The best!! Came in here for the first time and was welcomed with a warm smile and probably the best customer service I've ever received. The interior is like a modern sports bar. Plenty of TVs and good lighting. Jenn let us take our time ordering and recommended the best items we could ask for. Way better than chains like Wings n Things or Wingstop. I don't like bleu cheese but theirs is made in house, Jenn gave us a sample and I'll never think twice about ordering their bleu cheese again. We got the Buffalo chicken salad with additional wings and mozzarella sticks. None of these items disappointed. The wings were extremely saucy as the cheese in the mozzarella sticks pulled, which I don't find often in mozzarella sticks. when they 1st opened, I was a regular customer, the food was good but the service was terrible, I stopped going because of the service that was provide, I recently went back and the service is still horrible. I did a take out order, they said it would be 8-12 minute, I showed up 15 minutes later and waited and additional 25 minutes to get my food, the chicken sandwich was terrible, I order some wings with mild sauce, I got home the wings were cover in oil, portions were tiny, staff was having a good time entertaining them selves, management should take a serious look in the staff. I called them and the girl who answered--and giggled the whole time like the staff was having a laugh over this--said it was someone else's and to bring it back, that they have ours. Excuse me?! I'm no Karen but sheesh. No apology, no offer to make up for all the above, just weird giggling while insisting we bring back opened food (I told her it was open!), and my husband had to drive back and get the allegedly correct order. I wouldn't put it past this mess of a place to try to give the open food to someone else! My husband said they made no effort to make it up to us in any way when he got there and believes the food wasn't even made fresh or kept warm after all that time. This place opened at the beginning of the year during COVID19 and we couldn't wait to try it. Today we went in and tried the Family Meal and it is a GREAT VALUE. We tried the Tropical Thunder, Teriyaki and the Lemon Pepper sauces on our wings. This meal came with lots of bread, soda, veggies and good home made ranch/bleu cheese. I have been to good restaurants, and I have been to great restaurants. But I have never been to a restaurant that expands my cultural horizons. If I could, I would give this establishment 6 stars, 5 for the establishment, and 1 for the star behind the grill. Like idiots, we placed an online order for Buffalo Chicken Wraps. We get to the location and obtain our order and notice what appears to be a treasure trove of culinary delights within our bag. This is certainly not the wrap we ordered, nor anything we have ever seen. My girlfriend stops me and says "we need to figure out what is going on", so we proceed to ask the hostess if we have the right order. She merely utters "you're in for a treat". After this, the music in the Wing Factory turns down low and the cook from behind the grill comes out to talk to us. He tells us that while we ordered Buffalo Chicken Wraps, he knew that we were ready for the upgrade of a century. He instead provided us with Buffalo Chicken "Flautas", the obviously superior alternative to a wrap. Everybody in the establishment started chanting "Flau - Ta, Flau - Ta". We were dumbfounded, but obviously grateful. To experience the culture of Mexico and learn about their long history of flautas is no small gift. We responded by noting that the menu shows many pictures of wraps, but no pictures of flautas. The cook responded, "The people of Rancho San Diego are not ready for the power of the flauta, so we hide our secret and only give it out to worthy recipients. You two now hold the history of the flauta in your hands. Use the power wisely". We asked where he learned the "gift of the flaut" as he called it, and he mentioned it was taught to him in the "Wing Empire", which has ruled the lower part of Mexico for the past 500 years.
