The service was top notch. Raquel let was so helpful and nice. We were able to try the flavors as it was our first time. We went on a Tuesday coincidentally where they have 70 cent bone in wings. We had the awesome sauce (kinda like a honey gold flavor), Buffalo lemon pepper, and the snobby Q sauce which is like a milder version of Harold's chicken sauce. all were really good and I can't wait to go back. It's a place you can eat in but I don't suggest huge parties. It's clean. Staff is superb & our order was ready quick. It'll be my new wing spot because the wings were extra wet as I requested and the young lady Raquelle really topped my experience off. Well done

The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The gentleman up front was very welcoming and polite. I always enjoy the ambiance of the various wing snob locations. I really like the vibe the places have. The food itself was good. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders, tossed in lemon pepper. The lemon pepper seasoning itself is incredible. The ranch is easily some of the top ranch in the country. You can tell it homemade. I also appreciate everything being halal as well.

Tried out Wing Snob in Allen today and I now have a new favorite wing spot. So delicious, fresh, reasonably priced, and yummy menu of wings/sandos/loaded fries and a few other sides! Surprised I never heard of this place before today.

Do not go. I'm uploading photos and they do not do it justice. The corn we got was literally grey! I'm 55 and I've never seen grey corn before. We really wanted to like this place but will not go back. Chicken was so so, but if your serving grey corn what else is nasty that your trying to get us to eat

Ok I want to love this place but it's just ok... I got the tenders crispy tossed in Buffalo lemon pepper. They weren't crispy (cuz they were tossed, but that was the point) and they were just over cooked. Maybe that's my fault. Also I got three blue cheeses with my tenders but I specifically ordered a fourth with the fries and paid for it but it never came. Also and this may make me a snob (isn't that the point?!?!) but blue cheese should be home made to be good. The Kens or whatever has that preservative acidic taste that just is crap. Make that stuff! Cajun fries were good. Tenders were too thick. I'll try Pluckers next time.

The new chicken sandwich is a must!!! It is crispy, huge, and taste great. We had the BOOM BOOM for lunch and the one with chili for supper. Well Worth a try!!! Take a look at the photos and see for yourself.

This is gross and not necessary. Needs plastic containers for the oily, melted butter fries. Not sure how that's going to taste when they are this drenched. This was taking out the boxes to check the order. Guess the tip is check the order on the counter so they clean after themselves instead of you wearing the excess fats? The chicken is over cooked a bit so kind of stringer but still tender and fresh. The snobby q sauce is decent. The sweet chili is boring. The teriyaki is ok. The awesome sauce is decent too. They all taste super processed, like from a bag. Maybe get dry or dry rub chicken if you don't like the processed taste. If you get garlic parm fries, check the box before leaving & have them re-package to avoid an oil slick in the vehicle. Gross.

We got 2 flavors for wings, mango habanero and awesome sauce. The mango habanero wasn't very spicy at all. My spice tolerance is normal and I thought it could've been spicier. The awesome sauce was solid, it's a honey mustang bbq base sauce. We also thought the chicken was slightly over cooked. There were so hard pieces. The fries were good. We got a large basket of fries with Cajun ranch.

Dinner solution. Thanks to my fellow yelpers - this wing place came up on my searches sometime ago. We've had them several times and I have been behind on providing s rating. Let's talk: The traditional wings are our go-to - fried just right - not hard like some other places. The teriyaki, awesome sauce and sweet chili reign. We finish off the veggies and the fries with order. Blue cheese and Ranch are our sauces, although spicy ranch has also been ordered from time to time. Our only experience has been take out and the order is always right. The staff has been attentive to us as we've interacted to learn more about the chain. We have to pass up other wing places to get to this one - it is worth the effort.

We had wings the first time back in Jan after reading great reviews and absolutely loved them. We bought them again in Feb thinking we would enjoy the yummy chicken drenched in sauces we choose. The flavor was good but the chicken wings and the boneless wings both were chewy and tough. Seems like the chicken had been sitting for a long time and they reheated and smeared sauce on them. Today we wanted to try again and bought their 50/50 and the 10 piece boneless with large fries and sliders. Sauces were great but the chicken itself was again chewy and super dry. I don't think I will buy again from here. Sorry Wing Snob, you guys need to not overcook the chicken and make it sit for a long time. Wondering if these were a couple days old. I hope not. Fries were soggy and super salty as well. read more

I saw Wing Snob on DoorDash and wanted to give them a try but was not satisfied, I ordered the Amazing Sauce and Snobby Q wings, don't know if my order was right as both sauces sound like wet sauces... I got one that was a dry rub. Anyways the order that was a dry rub end up being super salty, I think it was Cajun but again, it was overwhelming and I just ate 2 boneless wings and gave in and with the Snobby Q sauce, it was too sweet. I ordered 20 wings thinking it was going to be good but told myself I wouldn't order from here again. How so, I got some fries and the fries were very good. So that's why I give it 2 stars. The other issue was that I asked for traditional wings and they replaced it with boneless, they didn't bother to call me and tell me that they ran out of the traditional, they had my DoorDash pass the message down to me by messaging me through DoorDash which I didn't see until I got my meal. read more

I'm not sure how I feel about Wing Snob. From what I ate the chicken was moist, the breading was light so every bite you took was chicken. I will tell you this. The Buffalo sauce was HOT! If you like a killer Buffalo sauce this is where you want to be. Now for my 3 star rating. I ordered 2 chicken sliders and got 1 sliders and some wings. My biggest problem I have when ordering to go is getting something didn't order or they forgot something. In my case a sandwich. I'm am not at all saying don't eat here but just use precaution when ordering. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with Wingsnob. When it is good, it is really delicious. But that doesn't happen often. This place has so much potential but I never get a consistent product. Wings are often half seasoned or not seasoned at all. Overall, the wings lack flavor most of the time. As of now, the only reason I order WingSnob is because of the Tuesday special and because it is near my house. read more

I really enjoyed these wings!!! Understand this establishment is operating in its first week, and be patient. We needed a little extra time to understand the menu selections and will be back to try every combination. They even have vegetarian options with "cauli-wings"! My favorite flavor, so far, is lemon pepper! Loved the crispness of the of traditional wings and the option for all flats or drums. Trash location and service- ordered it hours in advance, was told the order would be ready at 5, and at 6:45 it still wasn't ready. In addition, they didn't even have a consistent process to get orders, and went between numbers in a crazy order. If I don't get a refund for the terrible service I will never come back read more

Poor experience. Wings are normally wonderful but this time wings were ordered around 1pm for a 5pm pickup. This was during Super Bowl Sunday. Wings were not ready and finally cancelled order at 6:15 after the person that answered the phone said they had no idea when they would be ready. We tried them again after some positive comments from friends. We ordered another fan pack and pretzel bites. Everything was very good! The awesome sauce, buffalo, garlic Parmesan wings were very flavorful. I personally didn't eat the barbecue but the family said they were good as well. The wings were crispy and delicious. They fries were crispy and very well seasoned. Our order was ready on time, everything was packed well and was hot when we got home. Very well done Wing Snob. One of the best wings I've ever had! The crew was very welcoming and friendly. Even when I didn't know what I wanted they provided their favorite wing combination for me. The night crew was very approachable, even when it wasn't that busy they stayed busy by keeping the shop very clean and kept me company with conversation in the process! The wings were amazing! First time trying the Wing Snob in Allen, TX and it was beyond my expectation. The taste of the wings and wing sauce were AMAZING! I tried the Jerk and Sweet Chile and I loved both. I love their wings. Always amazing. The terrible thing is I've had so many ordered canceled cause they can't seem to be open during the proposed business hours they are advertised. I was once told they had to open later due to Low staffing. I have had find out one too many times they were closed. Good food but overall unpredictable in when they will actually be open sadly. So makes it unpredictable and unreliable business sadly. read more

Ordered online and got a fairly prompt alert saying my food was ready for pickup. Get handed my packaged door and head back home. Guess it's on me for not checking accuracy of order. Opened package to find it's a DoorDash order. Called the restaurant and they ask for me to return. Asked for them to check my order before I leave and wings fall out of the container. Pretty decent wings for what they are, though nothing too special or out of the ordinary. Now the cajun fries I thought tasted a little off, like the seasoning was way too salty and not really any spice. The lady at the front who packaged my order was very sweet though. Idk why every time i order from this specific wing snob my order has been wrong not once but twice this week first I did a grub hub order and ordered 20 wings hotasf and lemon pepper bone in with regular fries ......I get my order with the receipt on the side of the bag so I'm not sure how they got my order wrong anyways I got a boneless 10 piece with no fries instead of my order secondly today I do a retry and have my boyfriend go in store this time a 10 piece mango and lemon pepper my lemon pepper wings have no lemon pepper on them at all !!!!!!!!! Food is good , employees are terrible. Order a pick up order online, told it will be ready in 30 minutes, get to the restaurant 45 minutes later and STILL not ready. Everytime. The terrible service and unmotivated employees are always my issue here. Like TERRIBLE employees. I don't get it. I want to like this place, but they make it hard. Also, the last 2 times I've ordered 10 piece 50/50, I have not gotten one flat...all legs. Employees suck from the kitchen to the cashier. "Order online, skip the line" only works if your food is actually ever ready, which it's not. read more

Their wings are literally amazing!! Right on the verge of McKinney and Allen. The flavors and fries are great tasting. Would recommend to everyone. Only thing I'd say is check your cheesecake more often there was mold on a few of the ones in the cases. They can't sit in there very long when they have moisture on them. read more

Normally Nashville Hot is a hot, sticky sauce. These wings were dry. I think this is some sort of oven-cooked breaded chicken. It's definitely not fried. Overall pretty disappointed.

Went there tonight, meeting teammates for a going away dinner. Apparently they won't seat you until everyone in your party arrives. Something I have always found lame, especially if most of your party is there. We were missing one person of 8 and they wouldn't seat us. Then everyone arrived and we were seated. I generally like to start with a drink so I went to the bar, which wasn't busy, and was told since we already had a table I could no longer order at the bar. I have never heard of any other place ever imposing such a rule. I didn't want to wait for my server but the lady at the bar quite rudely kept telling me 'that's company policy'. I had my debit card out and would've either kept tab open or closed it but the wouldn't even take my order. I ended up going back to my table drinkless and finally after a long wait got my drink order in, which was terrible. I ordered the simplest drink to make, a vodka tonic. Not sure how they messed that up but they did. Tonic water was low and seemed like it was cut with water. Couldn't taste the vodka and I had ordered it with Tito's but it could've very well been Smirnoff or Russian Standard because I couldn't taste it. Then there's the automatic 20% gratuity because of our party size. That I know they are not alone in doing but not everyone does that. I won't name names here but within a quarter mile there are at least 4 other places that do not have auto gratuity. Probably won't be coming back here. Like I said, their burger was decent, but I can get the same quality burger most anywhere else and better service.

The fries were not hot, but well seasoned. This is my only complaint for this visit. Service was good as the staff were nice. The restaurant was clean and my order was ready for pick up. The online ordering process is easy and great. Overall a good visit and I enjoyed my first time experiencing the chicken sandwich. It's not my favorite chicken sandwich, but it's good. It's just better competition out there for chicken sandwiches. The wings are the winners here.

I was very excited for the garlic fries since we are originally from that area and are very knowledgeable about the famous Gilroy Garlic Festival and all things Garlic. Here's where this dish wasn't exciting - the tacos were pretty bland. I took the coleslaw from my son's chicken tenders to try and add more flavor and make the taco more palatable. I only ate 1 of the 2 because there really was just zero flavor. The fries were probably an even greater disappointment. In the center, was a very small amount of cheese and maybe garlic? It had virtually zero garlic taste - I was searching for it. It was a sad version of garlic fries. I would not order that again unless they were improved upon. I went back and forth on 3 stars versus 4 stars because while service was great and fast, I can't confidently say I'd recommend it to someone. I may say it's a great place to chill for a beer and an appetizer but definitely NOT a meal. I think if your expectations are to stick with the appetizer list then you're probably going to like it. They have a large beer selection and plenty of screens for your favorite games.

I knew from the second we walked in, based on the list of made-in-house horchatas and agua frescas, that we were going to be in for a good meal. The menu was refreshingly unique compared to your basic street taco style setup or the usual Tex-Mex mashup of inauthentic tacos topped with shredded cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Our group of 3 adults, plus my 7 year old niece, shared a bowl of guacamole, which was phenomenal and came mixed with sunflower seeds and topped with crumbled cotija, alongside house-made corn tortilla chips. We also split an elote cup, which was great. My wife got a classic horchata, which was deliciously sweet (but not overly so) with a nice slight punch of cinnamon. I went with water but will definitely try an agua fresca next time. I ordered two tacos, both on house-made flour tortillas (I like corn tortillas but prefer flour when made fresh). The Pollo Azteca, with marinated grilled chicken tenderloin, mango pico, and a drizzle of crema, was phenomenal, and had more flavor than most chicken tacos I've had before. The star of my meal, however, was the Al Pastor, with adobo marinated pork tenderloin, diced pineapple, onions, and cilantro, with a slice of lime to squeeze on top. This was hands down one of the best tacos I've ever had in my life. I was floored. I also tried my wife's Carne Asada tacos, which came topped with cilantro and onions, and a slice of lime, on their house made corn tortillas. The steak was incredibly flavorful, and the corn tortillas were tender without being chewy. We shared a side of rice and beans, which was good, but not the star of the show. The rice was your typical Mexican yellow rice, and the beans were more of a soupy whole-beans style, which reminded me of my Colombian mother-in-law's recipe. The staff makes four homemade salsas, ranging from mild to pretty spicy, and I loved all of them with the exception of the mild. My niece got the kids' cheese quesadilla, which was a simple melted Oaxaca cheese between a flour tortilla, served with rice, beans, and a little side of crema. The last thing I will rave about is the service. The staff was incredibly nice from the minute we walked in, pleasant to talk to when delivering our order and asking how everything was tasting, to the moment we bussed our tables and headed for the door. I cannot wait to come back again, and I hope they stay very busy until I'm able to do so, because I want this place to be around for a very long time!

I recently had an incredibly infuriating experience at Wing Snob. I went to the store and ordered a meal that included non-meat tenders, but when I checked my order, I discovered they had given me real meat tenders. As someone who doesn't eat meat, this was completely unacceptable. When I confronted the staff, the cook had the audacity to lie, claiming that they had given me the correct non-meat tenders. To make matters even worse, the person who took my order lied straight to my face, saying she was new. When I spoke to the manager, they told me she'd been working there for two months! The blatant dishonesty and complete lack of customer service are outrageous. They refused to offer a refund or even a replacement for the incorrect items. This experience was beyond frustrating, and I strongly urge others to avoid this location at all costs. read more
