But today 8/13 at 3:15 i picked up my order and the customer service was astounding. So good that in my car im writing this review to make sure the crew working right now is acknowledged. April 2025 I found this gem on my way back from running errands. The location is well maintained, with ample seating for groups. I placed an order in-store, and the wait time was minimal. Not sure if they pre cook a bunch of chicken prior to ordering and then just re fry it when it's order to warm it up cause that's what it feels like. Waiting for 30 minutes to pick up my order Saturday night. I ordered it online and went to pick it up at pick-up time but my order was not ready yet and they asked my last name.
