Went in last night at 10pm and had a pleasant experience. In the past I had always avoided this location becasue of the very poor reviews. I had ordered online and when I arrived, the order was just being bagged up. The boneless wings were crunchy and fresh, and the flavors were awesome. I love Wingstop, in my opinion they've got some of the best wings ever! I've been ordering from this location since it opened. It's been difficult ordering over the phone or going in person the first year or two of their business because the staff was so rude. But just recently they've changed their staff and they're much sweeter, helpful, patient and go above and beyond to help their customers. I just placed a phone order and those usually don't go well for me due to the attitudes mentioned above, but a gentleman answered and was professional all throughout. They're still new so they have good customer service which def surprised me LOL. I love wingstop and am a diehard fan but if you eat there at any location around you know the longer they've been there the worse the customer service is. The wings and quality are still the same suprisingly. The only thing that threw me off for this location was that they give really little fries (like the correct proportion an american is suppose to eat). but if you're use to a big amount other places usually give to share with friends, you might wanna order an extra fry! read more

On 12/10/2020 I ordered two 6 piece meals before my lunch break at work. By the time I got there, I could tell my food had been sitting. They had plenty of time to properly bag my order with all of items, but upon arrival back to my work I noticed they missed my side order of veggie sticks that they charged me for. I did not have time to go back to get my side and when I called them to inform them of their mistake, all they did was give my store credit for the side of veggie sticks.
