But today 8/13 at 3:15 i picked up my order and the customer service was astounding. So good that in my car im writing this review to make sure the crew working right now is acknowledged. From the register to the cooks everyone greeted me as i walked in. Told them my order and they followed every request to the T. I did like the lemon pepper as well. They were quite generous with the seasoning, so I don't recommend this flavor, if you are on the fence about lemon pepper. This place needs to get it together. I've ordered 3 times from this specific location and every single time the chicken is dry, small and way overcooked. Not sure if they pre cook a bunch of chicken prior to ordering and then just re fry it when it's order to warm it up cause that's what it feels like. Waiting for 30 minutes to pick up my order Saturday night. I ordered it online and went to pick it up at pick-up time but my order was not ready yet and they asked my last name. They asked me wait but no one called me for 15 minutes so I asked them about my order. Interestingly, it was ready already but those girls did not call me.
