Wing stop is one of my favorite fast food wing joints. Always come here for a quick meal while watching a game. Typically I order from door dash, and the food always arrives hot and fresh. Today door dash orders weren't working over the phone so I called for a pick up. The phone operators are professional and friendly, always quick and easy to place an order. They quoted that the food would be ready in 20 mins, i arrive around 25 mins later and the food was handed to me immediately after paying. Super quick and easy process as always which I love. Only thing they can improve on is the customer service at front. Whenever i asks questions the workers seem to be puzzled and never have an answer. But I don't expect anything more from a franchised restaurant. Will always be coming back to wing stop for a quick order of wings. Most of the time they get the order correct, but it's always min. 10-15 min after time quoted when order is placed. Last night it said 16-21 min. and it took over 50 min to get my order. My family always orders the 75 wing FAMILY PACK from this location. They have overall been pretty good about having all wings accounted for. Trust me, I count. Sometimes we have even gotten more. LEMON PEPPER is our all-time favorite! ORIGINAL HOT is always a good choice. The GARLIC PARMESAN is awesome too. I find Wing Stop's BLUE CHEESE to be the best one out there. Wish it was available everywhere. If you like your wings more crunchy, order them EXTRA CRISPY. But be mindful that some wings may become too crispy, especially the skinny ones. The mister works late sometimes and nothing is ever open past 10:00pm in our little corner of Valley View and Ball in Cypress. Wing Stop is open till midnight. Service was friendly. Cashier was all smiles and willing to offer sugestions. This place is a carbon copy of any Wing Stop. Exact same menu consisting primarily of wings and fries. They have that cool Coke machine with the zillion combinations of drinks and some beer on tap. The food is just okay. Our fries were bathed in salt. Way to much shaking of the salt in the kitchen. I used a napkin to wipe some off. Our wings were a little overcooked. Gonna set you back about $10 a person. Monday and Tuesday specials on boneless wings, .60 with a 5 order minimum. Just ordered for a third time during this pandemic. This is the second time I did not receive my drinks. The Doordash driver went and picked up a Soda for is. Props to Jeffrey for doing that. Well after opening up the bag and getting everyone's order. NO FRIES.... !!! What the hell..... Really. The order that was placed online was correct and they were glad to charge me for my upgrades on my order. BUT FAILED upon completing it correctly. I guess I will just have to pick up the order myself or find another location to go to and try their delivery. But I am even hesitant about doing that also.
