I really thought that their zone was gonna be all over town, not just the Strip. Wing Zone is a chain of chicken wings and related chicken items which I'm pretty sure was launched by the owners of Capriotti's. I learned about them through a Yelp experience years ago, and I was thinking that they might expand to, say, Henderson eventually. They have not. But since I was going to T-Mobile Arena tonight and walked through part of the 2nd floor of New York New York, I spotted the mini food court containing one of the few Wing Zone locations in Vegas. I decided it was as good a time as any to check up on them. The food quality is still there. For a combo of 10 bone-in wings with fries, $21.95 didn't feel terribly overpriced for the Strip either. The wings were decently sized, not tiny, and were all cooked thoroughly and hot. The hot honey sauce which I requested was spicy, but maybe a 2 or 3 out of 10 at most. It may have been more than just spiced honey, probably a mixture of 1 part hot sauce to 6-7 parts honey. The fries included with the combo weren't amazing, but they crispy enough and stayed at a reasonable texture for the duration of my "dine-in" meal. They worked great with the complimentary ketchup. The salt was maybe just a tiny bit high. I got complimentary water cups (~12 oz): one to start, and one after I needed more water at the end of the meal. That's useful. I wish at least one of them had had ice, which maybe I needed to request specifically? For a quick meal on the Strip, you could do much worse in the fast food or fast casual space than Wing Zone. Consider making time to stop by if you're going to a nearby arena or other show on the Strip.

First time having this place named Wing Zone. My friend wanted to get some fried chicken wings so we got Nashville hot and an order of French fries to split. They have a lot of different flavors to pick from and spice level. The chicken was pretty good. The food was piping hot and made to order. The service was alright with it being at the food court in New York New York. To get seating though was a little bit tough. There were a lot of people wanting to eat and sit down in the same area as well.

This spot is in a busy food court located in The horseshoe hotel by the arcade. Of course we love wings and the fries were bomb. Definitely happy with our choice for the food court munchies!

Busy place compared to the pizza and sandwich place next door. Ordered 6 chicken tenders with a honey and mango fire sauces. The sauces were flavorful with the chicken.

The chicken sandwiches, nope, not so good. At least the flavor I chose. I chose garlic parm. It was just soooooo sour. I couldn't eat it. However, the chicken wings here are pretty good. I like that it comes in all sorts of flavors, and it's crispy. We got all the flavors. I think our favorite was the asian zing and mango habenaro. Nothing was spicy. We actually enjoyed these wings more than the wings from dicks. The fries from herebwas also prerry good. They make the wings fairly quickly, and it's easy. You sit at a table at the food court, so no tipping or waiting for your server.

Worst chicken sandwich ever. Try at your own risk. Sucks this was about $30 with fries. Never aagin. Lesson learned.

Had their wings with French fries and a drink, the customer service was very good and the wings were outstanding!!

A lot of flavors are available in this new location at New York New York casino, located upstairs near New York Pizzeria. We chose the Thai chili. The wings were served hot and fresh, and were very delicious. Good friendly service, too. There's a nice seated dining area set out in front like a small food court because there are three restaurants all next to each other, including a brand new Capriotti's and the original New York pizzeria. Of course, they cost a little more than the ones in town, but you're on the strip, what do you expect?

I'm from LA and had to leave my house around lunchtime with not much to eat , to catch a 4pm flight to Vegas, landed in Vegas at 5ish checked in the hotel and by the time I put my bags down I was hangry wings sounded good to me place wasn't busy , so got my wings were ready pretty quick with the drink only ( no fries) , plus tad over $20 . Kinda expensive for "alright wings" and customer service wasn't too good, it was like a "hurry up and buy " attitude anyway , the wings satisfied the hangry-ness .

Very upset with the quality of food and service provided. Food was expensive for what was given. Wings were over done and the tenders were under cooked. The chaser was very rude for being front of house.

The non-smoking section of Chicago Brewing Company is pretty small with just a handful of tables. If you sit in the bar area, which has a lot more seating, you might be subjected to cigar and cigarette smoke. I don't smoke, but I don't mind cigarette smoke in Vegas, but cigar smoke when people are eating is a dyck move if you ask me. Take it outside. Magnolia's Veranda is cavernous. I've never had to wait for a table no matter the time of day, and the service is always great. I will say in my experience the service at Chicago Brewing Company was great, too, based on my one visit, but I wonder how it might be during busy times. It appeared to me the front of the house was handled by the bartender and the hostess. I could foresee them getting in the weeds when it's busy. For this lunch outing at Chicago Brewing Company, I chose the Cobb salad hold the eggs. It was generous portioned and excellent. The service was excellent, too. It was on the ball from start to finish. Cheers! Be sure to check out my Las Vegas pics and pans collection.

I asked the short server with glasses who approached me why this section was closed??? He said it normally closes at 11pm but if it's slow they close it early. I asked if this was the only non smoking section? He said yes and that there were tables in the bar which is smoking??? I explained that I'm a Disabled Veteran with Asthma and Lung problems and my friend also has asthma and we cannot sit in a smoking section. He shrugged his shoulders and offered no option. A place that is open 24/7 should accommodate ADA and other disabilities. Apparently they don't care so I will never go back.

I've tried some of the other menu items in the past, including the nachos, but sometimes I just want a few snacks and these two dishes are always a good choice. The wings were delicious as usual, and the taquitos hit the spot. Of course, the beer was ice cold too. One thing that stood out was the customer service. I had a question about points from another Nacho Daddy location, and the manager was kind enough to help me sort things out. I just wish this was closer to me and in a better location. It's a small parking lot which luckily wasn't too packed (Sunday around 12:30p). The place is mainly for pick up although they have 1 or 2 tables inside. They share the space with other restaurants so essentially you enter this small room and wait for them to come out to deliver the food. I would say you should just wait in your car until you get a text that your food is done. (Also their phone number didn't work so... best to just wait!) There are people just sleeping or talking to themselves all along Main St, but none were in the parking lot. I personally wouldn't go by myself at night... so I hope they can get a shop in Chinatown or Cheongdam food hall one day crossing my fingers!!!!!

He is polite, respectful, and actually understands what customer service means. Without him, this would be a zero-star review. I stayed away from this place for a while because of past experiences, but I thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake. The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) the name of my receipt was "BRETT B." had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. As I fully planned to call my friend Joshua that works there and email him all of this. As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don't get what you ask for. Period. I ordered medium and it was completely red inside. Please see photos and when I called and asked him about why it was wrong. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution.
