Place an order via app. Email said it will be ready by 709. Get there shortly after 709 and it's not ready. Cashier looks at me puzzled when she ask for the name of the order. She looks in the computer after looking at order tixs and don't see my order. I show her my email with the order and she confirms she remembers it then says $38.15 even after I pay for it via app. Employee asks if I'm at the right wing stop and i reply yes (lived here for over 20years). Wing stop in Bowie....Let me just say that the wings where very good and a nice size....the fries are good and hot...I ordered a large fries and it was plenty. The wings are nice hot and fresh...The down side is don't buy the combs its 9 dollars for six wing small fries and a drink... A little high price wise....I got the 20 wing count and it was worth it, along with the large fries.... All and all I was impressed and the customer service was very good.... read more

Ok...so I gave this place another try last weekend. I ordered the small combo with Louisiana rub and the Korean sauce. I requested all drum sticks. I reminded the gentlemen twice that I wanted all drums since I did not see it on my receipt. There were three employees, 1 on the cash register, 1 cooking the wings and mixing the sauces and a 3rd cutting up fries, filling the ice machine, etc. I felt bad for them because although working extremely hard they were short staffed and could have used an extra man or two. People were consistently coming in to order or pick up. I waited for about 15 minutes for my order which was a little too long for wings since you are cooking the same few items repeatedly so you would think they would have multiple friers filled and ready to go with wings. 1. The prices are extremely high here , they remind me of Buffalo Wild Wings where 6 wing drummettes will cost you well over $5. Once I got my order I checked before leaving and sure enough they had failed to give me all drums. Once I brought this to their attention they said they would cook me some more. I asked if I could get hot fries with my new wings since the ones they gave me would be cold by the time my wings were done. They guaranteed me that they would and told me to keep the incorrect order. The best thing here are the fries, they are fresh cut and the seasoning they put on them is a good send it is salty with a hint of sweet. I waited about 20 minutes for my new order. I would have preferred that since my order was incorrect and I had been waiting quite a long time not to mention I had my 3 month old bbt with me that they would have given me the next wings that came up versus me waiting again at the back of the wing demand line. Well, they failed to give me hot fries but gave me new wings all drums. At this point I was too tired to inquire about the fries plus my daughter was getting antsy. I would not come back, the fries would be my only reason for even thinking about another attempt. Terrible. The last two times I've ordered out they've left out an item or two. The first time it was an order of French-fries then the next time it was the cheese sauce and dipping sauces....extra money in their pocket I guess. The lady that answered the phone wasn't very helpful either. Won't be going there again and I really loved this place back in San Diego, I guess Wngstop just doesn't work out here on the other coast. I'm very confused on the bad reviews. This is hands down the best wing place in bowie. I have been to americas best wings, wing zone, and here plenty of times and this takes the cake. Quite simply they cook their wings perfectly every time. You never have to worry about the wings being dry like you do at the other places I just mentioned. I also think the service is quite good. One of the first times I ordered carryout here I got 30 boneless wings which was going to be about $25-$30. Turns out it was on 50 cent boneless wing day and I had no idea. The manager came over and voided out my bill and rang up the discount without me even asking. Saved me $15 :) read more

If you are looking for a fast food experience WINGSTOP is not for you .. Upon ordering my wings the young man who I first seen has long hair and tattoos was great in helping me order (I was a newbie) , he explained his knowledge of the menu and told me his favorites. After deciding I ordered my wings and was quoted 20 minutes till it would be done. I thought it to be a little long but I waited it out. Finally I get my food some 25 min later and the food was worth the wait . Hot wings, delicious fries and the rolls where to die for ! I appreciated the A/C and also enjoyed watching tv , overall I enjoyed my meal. read more

My husband has been talking about WingStop for MONTHS! He's been eating it nonstop and has gained 10 pounds because of it. So I had to try them out. We ordered the buffalo, lemon pepper, old bay, and garlic Parmesan. Boy oh boy! First of all, I love buffalo wings. A lot of places claim to have buffalo wings but always disappoint me. WingStop has REAL buffalo wings. The sauce is perfection! I hate when places skimp on the sauce. I took one star off bc the second time that I went back for buffalo wings they skimped on the sauce but they were still really good. Anyway, the Old Bay were delicious but a tad bit too salty. The garlic Parmesan were pretty good and my husband's LOVES the lemon pepper. They fry their wings perfectly. So with perfectly fried wings and perfect buffalo sauce you have yummy get in my tummy goodness. Their fries are pretty good too, reminds me of Five Guys. Place is clean, customer service is cool. So as you can see I pretty much just go for the buffalo wings lol. read more

Terribly slow service. The employees listlessly meander around and don't seem interested in working at all. I hate that I had to give them one star. I wish I could do this review without having to give them ANY!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I've been going to Wingstop for YEARS and this is the FIRST time I've experienced horrible service. I placed an order via the Android app. Once I got there to pick my order up, I walked into what looked like, a bunch of friends reuniting, at the club.... RIGHT AT THE COUNTER with music blaring. Whatever, I ignored that. Grabbed my order, immediately noticed how LIGHT the bag was. I was suppose to have 2 ten wing combos, a pound of ranch and a regular sized cheese sauce. What I actually had in my bag was.... WINGS. No fries, no sauce.... just wings. After notifying the employees about my missing items, I was handed a few little cups of ranch that was suppose to be equal to the ONE pound bowl it usually comes in. I was told my fries were going to take 5 minutes to cook, they were done in 3. It didn't take the full 5 minutes because he prepared ONE fry, in one container. He tried to tell me and then proceeded to ARGUE that what he prepared was, again, equal to 2 orders of fries. The worst experience ever in my history of Wingstop. I paid $29 for this exhausting experience. The Alexandria location is WAY better!!!!!! read more

This was the worst experience ever. We placed our order over the internet and was told it would be ready at 7:59pm. We went to pick up our order provided them with the name, order number and phone number. They told us they did not have our order. We showed them our bank account and the fact that the credit card was charged and showed them the email confirmation. They told us they did not have our order and sent us away. This was 30 minutes of arguing with them and they would not complete our order. We left the restaurant and then was called back to tell us our order was ready. Our food had been sitting there the whole time. They had no issue with charging us $35.65 and giving us food that had been sitting for at least 45 minutes. Our food was cold and they felt giving us some cookies was restitution for the experience. We should have received fresh food and we should not have had to pay for it given that they wasted an hour of our time and it was their mistake. Once again, this was the worst experience and poor customer service. read more

Let me start by saying l do enjoy the food here, l think the wings and seasoning are really good so the issue with this place is not the food. The first issue is the price, its just way too high for wings and fries. I don't expect to pay $12 for a wing meal to go. The next issue is the service is pretty poor, not very friendly and they don't seem at all happy to be there or to help you. I called in my order at 6:55 and showed up at 7:30 to pick it up. I asked that my wings be well done although the young man on the phone was rushing me to order. When I arrived they had forgotten to make them well done and I spent another 30 minutes waiting on them to remake my order. I watched people come in and out as I waited patiently. Can't comment on the food because I left after waiting for 15 minutes with no indication of how much longer i would have to wait to even place an order. I wish I could rate 2.5 stars. The service experience was just fine. They were very busy. The actual wings were just OK. I prefer Wing Zone between the two in regards to flavor, quantity and price. We tried the Hot, Hawaiian and Lemon Garlic Pepper. The Hot were mild at best and had more red color than buffalo flavor in spite of the three flame indicator on the menu. The Hawaiian were more of a pineapple/citrus muted flavor. The Lemon Pepper were LEMON. However, they had a good crisp to them. The blue cheese dressing tasted like they spilled LEMON and GARLIC in it. Obviously, this was not a good compliment to any of the flavors above. Try them if you like.. just keep your expectations right in the middle between "I'm starving" and "this will do". read more

This Wingstop has the worst customer service ever. We called in an order and still had to wait 30 minutes. The when I wanted to change to the 30 piece combo the cashier said " I don't know how to do that". I also had to ask them to put my fries in a container so that by the time I got home they wouldn't be cold. I was told that Charles Swann is the manager and would not be in until 5PM, I will be going back up there to speak to him and I will be calling their main office. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! read more
