brought quickly. Our starter, steakhouse mac and cheese bites, was ordered and also arrived quickly. The consensus was they were a good start that would be ordered again. My wife ordered the strawberry and peach sangria, that was rated excellent and would be ordered again. Salads arrived next, and were average. Mine was missing onions. Once the main courses arrived, which seemed slightly delayed, especially by the timeframes all the other food and drinks were brought, we were quite ready to eat. Prime rib was really good, but not cooked to the order. The sirloin and blooming fried chicken was cooked as ordered and would be ordered again, but maybe without the chicken. That is something you have to be in the mood for. The sweet potato was excellent! Overall a very good experience. I will say I appreciated the more quiet atmosphere, and our server was great. I think their competition may have higher quality food by a small margin, but the atmosphere here was better here (unless you prefer loud to where conversation is difficult).

    We went to this location on Veterans Day. For this particular day, veterans get a free blooming onion and free drink with the purchase of a meal. We had a very nice server who explained that not only do veterans get this deal but their families do as well. Awesome! I ordered the Kings pasta that came with steak and shrimp. While the service was good, the same cannot be said about the food. The steak was tough and under seasoned and the pasta was bland and not cooked Al dente. The blooming onion and starter breads were delicious as always. I wouldn't make this a regular eating spot but they have decent veteran deals.

    Outstanding Service at Outback ~ Tonight my twin and I decided to treat ourselves and opted for an Outback experience. We entered the doors around 8 PM and were greeted warmly by our hostess. She seated us and within minutes, our waitress Belinda, with smiles and cheer came to our table. Her radiant smile and disposition set the mode for our meal as we settled in and ordered an entree of a Lobster tail and a 6 oz Steak accompanied by a sweet potato and broccoli. Belinda checked on us multiple times during our meal and kept the bread and lemonade coming. The bread was so soft and fluffy and she was never far away. We even got a glimpse of Stephen, the manager walking the floor. He was attending to another guest, but we had to stop him and tell him how awesome our experience was. He beamed with pride about his staff, but re reminded him that the culture comes from the top. When Belinda returned, we asked her to give our compliments to the Chef as our steak was prepared to a perfect medium rare. The food was piping hot and was in front of us before we knew it. To finish our experience, we decided to end the night with a cookie skillet and ice cream. I rarely dine out during the middle of the week, but I'm so glad we did. Javier, our Chef made coming out during the week a well needed treat. My compliments to the culture of this establishment that puts customer service and great food first. Highly recommended ~

    Our server was fantastic, but our meal left a LOT to be desired. I went to this Outback with a larger group not that long ago and we had a mixed experience. Our server, Daniel, was hecking phenomenal and went above and beyond in making sure our time there was one to remember. Some of our party were admittedly difficult to work with and he handled them with grace and kept working with us until everyone had what the wanted. My good sir, you were phenomenal. Unfortunately, the rest of the establishment wasn't on par with Daniel's level of awesome. Two of our group went to the restroom after we'd finished our meal and came back thoroughly grossed out by the state of it. One even had toilet paper stuck to her shoe as it was apparently all over the bathroom floor and unavoidable, and no matter how hard she tried she could not get it off. Whatever else was all over the floor had essentially sealed it to her shoe and it was beyond GROSS. When meals came out, one of our party received a burger with mold in her bun. She of course sent it back and the manager came out to address and rectify the disgusting mishap, but it was a considerable amount of mold and we were all disturbed by how much was in her meal. Needless to say, we all proceeded with caution. Before the bad stuff hit the fan, everything seemed okay. I ordered the Croc-tail and though it was fun to sip on, it wasn't anything special. It was fizzy and needed to be mixed a little bit to get that green apple flavor. I think the main appeal to this drink is the fact that it comes with a plastic Outback-stamped crocodile to take home. I dubbed mine CrocoDaniel in honor of our server. My meal was one of the later ones to make it to the table and at that point the mold had been spotted so I was very wary of my own plate. I'd ordered the Seared Pepper Ahi Tuna appetizer and a Baked Potato. The Baked Potato was once again okay but nothing special. There was minimal to no seasoning save chives, and the bacon bits and cheese were middle of the road in quality. I wish it had come with sour cream or the likes as it was a hefty potato with minimal toppings that left you with a lot of plain potato no matter how hard you tried to spread out the toppings. I honestly think my meal would have been better without having ordered it. The Seared Pepper Ahi Tuna scared me for a second as there was a green sheen on the tuna itself and it took me a moment to realize it was a wasabi rub and not in fact more mold. Keeping to the trend, it too was average. The wasabi rub, peppercorn along the seared edge, and orange sauce it came with did all of the work on this appetizer. I did not use the side of wasabi it came with as I thought the rub was enough, nor did I eat the bed of crappy and dry salad it came on as it wasn't appealing in the slightest. I don't know what was going on with this location as I've been to this one once or twice albeit a while ago, but I'd recommend steering clear while they get their stuff together. One thing is for sure, whatever they're paying Daniel, he deserves at least double. He's the only thing keeping me from giving this Outback a single star. 1 star cleanliness and food, 5 star service.

    Ribeye steak was on probably USDA choice or lower. Though the waitstaff was apologetic. I wonder if this was a one time thing.

    We've eaten here a couple of times now and we've found two things to be very consistent: first,…read morethe food quality is top notch. We tried the Whiskey-Soy BBQ wings and the sauce was just delectable and the wings nicely-sized. We tried the garlic knots and they were savory and practically melted in your mouth. And we tried the pizza and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and it's well worth the wait. So where do we lose stars? The other consistency is that the service is terrible. Often times there's no one positioned anywhere near the restaurant and you have to go find someone to get the ball rolling (i.e. drinks, silverware, menus). The first time, they explained that they had just opened and a lot of the staff had walked out - ok fine. The second time, there was no staff except the bar tenders so the bartender was out server and she was at the bar 90% of the time and at our table to take orders, drop off food and drop off the check -- other than that we didn't see her. No refills. No follow-up after the food was dropped off to see if everything looked and tasted okay, etc. My friend didn't even want to tip the server, but we've both worked in food services so after some back and forward exchange I was able to convince her to leave a decent amount. Lastly, I wish there was some consistency across the different restaurants inside of Embassy locations. I frequent the one over on the other side of town frequently and that one has a rewards program for frequent diners, yet that rewards program is only valid at that location, which seems weird. If every Embassy has a restaurant, why not just have a universal Embassy Diner's Club kind of thing, why is it that one location offers rewards and the others don't? Or maybe the solution is Hilton Honors club discounts -- I have that as well and if you're not staying in the hotel or trying to use the WiFi in the lobby it seems useless (which its worth noting in some locations even using this the WiFi doesn't connect because you can't get past the captive portal screen not loading).

When the hash browns came back, they still weren't hot enough, so unfortunately they didn't solve the problem. For me, the food itself actually had good flavor. I ordered the sausage biscuit with soft scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and a side of grits. The biscuit was good, the eggs were cooked just the way I like them, and the grits were honestly one of the best parts of the meal. They were creamy, had a great consistency, and were well-seasoned with really good flavor. If everything had been served hotter, I honestly think I would have loved my breakfast. My husband ordered a simple breakfast with eggs over medium, toast, sausage patties, and hash browns. I don't necessarily think the food itself was bad I think serving it cold completely changed his experience. What makes this especially disappointing is that we arrived shortly after opening, so we expected everything to be fresh and piping hot. I honestly don't know what happened that morning, but after waiting years to finally try Bobby's, it just didn't live up to the anticipation. The service was excellent, the food had good flavor, and I truly wanted to love this place. I just can't overlook being served a breakfast that wasn't hot, especially first thing in the morning. I hope this was just an off day because I'd like to believe our experience wasn't the norm.
