Tried them out today got 5 mango 5 Buffalo boneless combo. Was really disappointed in the quality. The wings were extremely hard and tough to eat. Ended up throwing my half of the order away because the Buffalo wings cut the top of my mouth it was so hard/ over fried the wings were sharp. My friend bit the skin off just to eat the chicken inside. Literally unedible. Think they might of been old and fried twice? Over made product and tried to resell old wings? $20 for the wings to literally cut the roof of my mouth. Bread sticks were cold and had two burnt hard breadsticks. Customer service was alright. Asked for ranch and blue cheese only got the ranch they forgot the blue. But The quality was definitely lacking, wasted $20 on food I couldn't eat will not be returning. We had our freshman football team dinner at the Wing Factory this past week, and I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Jen the Manager, and her friendly and efficient staff. About a week before our group event, I had reached out to Jen after having quite a few excellent meals from Wing Factory, to see if it would be possible to host our group of around 80 to 85 people. Jen was so helpful and accommodating in the planning of the event, that I was confident all would go well. We had about 80 people that all came in around the same time, after the boys practice, and they handled it great! The lines went quickly and food came out delicious with little wait time. Lots of different draft beer options which I love, great broad menu with almost anything you would crave. We ordered the bone on wings in mango habanero but also tested out the tropical thunder( soooo good!), and the atomic (hottest flavor very tasty and it opened Up my sinuses), the tenders and breadsticks in hot, the Buffalo salad was very crisp and crunchy, and the happy hour garlic fries, and mug of beer to really hit the spot lol. However, the second most recent time I went, it took over 30 minutes for one order of wings. I stopped going for a while, and hoped that it was a one-off bad experience, until today. I ordered a couple of orders of wings, and the wait was a little long, but not as bad as the last time. However, when I got home with my order, I discovered my wings still had feathers on them as if they hadn't been cleaned. Gross. I've been to good restaurants and I've been to not so good restaurants but I've never been to one where I said "Wow I need to leave this place a Yelp review". If I could, I would give them zero stars, which is too bad considering the food was actually pretty good. We placed an order online for chicken wings, tenders, and a Buffalo chicken wrap, pay online and head down to pick up the food. After seeing what is in our bag, we see what looks to be like a salad with some tortilla chips or something. We approach the hostess as we're thinking "ok no big deal people get orders mixed up all the time they'll make us a new one", right? WRONG! The hostess immediately says "I knew this wasn't what you ordered! I told him five times to make a chicken wrap, not the flautas!" And she storms to the back to bring the cook out. The cook proceeds to tell us that the flautas were what we ordered (I don't think there are even flautas on the menu?) and refuses to make us a wrap. I then point to a picture on the menu showing the wrap and he says no that is not what you ordered. We ask again if he can make us the wrap as that is what we ordered and he takes his phone out to call someone (his boss?) WHO APPARENTLY ALSO TELLS HIM NOT TO MAKE US A CHICKEN WRAP. OK... I guess we're not getting a chicken wrap. So we ask him for a refund, and he tells us "no I won't refund you, I made you what you ordered". Apparently the minimum wage (should be if he's not) cook also works at wing empire down the road and "they make buffalo chicken flautas there" so it inhibits his ability to make a Buffalo chicken wrap here. The hostess, who is also arguing with the cook the entire time, then calls her manager who says "yeah what's the big deal just make them a wrap". One manager says yes while another says absolutely no? At this point, we're annoyed and we sit down to eat the wings that we did order. After a few additional minutes of back and forward between the hostess and the cook, I guess the cook was so stubborn he refused to make us the wrap we ordered so they ultimately refunded us for the wrap (flautas?). It's too bad you tip before you pick your food up with online orders. I definitely wish I could take that back, plus I didn't even get that portion of my bill refunded. What a terrible, awkward, uncomfortable customer service experience. We for sure won't be going back here. If you do go, be careful ordering the Buffalo chicken wrap because it won't look (or be) anything close to what you think you're getting! read more

Restaurant was clean sanitized customer service was spot on, cashier recommended flavors told us what was most popular, she really engaged with us while we were figuring out what to order. There is indoor and out door seating, there are daily specials posted out front before walking in they have a kids menu. There portion sizes are huge, especially their breadsticks they are very large. The ribs are lathered well and fall apart easily. The bone in wings were big and flavorful, we just chose two flavors original hot and mango salsa which both were wonderful. Fries were a bit soggy but I just threw them in the air fryer at home and they were much better. Overall, I recommend coming here for lunch or dinner with the family/friends. read more
