There is no doubt the wings are BOMB but the customer service is off. I worked in quick food service in college so Im well rounded in hospitality. The cashier had a smart ale approach when asking how many wings in total before giving her the different flavors and quantities. My husband and I then stepped back to allow the customer behind us go ahead. Once we were ready, we stepped back in from of the corner, however, the same cashier was in the back in visible site eating. So unfortunately, we had to wait till she was done with her couple of bits. With that, the cashier had one pair of ear phone on connecting to her phone. The last time I checked, that is not ok. My favorite wing place. Wings rival that of Buffalo Wild Wings, and are slightly BIGGER. Wingstop has MUCH BETTER FRIES too. Mmmmm.....seasoned and you can really taste the potatoes. Sort of like Great Steak fries, if you know what I mean. There are several flavors to choose from, including Teriyaki, Hickory BBQ, and all sorts of 'spicy' flavors as well. Wings are super yummy and really hit the spot!! Service is friendly and the place is clean. The only improvement I can think of is that they should keep the restroom open for all customers, rather than have to get the key from the front desk. Chicken wings have to be one of my favorite foods and I must say that Wingstop is pretty much my favorite place to eat of all time. It is my go to restaurant whenever I'm feel like I want to eat some good, hearty, fried food. I enjoy Wingstop more than other wing places like Wings&Things and Dirty Birds because of the variety of flavors and the quality of the wing itself. Wings&Things only have one flavor to choose from and their wings are always drenched in this sort of sauce/grease type mixture. Dirty Birds do have quite a few flavors to choose from, but i find their wings really fatty, almost to the point where it feels too soft, and not like fried chicken at all. When ordering wings at Wingstop I always order half lemon pepper and half original hot with a side of fries. When taking a bite out of the lemon pepper wings its like this explosion of flavor you've never experienced before erupts in your mouth. The original hot wings have that perfect blend of spicy that makes it a little bit hot in your mouth, but not much where it can't be enjoyable. The french fries here are absolutely the best! I'm not even sure if I can verbalize how delicious they taste. It's like something you've never tired before. When I'm in the mood for something different sometimes I mix lemon pepper and mild together which turns out a nice combination of buffalo and lemony pepper. From time to time I also enjoy atomic with garlic parmesan. The flavors mixed together create a subtle spicy flavor with an extra kick of garlic. If you are going to do garlic parmesan i highly recommend putting it on something boneless because the flavor seems to absorb much better. *On a side note: The guys working here are so nice. No matter what time of day, or night it is, they are always really friendly to me and even 'hook' it up sometimes. This place is flat out gross, disgusting!! There were 4 young females working the kitchen, one working the register. The trays were sticky and dirty. I had to use paper towels to pick up my food . Fries were black and nasty. To top it off, 4 different tables had trays , food and garbage that had not been picked up for 45 minutes while I sat and watch the World Series game on my phone. I really really really wanted to love this place. After bad service on my first visit - 30 minutes to complete an order when they were only 1/2 full. I decided that my love for wings could over look it and I went back. This time I called ahead and was told my order would take 14 minutes. Great I thought it takes me about 20 minutes to get there. I arrive 20 minutes after my call to be told that it was not ready. 5 more minutes. So I looked around saw 2 people taking orders 4 in the kitchen and an older gentleman having great difficulty pouring draft bear. After waiting 15 minutes (total time 35 minutes) and hearing the girls tell multiple people 14 minutes for their order. I had a fit. I was told sorry but we got busy. Ok, I ordered 10 wings and regular fries COME ON. I asked for a refund and mysteriously my order was completed in front of my eyes in less than 1 minute. Wings are good, their ranch is addictive. Service is fast, but employees seem to be annoyed at times or lack customer service skills. (expected from a teenager, right?) I only wanted to order six wings instead of a combo and the cashier said that the minimum was 10 pieces, I ordered the wings and when they called my name it didn't come with ranch so I asked them for a ranch and the cashier informed me that they don't add any ranch if you ordered the wings by them selves. Apparently, paying $11 dlls does not get you any dipping sauce, period. It's like ordering fries and the place tells you that you have to buy ketchup separately because they won't give you any. I have never been to a business where they sell buffalo wings and they don't give you ranch or blue cheese dressing, this is pretty ridiculous and the cashier probably should have told me before I payed that no ranch/blue cheese is included. I'm posting this in hopes that people decide to skip on this place to make the owner suffer enough to realize that customer satisfaction is more important than a solid product. So I used to frequent this place a while ago (I haven't been in a while but while doing homework from my MBA program on the value of customer service and customer being right I have to post!) Service was never good, the people seemed to be talking to themselves in the back taking at least 3 minutes or more to recognize that I'm standing there waiting to order, the music was not the best for family and the real reason I'm posting this, because even though it's been a while I'm extremely upset at how spending $20 dollars or more and having them want to charge extra for the Ranch sauce. Lots of mixed reviews for Wingstop in CV. Personally not the best wings I've ever had, but also not the worst. I ordered the 35 piece wings ($20.99) which had up 3 different flavors to choose from. I chose the Cajun, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Parmesan. Not much of a fan of the Cajun, but the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan were delicious. To be fair, some restaurants put batter on there wings to make them seem "bigger" but really they all have the same about of chicken meat on them. And some places just have wings that are pumped with fillers to make them unnaturally bigger. In the case of Wing Stop they serve there wings "naked" style. Personally I'd rather have something taste good, than a whole lot of nothing! Anyone can serve large portions, but if the food is crap, then its really not worth it. I like the set up of the restaurant lots of tables with a flat screens. I'm sure a nice spot to enjoy wings and drinks during a sporting event. I didn't take advantage, since I took my order to-go. The food came out fairly quickly. My only quirk about Wing Stop is that, the wings didn't come with dressing, like ranch or blue cheese. I guess that's extra!? Amazing customer service! I came here to prep for midterms, and being tired from studying, I misunderstood the cashier when I ordered my meal. When I got my order I was confused to see wings instead of tenders.
