Within 5-7 years the price for the Wing & Tender combo changed from $12.50 to $19.00. So 8 small wings + 3 tenders. That's been my go-to except this time the got the wing flavor wrong. When I asked to change it, they said they said they didn't have the flavor I wanted... but never told me that at any point. This place seems to think that charging more money for the same quality food not having certain wing flavors or even running out of Pepsi at 2pm on a Tuesday while charging $19 for the same 11 pieces of food is ridiculous. The sweet tea tasted like someone dumped packets of sugar in it and was only bearable to drink after stirring it a bit. The side of French fries we ordered reminded me of In-N-Out fries, luke-warm and colorless. I ordered a 5 - piece honey bbq boneless wings. They put so much sauce on their wings that the chicken gets soggy. I will say my friend's wings came out looking better. He had the parm wings. The wings here are okay. I believe this is a Houston based restaurant and the wings in Houston are definitely better. I got the lemon pepper wings and French fries and it was good, however it taste like I could have made it myself. I also got fried pickles and that was very good. I ordered from Wings N More today around 430 and my order was a Bacon cheeseburger with mashed potatoes I specifically asked them for no lettuce no tomato no onion no mayo put it in bold caps in the comments what did I get lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo pickles on my burger. I also Ordered a five piece honey barbecue wings which were absolutely fantastic they were hot and delicious. This is the second time that they actually screwed up my order the first time was well over a year ago the food was cold stale just gross much better quality of food if they did just left all the stuff off my burger everything would've been fine but I can taste the lettuce on my burger and I don't like it. Great customer service!!! fast forward to today I Was on hold for a whopping 20 minutes! They didn't pick up until I pulled into the parking lot and just told them I'd go inside and order. Walk in, person in the take out area isn't wearing their mask properly and never once apologized for having me on hold 20 minutes. But, after many years, sadly, we visited and Wings & More it does not resemble the original in any form or fashion. First off, noticed this is no longer a family friendly environment. The music is too loud, the clientele have become the bar sitters. The wings are subpar and the ranch dressing; unbelievably over salted. By this time, wing rubs and sauces should have been updated to more varieties. In addition, the restroom and stalls were clearly neglected and disgusting. This restaurant is a good normal casual place to eat with good ole food and you know what to expect. We ordered to go and the boneless wings were good the flavors of the sauces were good it wasn't the best boneless wings but it satisfied the night. The meat is tender and the batter is crispy mixed with the ranch it's good. The onion rings are amazing the batter is light and crispy and you can really taste the onions. The chipotle ranch is a great choice because the saltiness of the ranch adds a bit more Thang to the crispy white onions. On the other hand the tenders could've been better. When compared to other tenders I've had for ex: Canes, Whataburger, BWW or any other place, it's dry and it tasted slightly overcooked and burnt. When dipped in the gravy it doesn't really help it's just one flat note. The chicken quesadilla was good but it seem too simple. It wasn't grilled long enough to make the outer tortilla shell crispy. I ordered the omelette that came with hash browns and toast. I have to say it was a lot of food for the price. It was hot and made exactly as listed on the menu. I wanted to try the waffle but I will leave it to next time. Service: The service was great! My waitier took his time with me, asked if I needed anything else & provided service with a smile.
