Ordered the Fan Pack #4 and everything was amazing. I'm knocking them down one star because we ordered 10 garlic Parmesan wings in that bundle and they gave us regular and we were really excited for the Garlic Parmesan. The quality of food was very good! The tenders were so tender! Loved the awesome sauce with the spicy ranch dip. The Cajun fries tasted fresh! Disappointed. No self respecting "wing snob" would eat here. We ate inside at the restaurant. The wings and chili cheese fries were lukewarm at best. It was like a can of room temp chili poured over hot fries. The shredded cheese on top of the chili never did melt. The wings were not hot either. They didn't have that good crispy skin that a true wing snob expects. Slimy wings are the worst! The Buffalo sauce was fair like a store bought sauce. Nothing special. I'm not so sure what happened to this location but it sure as hell has gone downhill. I used to come in all the time and the customer service was great, the food was amazing and the people were so generous. For about a month or so now, things are nowhere near the same. There's workers there that don't seem to want to work and the food just isn't the same and not to mention their prices are ridiculous for the food quantity. It's a waste of time to even bother. I noticed Wing Snob while passing by on the highway and went back for lunch. I truly am a wing snob because I'm from Buffalo, NY where wings (or Buffalo wings as people outside of Buffalo call them) were invented. Wing Snob's wings were genuinely delicious! I ordered a 10 pack with 2 flavors, Buffalo and garlic parmesan. Both were excellent and my only wish (which I'll ask for next time and I'm sure they'll oblige) is that they sauce the wings a little more. The staff is also so friendly there and the food came out hot and timely. I would highly recommend Wing Snob, especially if you think Buffalo Wild Wings has good wings. The service was impeccable and punctual! The wings were delicious with so many Signature Sauces to choose from my favorite the Lemon Pepper and the Mango Habanero. Kristen catered our lunch here at the dealership and it was a huge hit with everyone. Kristen just didn't drop off the food and leave she set up the wings and the presentation was excellent. She also stayed and helped everyone get settled in offered sauces, napkins and help us get our lunch boxes. Plenty of wings per box with either corn bread or their delicious fries. I highly recommend Wing Snob particularly Kristen she cares about the customer and the stores image what a nice change in today's time. Thank you Kristen for your top notch service. The wing are meaty and delicious. The lemon pepper wing were season perfect and cook the way I like my wings. The jerk chicken wing was tasty but it did not remind me of jerk chicken. I rarely give ratings this low but I believe it was earned. This was our second attempt at Wing Snob Allen. We were excited because few wing places will fry them hard. On our first visit we were shorted a 10 piece traditional wing order. When we called they promised to credit our card but it never happened. We over looked this and gave them another chance tonight. I placed our order at 5:07pm for pickup at 6pm. I thought I had checked curbside when ordering but evidently I didn't because the person who answered the phone pointed this out to me when we arrived at 6pm and called to tell them we were there. She stated that our order was not quite ready but they would bring it to us anyway. I described our vehicle and told her where it was. Twenty-five minutes later and more than a full hour after ordering, I went inside to find our order and was told they came out and looked for us but could not find us. We were watching the door. No one came out with an order. When I told her that we were exactly where we said we would be I was told, "You know how these things are." This was disappointing and dismissive. Our order was over $100. This is not the customer service a new business should be delivering. The food is excellent and the flavors are amazing but sadly this might be our last attempt. read more

The person answering the phone needs to work on there customer service skills . We had to wait in line to get the food and got there within the time frame they gave us . Unfortunately when we got home we live close the fries were cold and the chicken was also cold didn't seem as if they cooked the chicken long enough in a sense the skin was super soft rather than crispy .and fries wasn't even Luke warm . Let me start with this, I'm a born & bred Buffalonian, & I KNOW good chicken wings. With that being said, Wing Snob is legit! We ordered a 6 piece tender tossed in mild Buffalo sauce & awesome sauce, a 10 piece traditional Wing in mild Buffalo sauce & a large seasoned fry. The tenders were a great size, juicy & fried to perfection. I could have honestly eaten them without any sauce at all. The wings were exactly what I had been looking for, for the 12 years I've lived in Texas. I took one look at them & they took me straight home to Buffalo! The Buffalo sauce is SPOT ON, & so was the cook (fried crispy-but not hard) & they put the *perfect* amount of sauce on them, so they didn't get soggy before they were delivered to us (ordered via DoorDash), but also didn't have parts of the wing that was missing sauce (yes- there's a whole science behind it, LOL). I'm soooo happy guys, I've FINALLY found my forever wing spot! The fries were really tasty & crispy as well. The awesome sauce is described as a honey mustard & Carolina bbq mix, & in my very picky opinion, was a bit heavy on the mustard. It was still very good & I'd order it again! -The only "feedback" I'd give to the management is in regards to the Customer service. As I mentioned earlier, I ordered through door dash, & because Wing Snob doesn't offer free dips/sauce like other wing spots do, so I totally forgot to add a side of blue cheese & ranch. I wasn't able to add it once I paid for the ordered, so I called Wing Snob directly to ask if they could add a side of each (.99 each) & either add the $1.98 to the DoorDash total, or take a payment over the phone. The woman who took my call was very nice & even apologetic when she told me they couldn't do either. I was hoping she would take the initiative & add the 2 sauces anyway, as I am a sucker for good customer service & that would have took my experience over the top. This did not happen, lol! Being a new business, those small things really matter & definitely result in repeat customers & great word of mouth advertising or in this case social media advertising. So...my husband and I liked the sauces: we tried mango habanero, Buffalo & honey BBQ. But we ordered 10 wings and 6 boneless and we got about 5 actual wings with the rest being boneless. Also, does a side of ranch or bleu cheese not come WITH the extremely expensive wings? We had to buy the ranch and there were no carrots/celery. Sorry guys but the sides of ranch were $1 each?? We placed an online order for traditional wings with garlic parmesan, mango habanero and jamaican jerk. We also ordered a side of seasoned fries. When we arrived, they told us they were out of jamaican jerk and they gave us a sauce replacement of bbq or ranch. We were kind of confused if they meant dipping sauce.. so we said ranch. When we arrived home, we understood what they meant. They gave us dry wings without the jamaican jerk sauce and we got ranch as the replacement instead. How disappointing. As far as taste, the wings were okay. Mango habanero is level 3 spice but tasted more in between 1 and 2. On the fries, skip the seasoned fries it's simply salt and pepper. We were a little hesitant because of the price....20$ for a ten piece seemed steep....but we pulled the trigger just to try because the flavors seemed delicious. We ordered from door dash and they got to us hot and still crispy! The flavors were on point and the fries were AMAZING. It's worth the price. The chicken fell off the bone when you bit it. Not like other places where it can be tough and grisly. Okay, every single piece was tender. The "sweeter" sauces didn't taste like they were full of sugar.
