I was very disappointed with my experience at bb.q Chicken. My order was delayed by approximately 40 minutes, and there was little to no communication regarding the delay. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was charged extra for radish. After such a significant delay, I would have expected some level of customer service whether that's a sincere apology, a complimentary side, or some gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. Many restaurants go out of their way to take care of customers when delays happen, but that wasn't the case here. Unfortunately, no apology was offered, and I left feeling like my time and business were not valued. The food may be good, but customer service is just as important. I got two medium boxes of the boneless honey garlic wings, and the pieces were much smaller than usual, and they were very tough. I was a little embarrassed when I brought them to my family's Christmas party, because I had been letting my sisters know how good their food is.
