Our first time at any Wing Stop. It's a Friday evening and there's a veritable line of people coming and going. Pretty busy location. Not sure what all the whiners posting 1-star reviews are grumping about. The service was prompt, helpful and friendly. Admittedly, there was a decently long wait for our food, but dang, it was worth it! We ordered a 10 piece meal with two sauces - BBQ and Korean BBQ. The standard BBQ was reminiscent of KFC BBQ, but in a good, nostalgic way. Korean BBQ was spicy and sweet - YUM! The fries (you get a LOT) are some of the best I've had in a long time. They go well with the fantastic buttermilk ranch dressing! We will definitely be coming back here for more! read more

So this place is always having problems. On one occasion I order food WAY in advance (about an hour) and when I got there they had not even started. There were maybe two other customers in line waiting. Not sure but with a full staff and all fryers going it really shouldnt be a long wait. Every time I go in there's always upset customers. I have a separate more recent complaint concerning my wife's visit next. My wife goes in, also ordering well in advance. We believe in second chances but worse of a fail this time around. My wife is waiting for her order to come up and two of the staff are not working. A male and a female flirting and laughing and slapping each others hands. The biggest complaint is the food was ready 20 minutes prior to then realizing that my wife had been saying her name numerous times and she was still disregarded. Had a terrible experience with this Wingstop, I was refused service, because I was not wearing a mask. Per state mask mandate, those with certain medical conditions are exempt, I told the gentleman behind the counter that I was exempt when he told me that I needed to wear a mask. Having never been to a Wingstop I looked at the Yelp reviews after I ordered and was kicking myself for not checking Yelp first. I went and picked up my order with low expectations because of all the negative reviews. As soon as I picked up my order and got in the car I noticed it smelled really good and was hoping it would taste good too. I got Hawaiian and Korean sauce for the wings, both were delicious. The Hawaiian a little sweet, but not overly sweet. The Korean had a little kick, but not so much your mouth burns. For the strips I got lemon pepper and Cajun dry rub. Both very tasty and the strips were very crispy. Both wings and strips were moist, thoroughly cooked and delicious! The fries were very tasty too. There was 1 person on the restaurant and they clearly weren't busy. I ordered an 8 piece boneless wings in garlic parmesan and lemon pepper and they were so overcooked they were bordering on burnt. Not to mention they barely had any flavor on them. They forgot my veggie sticks Soni had to turn around for those and then I saw my sad, limp, barely cooked fries. I made a comment to one of the staff just to receive a blank stare. I left and put them in my air fryer at home at 400 degrees for 8 minutes and those are what you see below. For reference, to cook fries from raw you would cook them for 10-12 minutes at 400. They were also barely seasoned, and my ranch cups were barely full.
