YUM YUM YUM! This place is soooo underrated wow. Small kinda hole in the wall in van nuys. We were recommended to try and I'm so glad we did. Thai chilli- kinda like sweet chilli vibes with a light kick! 10/10 Teriyaki- pretty standard teriyaki wings no fault hit the spot! 10/10 Lemon pepper- perfectly crispy , great flavors! 10/10 Ate them with rice (which should be on the menu) and it was great. Air fried them the next day and it was still so yummy.

Great food and great service! Got their loaded fries. I received it and completely forgot it had mozzarella pieces in it and was like "ohhh! This is a tasty surprise!!" We got it slathered in their house sauce, which was not too hot, but a perfect amount of sweet. Glad they were out here parked outside of Lincoln brewery. Going to have to try their bone in wings soon. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Update: got some of their wings (lemon pepper and Thai chili) and oh man! BDubs has nothing on these!

First time here. Was excited to try this place out cause I like chicken places. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful, the place is tiny and pretty clean. The soda from the machine was pretty warm where usually it should be like at least a little cold. I got 6 wings -3 bbq, 3 lemon pepper and fries Wings were more or less edible but drumsticks were too overcooked and hard. Lemon pepper had less seasoning that I wanted. Cajun fries were good but the ranch sauce was horrible. Tasteless. Overall I didn't finish even a half of my meal. I would recommend owners to rethink they recipes cause it wasn't tasty at all and made me decide not to come back again

I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I finally received the credit from my dispute from my bank, not from the wingmeup. About 3 weeks ago I had a conversation with Julio Molina. It started off well, I asked if I could record the conversation he said no which is i respected his wished...within a few minutes of him talking. I just told him I wanted him to credit my account for $95.59 which at that time he said, "sweetheart it's only $95.59, which I responded that I didn't appreciate his condescending tone and calling sweetheart and saying that is only $95.59.. i than asked him to zelle me or credit and conversations was over.... It was never about the $95. Its just the principal....It was the fact that first: I placed an order never received the goods was told and by michele and Christina that i would be receiving a refund( never got the refund) ... very disappointing for a business to treat their their customers, especially being a small business. I know they have a location on 1523 W. Bundy Dr., Los Angeles so good luck if you ever order from this place don't expect to get your food or your credit if they messed up your order.

I've already been back twice to Wing Me Up because its was just that good.... Yelp recommended this restaurant to me. Of late some of the local wing establishments in my area have been raising their prices, offering smaller wing sizes, and low quality food. So I was excited to try something new. I walked in and was the only one in the restaurant on both visits. You can tell that this shop was still fairly new. The dining area was clean. There were three large TVs on the wall and everything looked new and not run down. I was greeted by friendly staff who you could tell was happy that I found them and came in to give them a try. The menu is big and easy to read at the counter. There is a variety of wing flavors, ranging from classic to creative combinations. They offer wing-in and boneless options. Also they offer different combos which offers wings, fries, and drink. The wings were definitely the star. They were crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside. They were big in size and had a lot of sauce on them. The first visit I had Thai flavor and the second I had Buffalo, and they both were equally good. The fries are crispy and has seasoning salt on them. I liked their flavor, but the seasoning salt may be too much for some, you probably could ask for less of it. I asked them to separate my fries from my wings so the fries wouldn't be soggy and they were happy to accommodate my request. I ordered the 6 piece combo and it came out to be around 12 dollars. I couldn't finish my food in one seating because the wings were that big. I was able to take them home and have another meal for the evening. There is parking in the back of the restaurant, you have to go down a small alley to find it, or you can do street parking at a meter if you find some. I have definitely found my new wing spot and encourage everyone to give this new restaurant a shot!

Rating this place 3 stars not because the food is bad the wings are AMAZING but because of its service. I waited to write a review to make sure it's accurate. Wings have never disappointed but the service has. I've ordered 3 times online and each time there is an excuse as to why the food isn't ready at the time scheduled to pick up. First time I ordered they said that their order machine wasn't working, second time that they forgot to prepare the Mac n cheese and this last time that they messed up and prepared boneless instead bone in. Annoying. I'm talking about 25 minutes + extra waiting time. I make sure to order 1-2 hours before to give enough time but even that doesn't help (mind they are not busy at the times I've ordered) I hope they better this area because honestly their wings are so good and their fries are the best in the valley. Maybe eating their would be a different experience?

I just had the best wings in the Los Angeles/SF Valley ever. I'm a wing connoisseur. Chefs kiss to the freshness crispness and comes right off the bone. Needless to say, I highly recommend!!

Wanted to try a different wing place so we can across this place. We got a side of Mac and cheese which had a nice cheesy flavors to it. Side of French fries which was a bit soggy and salty. Wings with 2 flavors and ranch off course. The ranch was a bit disappointing because it wasn't thick enough like ranch should be and the flavor wasn't there. Wings could have been cooked a bit longer as well. Service was friendly and ambiance was nice.

The food here was great! Husband ordered for my daughters party and stayed to try a few. We came back to eat them properly and we LOVED them. If you get bone in, you have to have a wet sauce, they taste better as bone in. You get the boneless for lemon pepper and dry wings. The service too was great! Staff was happy and recommended wings. I loved the layout of the place too. It made me feel like I was eating by a racetrack. There were TVs and couches. Loved the vintage ambiance! Definitely coming back read more

First time trying this spot after craving wings and not wanting to get the same wings/ Wingstop. I walked in, ordered to go, was told it would take 15-20 mins. Took about 25 mins with only 2 people ahead of me. Punctuality was somewhat on point. Appreciate that. The food came out fresh and smelling Fire!! I got a 6 piece lemon pepper wings with fries and a drink. Overall the food was on point, with the flavor in the wings, to the seasoning they add in the fries! Only thing I would hold, is the ice in the drink. Something about my sprite tasted funny. definitely will be coming back very soon cause im craving wings again and the quality of the food is 3x better than Wingstop! read more

Headed home from yet another hospital visit and wanted some protein. Wings it is! Had a far drive back home so ordered well done sauce on the side. Wings were still super crispy even after my 35 minute drive. Sauces were delicious! I think I got the hot agave and buffalo. Both were delicious. I highly recommend this place for wings. Just had this place for the first time today. And this place is far better than wing stop and Buffalo Wild Wings! Wings are much bigger than it's competitors, price is great, plus it comes with huge amount of fries. I'm definitely going to come here from now on. I got the mango habanero flavor. It's not as spicy as BWW and Wing Stop but it's definitely good, their hot agave is good as well! Kinda has a cheesy after taste read more

I finally found this place....originally thought it was in the Jack in the Box location, but it's a few doors north of it. Parking is in the back if you don't pass the small turn before you reach the restaurant. But once you get pass navigating the location...the food is great! I had a 6 wings combo ...with Thai Chili sauce. The sauce was okay but not hot enough for me! So I then tried mango habanero sauce, good but still not hot enough! Then I tried the "Tear me up" and it was the perfect balance of favorable and spicy sauce! Go try them ...it will be worth the trip!!!! read more

We order from here fairly often. Today is pretty disappointing. I called and spoke to an older lady to place my order. I was VERY specific about what we wanted: 4 mango habanero wings and 11 BBQ. I also stated that I DID NOT want the wings to be sauced 50/50. She repeated the order to me so I knew she wrote it correctly. What we received was 8 mango habanero and 7 BBQ. Since only 1 person eats mango habanero, that is not a good mix. When I called to speak with someone, no one's answered the phone. Please pay more attention to your orders. Delicious wings and amazingly kind and generous owners. My girlfriend and I purchased the 20 pack of wings and the Poutine fries. Fries were excellent, lots of flavor and the wings had plenty of meat and were juicy, not dry at all. If you're in the area stop by, it's worth the trip. read more

We have been eat wings all over LA since 2011 and this was definitely the worst tasting wing spot. It also had the worst costumer service... no smiles from behind the counter and extremely late to begin and finish the order. We ordered on line to safe time, dropped $209 on wings (12 orders). From the moment the order was placed till the moment they were ready, an hour had passed. We were there waiting for 30 min. No one came in the entire time we were there. Most concerning is the wings were under cooked and tasted much better after we air-fried them at our place. In short... we placed order at 7:17, they said wings would be ready by 7:36, the under cooked wings were not ready until 8pm. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. read more

Yummy Cheese Fries! I have been craving cheese fries for ever and a day (lol) and had no luck... I called Wing Me Up to see if they offer cheese fries as I did not see them on the menu. The person who answered said they don't have them on the menu but are willing to make them for me. I scarfed them down as soon as I got them! The Fries were great and had the perfect amount of cheese. YUMMY!!! Completely satisfied my craving! I highly recommend everyone and their mamma! Let's start off with the service everyone was so polite and respectful the restaurant was very clean along with TVs to watch the games . Been seen this place on yelp, I finally decided to give this spot a try ( I like trying mom and pops spots and support the locals ) . Plenty of parking, very nice vibe. I was greeted by a polite gentlemen, took my order down, food took about 15 mins to receive. Food was amazing!! The potions size of the wings huge !!! What a gem! I ate here for the first time today when my friend really wanted wings. So glad we tried this place. Such interesting sauce selections, they offer the perfect sized combo for two people, and the guy working was really friendly and was able to give accurate recs for newbies. We felt confident trying a sauce outside the norm based on his description. I also love that you can order boneless or bone-in with the combos. The place is tiny and easy to miss if you're driving by but they do offer a parking lot in back and the few tables are really nice and new looking. We happened to do take out but I'd totally dine in sometime. Support this place instead of chain wing spots! I think you'll be impressed. read more

The wing sauce, agave hot was not as hot as I thought it would be which made them even better, at least in my opinion. Can't have spicy wings were I can't eat them. I like them super crispy which the individual made them that way without me telling them that. Honestly it is a better deal to go for the two person combo aside from the individual because the difference is like five dollar difference. The person gave me a free cookie that is chocolate chip and rice crispy which honestly had some good flavor. The slight crunch made it that better. I would want to come back to try the other sauces. read more

Came here for a Super Bowl party and honestly everyone in these reviews are not being considerate at all. There was about 6 lady's trying their best and you guys need to understand it's probably the most busiest day of the YEAR! I bet y'all wing stop wasn't any better. Anyways , I always come into this location and it is the best. Today may have been hectic and they might have took an extra 30 minutes with my order but the wings were delicious and my party lovedddd them. Things wings are super pricey, you would expect them to bring some type of difference in quality. Your better off at wing stop. They don't provide ranch with your wings. The lemon pepper was super salty, the fries are really low quality as well frozen cheap fries they refry. The wings were nothing special. read more

Im so glad i found this place. I eat here at least twice a month. I always order my wings extra crispy and they deliver. I get Tear Me Up, it's not really spicy for me, but i love their recipe of the buffalo sauce. Fries are always well seasoned and done just right. The two cooks there are so nice and just seem like good people. I definitely recommend this place over any wing spot! Im always left satisfied. read more

While she had greens and the sweet potato (which by the way was the best thing they had going on) the Mac was average I'm about to reheat and toast again before I hit send for this review. Reheated the side of ribs, greens and Mac and it's a bit better than the pulled pork, but this definitely isn't a bbq spot I'd advise anyone to go to nor would I dare try without bbq sauce and a lot of it. Dessert banana pudding last time I was here the desserts were pretty good. This tasted like the yoplait whips yogurts consistency and like knock of Nila wafers I was just sooo utterly disappointed.

I stumbled across Wing Me Up scrolling through Yelp looking for a chicken wing joint. The event was for my daughters end of school pool party and I was tasked with bringing the appetizers. Not wanting to settle for breadsticks. I wanted to find some thing a little bit more fun and festive after seeing the usual suspects of corporate change that I don't really enjoy I decided to take a chance on wake me up and sent them a message late in the evening one day before the venue. Upon waking next morning I realized I had received an email from the owner Michelle. I called in trying to reach her a little bit later that afternoon and she called me back fairly promptly after having her staff let me know she wasn't there. Can-do attitude, and the problem-solving of helping me order and take my credit card over the phone while I was driving back-and-forth for work is something you don't find very often. I appreciated the customer service experience. I called to let them know I was running late and they pushed back my order and ensured food would be hot. Wings were a hit at the party, even though I was the one running late and they even provided additional ranch some trays to hold the wings and a bunch of lollipops. Fast forward to Father's Day I wanted to try the goods because I really didn't get to try all the wings at the party and I have a rule of not leaving a 5 star review until I try to place twice. We ordered a variety of wings and got an extra 10 wings for Father's Day. The french fries were hot and crispy, the sauce and flavor were on point, love the agave. The ranch is homemade, wings are not teeny tiny and the ambience is fun and the place is clean. Bravo we finally found a Wing Joint close to home and worth the drive. read more

However they do have a second location in LA and I hope her matter gets resolved because it reflects negatively on small businesses in our community.
