This wing stop location is horrific. We ordered about $50 worth of food and there was not one thing right about the order except the carrot sticks with ranch. When I went to pick up the online order, they informed me they were out of cheese for the cheese fries. They showed me a plastic to-go ramekin full of cheese and said this was all they could get out. They asked if I wanted other sauces instead. I told them "that's fine I'll take it" and also said I would take some extra ranch dipping sauce to make up for it. I got home and started removing the 50 wings, two baskets of fries, basket of carrot sticks, and ranches... No ramekin of cheese to be found. The guy who paid for the order was upset. Cheese fries were and extra $4. There's no way the two extra containers of ranch added up to that. When we called the store, she said I didn't say that I wanted it. But, she would give us a 10% off credit toward our next visit. We opened the 50 wings (4 sauces) and started diving them up to eat. The person who wanted garlic Parmesan noticed that he only got 6 wings when we told them to divide it up so he would get 9. We called the store again after counting the wings and noticing they shorted us by 3. She upped the discount to 25% off our next visit. It doesn't end there. After eating only a couple wings, we all noticed how tough and dry they were. It's like they sat there under a heat lamp for hours. And, when we put in our order, they tossed them in the sauce we wanted and threw them in a box. I think they were the worst wings I have ever had. We didn't even bother to call again after that. It's obvious that the people at this location are lazy and have no pride in the food they are giving people to eat... And this location recently opened! Makes me worry what else happens to the food behind the scenes that we don't know about. Usually people become complacent after a long while, not after a couple months on the job. Location is good, parking is huge, old Green Burrito, then Mex Rest that flamed out with the same Green Burrito menu (made some GOOD breakfast burritos), and Outlaw Burger (failed quickly). Place is new, but needs service and org work. Found people receiving their orders and eating who ordered after me. Louisiana Rub isn't spiced too well. Very plain. I'll give it time (rating will change with more exposure to regular visits to gauge it all properly - too early to form an accurate perception in over rating). Cashier was semi brutish in her demeanor - interrupting over talking as I'm advising of my order. PS - They also took FOREVER (said 16 minutes) - my wife called TWICE asking what the hold up was and all I had ordered were 2 10 piece wing sets -- & we live 5 minutes away on Western Ave, so I was very disappointed to wait almost 40 for such a simple order. read more

I was driving by, noticed Wing Stop & decided to order lunch today. The cashier Kirya was polite, took order quickly. My order was a 6 piece classic combo, with veggies, and ranch, 2nd order was a 3 piece chicken tender, fries, and ranch, 3 rolls to go !! We were told our order would be ready in 16 minutes... time on receipt was 2:27 p.m. I noticed while attempting to place my order, there were 3 other female employees, just standing around behind the cashier who was helping me, discussing a customer who complained and was issued a refund .... hmm, they should've taken that Convo in the back, where other customers couldn't hear them. We filled up our drinks. I spilled some of mine on the counter, which I quickly cleaned up with the paper towels on the counter ... the problem was ... there are no trash receptacles in the restaurant !! There was just a paper wing stop boat with other used paper towels on the counter, so I discarded my trash there ! #GetSomeTrashCans! Along with straw trash on the counter. Around 2:45 p.m. I noticed customers who arrived after me were being brought their food, or walking out with it. I approached the counter ... 1 female employee avoided eye contact. The other female employee was handing another customer, an Asian male aside of honey mustard & rudely told him ... we are supossed to charge for this, they are not free. After she was done helping him, I asked about my order. She asked my name, I said Shawn. She replies oh yeah, I'm bagging your order right now. I sit back down with my 10 year old daughter ... sigh ... 10 minutes later ... she calls my name !! The 3 stars are for the cleanliness of the restaurant, the Cashier Kirya who helped me, and for the cool coca cola drink machine. So happy there is one in the area! It's much nicer and bigger than other ones I've been to. Only downside is the parking SUCKS on the side by the stores/bank. The employees in the nearby stores need to park further away and not take up the closest parking. I started working in the area and decided to give Wing Stop a try since i have never eaten at one. This location was "eeh" and a bit overpriced considering the food quality and customer service I recieved. I walked into this location at 3:15pm and it was more busy than i had expexted. I wasn't greeted but the all workers saw me come in and stare around in confusion for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged. They werent under-staffed, there were way too many workers behind the register and they all seemed so overwhelmed, inattentive, and rushed. Finally someone walked uo the take my order and the first thing she said to me was "Whats your name?" Well, hello to you too. I had a few questions to ask since i was a bit confused by their menu options. I asked how long the food would take because i was in my lunch break and time was limited. The girl told me "11 minutes for boneless" and i figured that would give me enough time to get back to work. 15 minutes passed, i had already filled my drink twice, and i still hadnt recieved my food. I was standing right by the front counter and i couldnt even get a question rhrough to her. She completeky ignroed me while makin. The eye contact (now thats skill!) The food was okay: I ordered barbeque and mild wings. The wings sauce looked like they just splat some on top and shook the box. I was SO EXCITED for Wingstop to open. I've been a fan for years. It is unfortunate that the previous restaurants that opened in this location did not do well, but... Wingstop is awesome. I do reccommend ordering online since it is a 16 minute wait for your order. My favorite flavor for wings is lemon pepper! Yummmmmm. The fries here are good as well. They have Gold Peak sweetened green tea, which I like! It is pretty sweet though. There is plenty of parking in this lot, but you might have to walk a little. There is a lot of seating compared to other Wingstops that I've been to. Service here is pretty good in general. I've dined-in a couple of times and had employees come up to my table to ask if everything was okay and if I needed anything else. read more

Wing stop food is always yummy. However I will be driving 5 miles out of the way to avoid the crappy customer service experience at this one. I ordered online for a 230 pick up showed up 5 min early paid and was told she would check on my order in a min. She proceeds to help three other customers one whom ordered ahead as well who got their food right away. My husband goes to the counter to ask about our order and the manager answers " well you have to tell us" not knowing that we did not to mention paid 50$ for our food then watched 3 people get helped before us. This place is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. Their food is terrible. Their wait time is terrible. They cannot take an order properly even after being repeated to them many many times. They cannot fix your order properly and will keep you waiting for them as they keep on serving other customers who came after you. Dreaded wings today 08/03/18 around 2230. The meat is super salty to the point where my blood pressure was rising fast. On top of that it had a bunch of oil. The garlic parmesan was even more salty. I have been to a few different wing stop locations, including this one several times. Upon entering I am greeted, and I always order online then come in about 5 minutes later, so the wings and fries are hot. Out of all the times I have been here, it's always fresh, and piping hot. Keep up the good work, great location local to my house with kind waitresses(if you want to call them that I saw no opportunity to tip which stinks). I usually don't give out bad reviews but this place just got me really upset. My sister lives near by, I happened to be in the area, I was craving for some wings so I decided to pop on in. My order is easy, i ordered what I wanted, got my stuff and went back to my sister house and surprised her. I opened the bag, took everything out and there was some stuff that were missing. Of course you can't eat chicken without any ranch! That's the main part. I ordered lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and plain. Now really how can you messed that up? Instead I got some other flavors, and no sauce . At this point I'm already HANGRY. I should be rating today's experience a 1 but I'll give it a 2 because the employees were very nice with MUCH friendlier customer service then their manager, Cesar. I placed & paid for my order (in-store) at 2:40pm and was told I would have to come back to pick it up at 3:45. Not a problem, I understood how busy they were due to Super Bowl Sunday. When I returned at 2:50pm, my order was no where to be found and it seemed they had no record of it. I asked him to please come back to confirm the contents in the bags, to make it was done correctly. He had a complete attitude, and condescending tone to his voice as if I was inconveniencing him. Again, I know they were busy and I'm sure he was working on adrenalin, but, you are the manager, #1. Be kind and Always use good customer service skills, especially when you have made a mistake and inconvenienced the customer. #2 Set a better example for your employees that are watching you deal with the customer that had just been inconvenienced.
