Hello, friends! If you all have followed my reviews thus far... you should know by now that I LOVE WINGSTOP! However, this location was a total miss for me! I'm giving it two stars, because my celery and dips were absolutely immaculate. But, upon walking in... I noticed a large amount of haze/smoke in the air with a burned grease smell heavily floating. The cashier wasn't initially friendly until I gave him my name and then he switched over into a more professional mode and nailed my order after that! I was then given my drink cup (I ordered an 8 piece bone-in combo with celery sticks and a side of lemon pepper sauce) and was disappointed to not see an updated fountain drink system like all of the other Wingstops in the Denver area seem to have! I love that I can have so many sugar-free options usually... but, my only sugar-free drink option today was unsweetened iced tea-- which I do love. But, the tea station was so buddied up to the nearby table, that I personally felt like I was intruding upon someone's space to get myself some iced tea. I'm sure they didn't enjoy my close proximity either! Anywho, we sat to wait for our order and the smokiness was not subsiding... in hindsight, I should've waited outside, because I ended up getting super nauseous from just sitting inside for 15-20 mins. Also, when my name was called for the meal pickup, the girl working the counter was really unfriendly. I always love to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and write it off like we all have bad days (we are only human, after all), but she was unpleasant to multiple customers... especially when they would ask her for a quick favor or a question in regards to the food they're receiving currently. My chicken was good, but the oil tasted a bit old/burnt and I couldn't tell if I was feeling ill from my food or the smoke inhalation. Either way, I won't be back to this location for a long time. I was so excited to see a Wingstop in the area, because I seek them out everywhere I go! But, this experience left me with tummy turmoil and I have felt exhausted ever since? Like my energy has left the chat, y'all! I hope whoever goes next has a better experience. Today could've just been a bad day for this location. It would be nice to see it get updated as well. We're on our way to Denver Airport so stopped by for my fav: lemon pepper wings. We had to wait 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. The interior was full of smoke from the fryers that I'm surprised it wasn't a breathing hazard! Thankfully there is seating out on the patio to eat. I get it that we walk-in folks have to compete with Uber Eats and Door Dash to-go folks. And it's a good problem to have for the owners. This place was really poppin off on a Thursday night! We had a midnight flight that we realized was delayed while already in the car. We stopped at this wing stop because we saw the $1 drafts advertised. The wings and ranch were great, and the Coors light was some of the coldest and crispest I've had in Colorado (I wasn't expecting it either)! The only issue was like many places they were severely understaffed for the amount of orders they are getting. The service is hit or miss I often see lines of people waiting for orders that generally take longer than you'd expect for fried food. I think they have a high turn over rate it's hard to run smoothly if you're always training crew. At any rate I still come to this location I just plan ahead. read more

This Wing Stop is the closest to our home so that's most of the reason we come here so often. The quality of service isn't the absolute best and the wings are definitely not the quality they could be. Convenience will always be a determining factor when I'm with my family of 7 but when my parents and most siblings don't need a place to meet up that's relatively close - we make our way to another wing joint. The people who work there are definitely not the friendliest, they don't seem like they ever want to take your order. Out of the 3 recent times we've had one person who's helped us and made us feel welcomed. The quality of the wings is a hit or miss. One time they were great! Well seasoned and cooked with a great amount of crispiness. The next time we went they were made so dry, and they seemed like they'd been sitting around and heated up before handed to us (that goes for the fries too). This last time we went they were okay but then the fries came stale and cold - and we ate inside, so that I'm a little upset about. This location is nothing but horrible service. I ordered from this location back on October 25th.. (Boneless Wings Day) and spent nearly $30. (30 wings, Large Ranch, Cajun Corn, and Rolls). The overall service would be rated a negative score if possible. I finally received a call back from their management on November 12th.
