Best chicken wings in Key West Florida! Great for late night food and outdoor seating only. You can call ahead and they will have them ready for you. Here we are at the Casa Marina and we find ourselves ordering delivery from this place 3 nights out of 4 already. Love their wings! Garlic Parmesan are perfect! I like traditional Buffalo hot sauce (Franks is my favorite) no blue cheese no celery just hot. I REALLY wanted to like this place I really did, but unfortunately their service tonight was disappointing. I ordered them for lunch earlier today and got 20 wings: 10 lemon pepper, 5 sweet fire chipotle, and 5 buffalo Parmesan. The lemon pepper was amazing along with the chipotle; however, I do not like Parmesan cheese on my wings (learned that today). I had my wings delivered in about 30 minutes. Everything was so good I decided I'd order my husband some wings after he got off work. For my husband I asked for 10 chipotle 5 Jamaican jerk and 5 bbq. I also ordered the nachos for myself. It's a Friday night so I figured delivery would take a little longer. An hour after I order our food the delivery driver was outside. When my husband opened his boxes he immediately knew the order was wrong. We had a box of 10 plain wings and 10 wings that looked like garlic Parmesan. I immediately call the driver back to tell him about our order and he tells me to call the restaurant. I call the place and tell the guy what happened. He basically tells me he's gonna need to see proof of the mixup because they "never have that problem" . I'm like ok well do you want the chicken back? And he tells me he's going to call the driver and then call me back. I wait like 10 minutes (mind you my husband is getting hungrier and angrier every minute). I finally get annoyed and decide to call again. This time the guy tells me I'm gonna be on hold a while. I wait 10 more minutes on hold and then I'm taken off hold but no ones on the phone! I hang up and tell my husband I'm going up there. Instead he goes up there and after about 25 minutes he comes back completely empty handed. Apparently the "Wing Masters" ran out of wings!!! Sooo frustrating! However they did refund my money for the wings but they definitely should've threw in a philly cheese steak on the house or something! I wasted my time, money, and gas, and now I have to cook dinner! I had been bragging about this place to my husband all day and his first experience with it has been completely ruined smh.
