Horrible customer service!! I walked in and as I approached the register to place my order the cashier was talking to another employee and didn't acknowledge me until 5 mins later, and she wasn't polite at all. I then placed my order to only wait literally 35 mins to get it!!! That's insane! Not one employee approached me to let me know that my order would soon be ready or say "sorry about the wait". One good thing I can say is that the wings were good but I'm a big stickler on customer service, no matter what part of town I'm in, and if it sucks then they're are plenty other places with good wings along with great customer service to go to. read more

This place and employees are the worst there can be, I called to make an on the phone order the girl went along with what I was asking, when my boyfriend got there 20 mins later the girl said she never put my order in ! I called her while my boyfriend was there and I told her what was the dam point of her asking what I wanted and acting like she was listening to later say she never entered it.... Went on my lunch called it in litterly started making it when I got there and my whole lunch break I spent sitting there... When I try calling they answer and hang up... unfortunately there is not one single person in that location who cares about their customers ! I was picking up an order today at this place , everything was normal and okay until 20 mins after the delivery, the lady from the Wings Empire (glass and piercing), called and said the customer said they are missing 2 orders and she said she forgot to give me those two orders at the restaurant. She told me to come back and pick it up because the customers were on duty and could not pick it up themselves. I was already done for the day and have already droven 18 miles north. Of course I wasn't going to turn back around - especially when it was her mistake for not giving me all the orders. On top of that, I wouldn't even get paid for it again.... that resulted in a bad rating from the customer because of her. Never delivering for this place again. WAITED almost an hour for an incorrect order that was a super let down. Order finally came out incorrect and missing food. They replaced the order but since wings empire took over the quality is now garbage! I was craving chiplote fries so I choose too called to make the order because I know that they ALWAYS LAG cus is sooooo hard to fry fries put the chicken and the sauces. ! So I called I was 10 mins away . So they answer and they made me waited 10'mins ( I was calling while driving to the place ) they make me waited Just so they can hang up on me ! I called back they say it got disconnected when I know so well it didn't cus I heard the CLICK when someone hangs up !! So my husband went in yo payed so they know we were there already so they can start the order obviously after whoever order before us ! They have said it was gonna take no more then 30 mins , I called at 7:09 pm and we got out 7:50 pmWITH NO FOOD !!!!!! They serve everyone but US ! Even the people after us got there food ! My husband decide to cancel the order they gave him back the money and told him he was gonna get his food for free but he didn't want too . We seen so many stories when employees put stuff in the food . He didn't want to risk it ! People there is too ratchet ! And so unprofessional! I haven't been here since they changed their name. Let me tell you I won't be going back either. I called in my order of regular size chicken chipotle fries with extra sauce and a side of ranch. I was told that it was going to take 10 minutes for my order. I arrived 15 minutes after i ordered and my order want ready yet. I had to wait, so I proceeded to sit down. The place was dirty, the floor needed to be swept and the tables needed to be cleaned. I don't know about other people, but I don't like to eat at dirty places (good thing I ordered to go). After waiting 15 minutes at the place (30 minutes after I had placed my order) I was upset and I asked the lady if my food was ready because they told me over the phone it would be 10 minutes and it's been 30 minutes. She said she was going to see how much longer it was going to take. A couple minutes later she brought me my order. When I got home the portion of the food was small, it had 8 pieces of chicken, and I got a smaller size of ranch than what I paid for, but they did give me extra sauce on the fries. I will not be coming back to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone. read more

My boyfriend introduced me the buffalo fries from this place and I fell in love. I live in LA area so when I come visit I always want buffalo fries from here. My boyfriend is vegetarian so we always order the chicken to the side. But today, we had horrible service. We called in our order so by the time we get there it will be almost ready. Once it was ready we noticed the chicken wasn't to the side like we ordered. They gave it back and we noticed once we got home that all they did was take the chicken out. Which left pieces of chicken still in the fries. This is upsetting, they couldn't just remake the fries as how we ordered them? Now my boyfriend can't eat them because it has chicken and this is upsetting because this is my favorite place I come from LA just for this. Now we might think twice about coming back. read more

Even though the buffalo fries were good, Horrible place, the girl was rude and seemed to hate her job. Someone called the place and asked her something, as soon as she hung up she started mocking the person who had called. Talking smack about her with her coworker. Also, I arrived at 8:55 and before reciving my order at 9:22 the lady cleaning up said, is it for here or to go? And the girl who took my order said for here, and she said why? We're closing in 30 minutes. She could've told me that BEFORE even taking my order so therefor I would've said to go. Why work somewhere that you don't like, I just don't get it. This place is great. The food is fresh and good. Personally I like their chicken tenders and their hamburger. The staff is always friendly and keep the place clean. I love that they have TVs on the walls to watch a game while waiting for the food. read more
