A couple of friends and I were craving seafood boil but the popular restaurant had a two hour wait time. So I checked Yelp and found this location less than five minutes from. I was excited because the rating was high, but it should have went through the reviews a little better. They are located in a shopping center plaza with plenty of parking and only indoor seating. I proceed to order one of their combo meals with the Cajun Daddy house sauce mild. I also ordered a side of hot sauce. We also ordered a pound of crawfish and a pound of clams and an order of fries. The service was basic. They put out a paper on our table and brought out our food. They are very skimpy on the lemon, salt and pepper. You have to keep asking for more and they give you very little each time. Let me start off with the fries - they were soft, not crispy and lacked flavor. The seafood is not fresh. I repeat it is not fresh, it is frozen seafood. However, they prepare it, it is obvious that nothing is seasoned or marinated. Their house sauce, which is the daddy sauce didn't do any justice for the seafood. Highly disappointed, especially that we spent a pretty penny. I stopped eating the crawfish and the clams altogether. I continued eating the combo which came with a lobster, crab, legs, and shrimp with the head on. I just could not find any of the seafood tasty. The lobster was terrible, extremely overcooked and chewy. The shrimp, same thing. The crab, it was acceptable. The best thing in this bag was the sausage. There was also potatoes and corn, but I didn't bother to try it. So if you are looking for something quick with no line, come here. My friend recommended this place to me a while ago, and I'm glad I finally went! We were not disappointed at all! Everything was priced very fairly, the seafood tasted fresh, and everything was delicious! You pay for everything first, and then you are able to seat yourself.
