YUM YUM YUM! This place is soooo underrated wow. Small kinda hole in the wall in van nuys. We were recommended to try and I'm so glad we did. Thai chilli- kinda like sweet chilli vibes with a light kick! 10/10 Teriyaki- pretty standard teriyaki wings no fault hit the spot! 10/10 Lemon pepper- perfectly crispy , great flavors! 10/10 Ate them with rice (which should be on the menu) and it was great. Air fried them the next day and it was still so yummy.

Great food and great service! Got their loaded fries. I received it and completely forgot it had mozzarella pieces in it and was like "ohhh! This is a tasty surprise!!" We got it slathered in their house sauce, which was not too hot, but a perfect amount of sweet. Glad they were out here parked outside of Lincoln brewery. Going to have to try their bone in wings soon. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Update: got some of their wings (lemon pepper and Thai chili) and oh man! BDubs has nothing on these!

First time here. Was excited to try this place out cause I like chicken places. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful, the place is tiny and pretty clean. The soda from the machine was pretty warm where usually it should be like at least a little cold. I got 6 wings -3 bbq, 3 lemon pepper and fries Wings were more or less edible but drumsticks were too overcooked and hard. Lemon pepper had less seasoning that I wanted. Cajun fries were good but the ranch sauce was horrible. Tasteless. Overall I didn't finish even a half of my meal. I would recommend owners to rethink they recipes cause it wasn't tasty at all and made me decide not to come back again

I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I finally received the credit from my dispute from my bank, not from the wingmeup. About 3 weeks ago I had a conversation with Julio Molina. It started off well, I asked if I could record the conversation he said no which is i respected his wished...within a few minutes of him talking. I just told him I wanted him to credit my account for $95.59 which at that time he said, "sweetheart it's only $95.59, which I responded that I didn't appreciate his condescending tone and calling sweetheart and saying that is only $95.59.. i than asked him to zelle me or credit and conversations was over.... It was never about the $95. Its just the principal....It was the fact that first: I placed an order never received the goods was told and by michele and Christina that i would be receiving a refund( never got the refund) ... very disappointing for a business to treat their their customers, especially being a small business. I know they have a location on 1523 W. Bundy Dr., Los Angeles so good luck if you ever order from this place don't expect to get your food or your credit if they messed up your order.

I've already been back twice to Wing Me Up because its was just that good.... Yelp recommended this restaurant to me. Of late some of the local wing establishments in my area have been raising their prices, offering smaller wing sizes, and low quality food. So I was excited to try something new. I walked in and was the only one in the restaurant on both visits. You can tell that this shop was still fairly new. The dining area was clean. There were three large TVs on the wall and everything looked new and not run down. I was greeted by friendly staff who you could tell was happy that I found them and came in to give them a try. The menu is big and easy to read at the counter. There is a variety of wing flavors, ranging from classic to creative combinations. They offer wing-in and boneless options. Also they offer different combos which offers wings, fries, and drink. The wings were definitely the star. They were crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside. They were big in size and had a lot of sauce on them. The first visit I had Thai flavor and the second I had Buffalo, and they both were equally good. The fries are crispy and has seasoning salt on them. I liked their flavor, but the seasoning salt may be too much for some, you probably could ask for less of it. I asked them to separate my fries from my wings so the fries wouldn't be soggy and they were happy to accommodate my request. I ordered the 6 piece combo and it came out to be around 12 dollars. I couldn't finish my food in one seating because the wings were that big. I was able to take them home and have another meal for the evening. There is parking in the back of the restaurant, you have to go down a small alley to find it, or you can do street parking at a meter if you find some. I have definitely found my new wing spot and encourage everyone to give this new restaurant a shot!

Rating this place 3 stars not because the food is bad the wings are AMAZING but because of its service. I waited to write a review to make sure it's accurate. Wings have never disappointed but the service has. I've ordered 3 times online and each time there is an excuse as to why the food isn't ready at the time scheduled to pick up. First time I ordered they said that their order machine wasn't working, second time that they forgot to prepare the Mac n cheese and this last time that they messed up and prepared boneless instead bone in. Annoying. I'm talking about 25 minutes + extra waiting time. I make sure to order 1-2 hours before to give enough time but even that doesn't help (mind they are not busy at the times I've ordered) I hope they better this area because honestly their wings are so good and their fries are the best in the valley. Maybe eating their would be a different experience?

I just had the best wings in the Los Angeles/SF Valley ever. I'm a wing connoisseur. Chefs kiss to the freshness crispness and comes right off the bone. Needless to say, I highly recommend!!

Wanted to try a different wing place so we can across this place. We got a side of Mac and cheese which had a nice cheesy flavors to it. Side of French fries which was a bit soggy and salty. Wings with 2 flavors and ranch off course. The ranch was a bit disappointing because it wasn't thick enough like ranch should be and the flavor wasn't there. Wings could have been cooked a bit longer as well. Service was friendly and ambiance was nice.

I don't mind paying the high prices for this place as long as the food is good and the service is good as well however the service was not great this Sunday. The big dude was horrible over the phone multi tasking me and I think someone in person and then would catch an attitude when I didn't answer him over the phone not knowing if he was speaking to me or person in person. I order this on Uber eats. No cap! These are biggest and juiciest wings you can find in the valley! Stupid thick...Way better than Buffalo Wild Wings and wing stop . I order 15 piece, and for the sauces I picked spicy agave, sticky garlic and chili citrus! And Sauces were Tooooo fuego ‍. Also had their Mac and cheese! It was Cheesy, rich and creamy! Potato salad was cool but the poutines fries! Sheesh The gravy sauce on the fries was bussin! bomb ! it's must have for sure and Their krack'd cookies were amazing! Soft, chewy and addicting. Small joint, only two employees at the time (8pm on a Saturday) both were very kind and helpful. Wings are made fresh for each order and are very tasty. Lemon pepper wings were well seasoned and their buffalo sauce was very good. I ordered the 8pc wings with the hottest flavor and I was a bit disappointed as it really wasn't that spicy. It still tasted amazing though. Fries were well cooked and tasted fresh. Overall pretty solid wing spot. read more

I love how this place does not have the baby pigeon wings that some other establishments have. There's a good amount of varieties of flavor and each one I have tried so far has been great. I normally order for delivery, and what I really appreciated about this place was that my food was still hot after being an hour late within the delivery for the Super Bowl. I'm sure other people would be upset with the delay however this review is not to provide feedback about the delivery quality and more as to the food quality, which I've been happy each time. I wish they had other options, but for a wing spot it's spot on. read more

Had such a good experience! Was in the area doing work and when lunch came around this was the first spot I came across. The owner was so sweet and very accommodating to my needs as a customer. I didn't get the chance to get her name but she was a very sweet person and hospitable. After talking I had learned that it was a family business and I'll always enjoy supporting any small business over any commercial chain restaurant! Thank you again for the food and hospitality! This is a must try! MUST TRY. If you are craving wings these are big, juicy and sauces perfectly with whatever sauce you pick. My first time I did the Buffalo and garlic parm. All sauces are made in house and better than that is that this is a family run spot. I walked in ordered and they fried them right then and there. 12 mins later my meaty wings and hot tasty fries with a nice in house seasoning we ready. I ate there so the wings didn't "die" in the box. So good. Soooo good! Stop reading this and swing by. Go pick them up as well as these place lose like 30% when you Uber eats, door dash or whatever other service you use. read more

I just don't have a ton of good to say about this place, barely anything really. We ordered a 20 piece boneless wings, the original idea was to order two separate ten pieces, but the flavor is limited to 1 flavor for a 10, and 3 for a 20 piece, which just doesn't make sense to me immediately, especially when you try to divide 20 evenly by 3... So we opted for the 20 to get more variety of flavor, and ordered the hot agave, thai chili, and lemon pepper. The hot agave is mild buffalo sauce. It doesn't "taste like" mild buffalo sauce, it IS mild buffalo sauce. The thai chili is just garlic flavored, there is no spice, there is no heat, it's just garlic in a non descript brownish glaze. The lemon pepper was okay, but incredibly dry. All of the wings, even the sauced wings, were very dry. These flavors are not good. They aren't what is advertised. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that we had gotten the wrong flavor, because what I ate and what I read on the menu was not the same at all. Also got an order of poutine which was alright. The first few bites are pretty okay, but the sauce is overly sweet, and the cheese adds nothing to it, no flavor, nor texture, it's just little fried balls of nothing. As much as I wanted to enjoy this at the beginning, I still left most of it uneaten. Definitely not somewhere I ever need to try again, I'd rather go to wingstop. read more

The wings here are actually really good which is why I'm giving 4 stars. I've also been helped by whom I assume is the owner and had a pleasant experience. Although the girl cashier is very reluctant and lacks customer service. Also, if you order online 95% of the time your order will not be ready so be sure to add an extra 30 min to your selected pick up time. This location truly has great potential and as I would love to continue supporting this local business in my city, it's hard with the way of been treated. note to owner: work on guiding employees on how to properly greet customers, better work etiquette, learning to better talk to customers when you guys are behind on orders and most importantly, carrying a better demeanor at work as they are representing you and your business at the end of the day. read more

This place is a hidden gem! I'm so excited to finally have a real wing spot in the Valley. You don't even have to ask them to make the wings crispy & the flavors are so bomb. First time trying as we happened to come upon the place and it did not disappoint. Wings fresh and hot. We got the buffalo, BBQ and Citrus Chili and they were the best. Fries were seasoned to perfection. Everything was perfect. Definitely see myself coming back here and customer service was exceptional. I've ordered from here twice before. Both times after ordering, I've shown up to pick up my food with either the doors being locked and the storefront closed or being told they can't make my order. I've ordered here a few times coz I like chicken wings. Before I would begrudgingly put an order in at one of those chain type stores where the wings are tiny with little meat on them. Not anymore. These wings are big, plump and juicy. Take a first bite and you'll get that nostalgic burst of mouthwatering flavor that'll take you back to your childhood when you had your first delicious chicken wing. I'm kinda glad that this place is around. Wings are the cornerstone of every great American sports food. You want to munch on the best and these damn well are as far as I'm concerned. The chicken (even though I opted in for grilled) was super juicy, very flavorful. The yams were a perfect balance of sweet and cinnamon. When you are here, you feel like family. This is a small locally owned restaurant and there is so much love put into everything they do. Even the art on the walls supports local artists. Bonus is that there's some parking spots out front and street parking was a plenty.

I told him I am eating here and Xavior brought me a menu and I was seated instantly. This location does not have a patio so I sat inside. I ordered small 12 pieces bone-in Chicken Wings that came with celery sticks & carrots. It also came with ranch, BBQ and mild sauce. $17.95. Being so hungry and frustrated from the other location, I also got their Philly Style Steak Sandwich/the works that came with sautéed onions, green Bell Peppers, sautéed mushrooms & Provolone cheese ($13.95). Food tasted very delicious. Hot Wings were crispy, tiny pieces. Finger licking good tasty. Both Joseph & Xavior checked on me twice to make sure everything was ok. I also got a Mango/Nectar juice. It was a bit sweet for me; but, I watered it down with some ice. Asked for extra celery sticks & ranch dressing and within a second or 2, it was already on my table. The total came out to $41.25 and Joseph got the tip he deserved! Restaurant was very clean, including both bathrooms. Has a small parking space in the back but mainly street/metered parking. Even if you buy a $10 order of onion rings, it doesn't come with any sauce, just ketchup that you have to specifically ask for which isn't even name brand ketchup. I understand some people are unrealistic and ask for an excessive amount of sauce that they never end up using and it goes to waste, but damn one sauce is pretty cheap. They could also include a bit more carrots/celery with an order of wings but its just a tiny pinch they throw in. Carrots and celery are dirt cheap anyway.

I stumbled across Wing Me Up scrolling through Yelp looking for a chicken wing joint. The event was for my daughters end of school pool party and I was tasked with bringing the appetizers. Not wanting to settle for breadsticks. I wanted to find some thing a little bit more fun and festive after seeing the usual suspects of corporate change that I don't really enjoy I decided to take a chance on wake me up and sent them a message late in the evening one day before the venue. Upon waking next morning I realized I had received an email from the owner Michelle. I called in trying to reach her a little bit later that afternoon and she called me back fairly promptly after having her staff let me know she wasn't there. Can-do attitude, and the problem-solving of helping me order and take my credit card over the phone while I was driving back-and-forth for work is something you don't find very often. I appreciated the customer service experience. I called to let them know I was running late and they pushed back my order and ensured food would be hot. Wings were a hit at the party, even though I was the one running late and they even provided additional ranch some trays to hold the wings and a bunch of lollipops. Fast forward to Father's Day I wanted to try the goods because I really didn't get to try all the wings at the party and I have a rule of not leaving a 5 star review until I try to place twice. We ordered a variety of wings and got an extra 10 wings for Father's Day. The french fries were hot and crispy, the sauce and flavor were on point, love the agave. The ranch is homemade, wings are not teeny tiny and the ambience is fun and the place is clean. Bravo we finally found a Wing Joint close to home and worth the drive. read more

I have been following the updates on Tina Perez comments where she was winged out of 95$ . I passed by the location and they removed their logo sign in front of the location . However they do have a second location in LA and I hope her matter gets resolved because it reflects negatively on small businesses in our community.
