Your basic wing spot with certain traditional carry out items like cheesesteaks, fried chicken or fried Fish. But people come here for the Wings ! I wanted to give them 4 stars but sometimes it can be hit or miss. I would say they are more consistently on the good side than not. The 10-piece wing Combo is the way to go. You can pick up to 2 flavors and comes with crinkle cut French fries, celery (your choice of blue cheese or ranch) and a 21oz fountain drink! Heads up they will charge $.25 for extra blue cheese or ranch. Also, for a $1.00 up-charge you can get all drums or all flats. #TeamDrums for me. I also request my wings to be fried extra crispy. Lastly don't forget to ask for the mambo sauce!

Moon dust wings, moon dust seasoning, ranch dressing and my receipt. I got 10% off with a coupon on the back of my Giant food receipt.

I called in my order of 10 moon dust wings. When I arrived 10 minutes later, my order was hot and ready. I asked about getting a side of the moon dust seasoning and was given some by the nice young lady behind the counter. I found out that it was more of a sauce than a seasoning. I absolutely love this flavor. It's like an old bay type of flavor but with a hint of something else. I can't put my finger on it but it's good. You should try it. The wings were cooked nicely. They were fried hard but they were not dry. I dipped them in ranch dressing which is the only way to eat them. This location is extremely neat and clean with a large flat screen TV and plenty of tables and chairs if you'd like to eat in. You walk to the counter, order your food and wait for your order. You will have to pay extra for things like flats or drumsticks only, an additional dressing or drink refills, which I think is a bit absurd. Other than that, the place is worth a visit. Oh and sometimes you can get a 10% off coupon on the back of your Giant food recipe. I believe it's only for the Annapolis road location though.

I ordered 5 wings with blue cheese and they gave me blue cheese that expired in 2004. Like are you serious. I normally don't like to berate businesses like this but I'm extremely upset. I'm glad I looked at it before I gave it to my 10 year old nephew. He could've gotten really sick. I will NOT be ordering from this location ever again.

Old Bay wings. 5 piece combo, comes with fries and 20oz fountain drink.
Tiffany N.

Not bad. Only eaten from here twice (so far). First time someone else picked up the food and brought it to me. Second time I went in and ordered myself. Both times I got the old Bay wings because they are that good. Fried so that they are just crispy enough and the right amount of seasoning. I will say the stay needs to be a little more pleasant, wasn't the warmest atmosphere.

A special shoutout to our server, Dave, who was attentive throughout our visit. We had someone in our group with dietary restrictions, and he was knowledgeable about the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations that made ordering much easier. This visit was more of a late night stop for us as we shared a few appetizers and enjoyed a couple of cocktails, but everything we had was delicious. After seeing the variety on the menu, I'm already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the dinner offerings. Jerry's definitely exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming seafood spot in the Bowie area.

Jerry's Seafood is located in Bowie near the Bowie Town Center and there was ample parking. We came in and were shown to our table. The ambiance was minimalistic Cap Cod vibes with wood beam walls with touches of nautical items (ship wheels and pictures of tin-canned oyster containers). Our server, Eddie, was excellent. He was engaging, informative, and just had a wonderful vibe throughout our dining experience. He started us off with a basket of rolls: hot and fresh with softened butter. Our meal was starting off just as we'd hope. We started with the fresh crab dip which was rich and creamy topped with jumbo lump crab, chives and a touch of Old Bay served hot with a sliced baguette. This was my first time experiencing a crab dip so LIGHT and creamy. The Old Bay was not overwhelming, just the perfect compliment to the fresh, sweet jumbo lump crab. The baguettes were more than enough and were crisp on one side and soft on the other. This dip was exceptional. Next was our entree, the crab bomb was served with two sides ( we got the seasoned wedges and stewed tomatoes). The stewed tomatoes were fresh with a sweetness that brought back memories. The wedges were perfect: pillowy soft inside with a crisp seasoned coating. Now the crab bomb....this was exceptional: 10 ounces of all lump crab, baked to perfection; no need for additional seasonings or even a sauce; maybe a squeeze of fresh lemon. It was so sweet and delicate; one of the best I have had in a while. We also got a Mariner's Platter to go: a six ounce crab cake, flounder, fried shrimp, steamed shrimp, fried oysters, and fries scallops with two sides ( we chose two garden salads). The platter was a bit skimpy for $63 and it was just okay for us; the scallops were not edible AT ALL: they had a metallic taste that was present on the first bite, that was disappointing (this dropped our score from a 5 to 4 stars). The salads were fresh and we got the honey/lemon dressing. That dressing was SO good! I usually don't go for creamy dressing like this, BUT this dressing was so unexpectedly good! All in all, a great meal that I will drive to Bowie again for with no hesitation (except for the Mariner's Platter).

Yo girl been trying to eat a little healthier and was looking for some baked or grill fish. This restaurant did deliver. The grill tilapia and broccoli was pretty good. The portion size was on point. My son wanted their crab cake burger which I had to taste and it was delicious. They offer mumbo sauce with their fries and it is banging. Got a nice little kick to it. The corn on the cob is so so. Its not bad but I just had better. Its too greasy for corn on the cob too. So confused about that. Any who, I spent $40 for everything which was reasonable for 2 meals. I will definitely be back to try other menu items. The cashiers here are super friendly which is always appreciated because its seems like people are losing basic manners. So thanks ladies for your kindness it didnt go unnoticed. Would I recommend this restaurant, yeah I would. Its not spectacular but its pretty good and you get enough food for the price. That itself is worth it. So go and visit so we can keep restaurants like this open in our community.

There are surprising number of chicken options here for a place called, "This Is Seafood", but not quite as many seafood options as I hoped. I was really looking forward to getting an order of fried scallops for lunch and I was a little disappointed they didn't have them on the menu. I decided to get the Combo #4: 3 whole wings, 6 fried shrimp, and my choice of 1 piece of fish and side dish. For my fish, I chose fried catfish and for my side I chose hush puppies. The combo also came with a fountain drink. I decided to mix their house-made lemonade and house-made iced tea and it made the perfect half-and-half. The wait wasn't too bad, as the food was being freshly made. It was piping hot and crispy when I received it. Those shrimp were huge! Some of the biggest fried shrimp I've ever had...And not those butterfly shrimp either. Whole shrimp, and the tail was removed so I didn't have to worry about accidentally crunching on one of the shells. The catfish was delectable! Perfectly seasoned, delightfully crispy, and absolutely melted in my mouth. So good. I'm coming back for the catfish if nothing else. The wings were perfectly fried, nice and crispy, but they were a bit too light on the seasoning for my taste. And the mumbo sauce tasted too similar to barbecue sauce. I did not like that, so I ended up saving the rest of the wings until I got home to put my own mumbo sauce on them. The hush puppies were also really good. I like that they were fried perfectly and weren't greasy... Even after reheating them. Overall, my lunch cost me about $25 and it was enough food for at least two meals. Can't beat that. I'll be back for that catfish.

I've been to other places and loved them but this was a first time here. We parked and all you can smell is seafood and fish. Parking was decently easy. We walked in and asked to sit outside and was sent upstairs. Thought it a bit weird, but it was all good. We had nothing else going on on a Monday, and just wanted crabs. So we made our way upstairs and had to walk around a few corners to get to the bar before we self seated and found a table under these stairs. But the view! It was pretty, with the small lake or pond we were staring into. The whimsy breeze felt great against my skin and thankful there was an umbrella which shielded us from the hot sun. The tables were covered with craft paper. There were one server working the section. We ordered a Bloody Mary and a Paloma - who doesn't love a good cocktail on a hot day outside next to water? The menu is a decent size. We wanted the extra large crabs but they only had six left so we did half extra large and half large. We also ordered Mac and Cheese which turned out to be Kraft Mac and Cheese, Hush Puppies and also an order of Cole slaw. I was tired after trying to crack three crabs, but the flavors were great. I wish it had more of the orange eggs stuff but I guess we couldn't choose which type of crab they were and I had no orange eggs in the crab. But the flavors were good. I enjoyed the experience. It was pretty chill and just nice to be outside cracking teeth and sipping drinks.

For some reason, we had nostalgic memories of this place, but it turns out that we pretty much had the same exact three-star experience. We just really wanted to bring our daughter back here since this spot in America plays a significant role in family lore. Unbelievably, it was raining again, but we waited for a table right by two windows, so water vibes were good. We got a couple local beers and while our server was nice, she also had a bit of an unceremonious manner that took us off guard. Not her fault, but we were total idiots and ordered the medium crabs. Why? WHY?! They are impossible to pick! And we even mentioned in our previous review the merits of ordering the jumbo ones to make life easy. Amateur hour!! We did order a few other crab-themed dishes, which made the meal more pleasant. The imperial crab was only OK, but the crab cakes were really something special. We got one fried and one broiled, and we would definitely recommend the latter. There was so much fresh crab and neither of them were greasy. As far as sides, the veggies were drowning in butter, and the corn on the cob tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. Fries were decent and the hush puppies weren't bad, but you know those came right out of a Sysco freezer bag. We got those nutter butter ice cream cone things again and they were terrible. The shell is hard as a rock and so is the flavorless vanilla ice cream underneath while the cone is rubbery soft. Quite the feat. Despite the ups and downs of the cuisine here, we had a really pleasant time as a family, and this place will always hold a soft (shell crab) spot in our hearts. While it's doubtful that we'll be back again, we're glad that we gave it a second go. Just remember: never order medium crabs!

Crabs are sold by the dozen and are typically available in Extra Large, Large, Medium, and Small sizes, depending on the day's catch. A chalkboard lets you know what's available, and seeing the live crabs in the dockside tanks leaves no doubt about how fresh they are. We ordered a dozen large blue crabs, along with an appetizer of longneck clams, a soft-shell crab sandwich, red potatoes, and a cup of clam chowder. Everything was fresh and delicious, and enjoying it while overlooking the water somehow made it taste even better.
