If you are in the area, definitely give it a chance! This felt like a hidden gem, given that it is in a food court (Grand Canal Shoppes in The Venetian) with ample shared seating. I ordered the Las Vegas bowl: - Brisket: Smokey, juicy, and tender while the fat was rendered, adding so much more flavor - Chicken: Fall-off-the bone tender, yet not mushy, and was well seasoned - Pork: Juicy: Good texture with a mild flavor, so it let the saices shine - Rice: There was a lot, but they poured what I believe was au jus over it, so I could not stop eating it I also ordered a side of Mac salad, but it had zero flavor. I would try an alternative when returning. (I recall their elote being great at the Artesia location.)

This place surprised us with how fresh and delicious it was. Located in the food court of the grand Canal shops. They were offering free samples of brisket. Meat was cooked perfectly and not over season. You can build your own bowls, so I was able to eat a really fresh, healthy, tasty dinner before our show. Hit the spot perfectly!

Wow! What a surprise this little place ended up being to my Mom and I who were doing circles around the Food Court at the Mall. We were hungry but did not have anything particular in mind - then, a lady working at LA Brisket called us over her way. She was equipped with 2 toothpicks- each containing a chunk of brisket for us to try out. To be honest, just walking by the place, I probably wouldn't stop.... I am picky about brisket. I have never had very good luck with a "fast food" type BBQ??? It's typically more of a "mystery meat" and after you've finished your meal, you often find yourself wondering what you actually just ate... However, I am so grateful that the sample was handed out to us, because this place had one of the best briskets I've had in quite some time!! We were both shocked & our search for the perfect lunch was OVER. We got brisket bowls. The meat was so fresh, flavorful, juicy, and not overly fatty. It was simply incredible. Their BBQ sauce & Tomatillo salsa were also delicious! I wish I would have asked for 2 containers of each sauce. Another great point is that their prices are low considering the quality of the meat. So you can have a wonderful high quality meal for the same price as a trip through some mediocre fast food burger joint. Next time we are in Vegas, I know the first place I'll be stopping for dinner! Yum!!

Excellent choice for a solid meal with reasonable price considering the amount of brisket they top onto your plate. I ordered a salad ($19) with 4 free toppings (potato salad, onion, quinoa, and mushroom) with brisket. Super tender, juicy and fatty meat which is my vibe!

I truly wasn't expecting to find brisket this good in a food court! LA Brisket is a bit tucked away inside the Venetian, but it's absolutely worth seeking out. On both visits, the staff was incredibly friendly--each time offering me a sample of the brisket with a big smile. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but one bite completely changed my mind. The brisket is insanely tender and juicy--easily some of the best I've had anywhere. I liked it so much that I came back TWO DAYS IN A ROW (out of my 4-day trip), which says a lot. On my first visit, I ordered the 710 sandwich, their classic brisket with BBQ sauce. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and a perfect match for the meat. The next day, I tried the 405 topped with garlic aioli, caramelized onions, and sautéed mushrooms. Different flavor profile, equally excellent. Both sandwiches were generously packed with meat. Each time, they also offered extra sauces on the side. The 405 was paired with a refreshing cilantro green sauce, which is absolutely necessary for the full experience and really elevates the sandwich. I didn't even think to take a photo the first time because I was too eager to dig in, but I snapped one on my second visit. You can clearly see how loaded the 405 is with brisket. I haven't been to their LA location yet, but if this Vegas outpost is any indication, they're doing something very right. A true hidden gem in the Venetian food court--highly recommend seeking it out.

I never thought I would find a very good place in a food court of a hotel, but LA Brisket proved me wrong.

We got double portion of brisket, cheddar links, spare ribs and beef rib. We got a double portion of Mac and cheese and green beans. We were surprise how long it took to get our food ( over 1/2 hour). The good- the brisket was super good. The cheddar was solid. the best part were the sides the Mac and cheese was good, but the green beans were the best part of the meal. The bad. The spare ribs were over cooked and super dry. The Beed rib was 2/3 fat and gristle. We showed one of the staff and he came back with another piece that was a little better... but said the fat to meat ration is Normal for beed ribs. The staff was super helpful and great... food was a little underwhelming

We ordered the Rib Platter Special and the Trio Choice Platter, and everything was delicious, but the brisket was the absolute standout. I must say, it was the best brisket I've ever had. We asked for the fattier cut, and it was melt-in-your-mouth tender -- truly exceptional. We also tried a variety of their sauces, and they all had great flavor, which made the meal even better. The ribs and pork were solid too, but that brisket alone is worth coming back for.

The pork ribs are wonderfully juicy and packed with deep flavor, pairing nicely with the complimentary sweet BBQ sauce even though they do not strictly need it. Unlike most places where the pulled pork dries out, this one stays remarkably moist and savory throughout. Chili (4/5): A very unique side that is much thinner and more watery than a traditional chili, holding a texture closer to a thin spaghetti sauce. Despite the looser consistency, it is absolutely packed with a variety of delicious smoked meats in every single bite. Mac and Cheese (5/5): An exceptional side dish and a clear favorite of the meal. It's incredibly rich, creamy, and distinctively flavored with sharp cheddar, which gives it a much bolder and more satisfying punch than standard restaurant mac and cheese. Corn Bread (5/5): This side functions almost like a dessert, boasting an incredibly sweet, vanilla cake like taste. The high level of sweetness provides a nice contrast to the intense salt, smoke, and savory flavors of the massive meat plate. Logistics Tip: Parking is limited but manageable between the two adjacent lots, and there is a clean restroom on site. To help beat the intense heat, they generously provide complimentary bottles of ice cold water. Keep in mind that they hosted live music on the late Saturday morning that we went. While it adds a fun, energetic backyard vibe, it can get incredibly loud and makes chatting with friends difficult, so you may want to bring ear protection or plan your arrival time accordingly.

There was a review a few days ago talking about how the restrooms were disgusting, I did not find that to be the case during my visit, everything was clean and well maintained in the restaurant and the restrooms. The food itself was alright, we ordered the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, brisket burnt ends, jalapeno sausage with mac n cheese and potato salad. The pulled pork was extremely dry and difficult to enjoy without sauce (which was good). The brisket burnt ends which are a $4 up charge, had a good bark and flavor, but were also pretty dry and benefited from sauce, which you can see both in the attached photos. The jalapeno sausage was my least favorite, something about it felt generic almost like i've had the same exact thing elsewhere. The mac n cheese was pretty good, and the potato salad was also good in a very classic way. Overall, its worth stopping by and giving it a shot, especially if you're on this side of town and want barbecue because there is not many options. If the meat was less dry it would have definitely gotten 5 stars, which may be the case normally, but was not during our visit.
