Three entire orders of fries were missing causing me to now go to the location to retrieve my fries after I paid for delivery. I received a $10 gift card 2 months later. While the wings without the salt are fantastic the amount of sodium on the fries will still kill you. So wash the fries and wings off before consumption. Wanted to give this place a try but was sadly disappointed. Tried it during lunchtime and they had only 1 customer in the store so it definitely wasn't busy. I ordered the garlic Parmesan and the hickory BBQ. My order took almost 30 minutes to get ready and to be honest the wings were almost as good as the ones I make at home and I'm no wing expert. The employees were just laughing and joking around not doing anything. I think they should have at least tried to get rid of the many flies that were buzzing around. Sad to say when I left the other customers were complaining about their wait time (2 more came in after me). Bowie residents like me will try to support any new local business but I don't think I can justify mediocre food, long wait time and terrible customer service. read more

I live in Bowie near the town center and love wings, so I was happy to see Wing Stop open. But my experience yesterday was all wrong. First off, it is ratchet! As soon as you walk in, the music is blasting so loud you have to almost yell your order. The people look rough and unfriendly like the Crips and the Bloods. It's the kind of place you expect to be in a tough neighborhood. I told myself if the food is good, I would just ignore my initial impression. That was my first mistake! How can anybody get wings wrong? I ordered 30 wings and fries. I had classic hot buffalo and 10 of the bbq. I asked for them to be fried hard. I asked for blue cheese. Usually wherever I go, I get a good mix of flats and drums. Flats are my fave. There were only two flats in my order of 30 wings! Second thing, the sauce was something OTHER than normal buffalo wing sauce. I don't know what it was. It was red like kool-aid. It was awful. They were not fried hard, my fries were overcooked and they did not put the blue cheese I asked for in the bag. I paid $23 that I can never get back! When I placed my order online I specified what time I wanted to pick up, arrived early and expected to wait. However, my food was ready.
