I would not recommend this location. Online orders had a 20 minute wait time and our order took longer than 1 hour. I am 100% sure they lost my order. There was a large amount of customers impatiently waiting and the manager was just walking around. He was not helping with customers or cooking to get these orders out. I use to be a wingstop employee and this was not the way to treat their customers. I would recommend the owner to have a talk with all employees at this location. We were coming to wingstop fairly often, about once every week / every other week however recently the food has not been the same quality as it was before! When I place my order I always ask for well done fries because they tend to normally be barely cooked / soggy if you don't ask for them cooked this way! Even though I have been requesting this I am still getting them soggier than ever they literally just taste microwaved. I understand I am taking the food home but I literally live 3 minutes away and before it was never an issue they'd be well done! Another issue is the wings, I always get lemon pepper however the past few times there's like no seasoning on them - I literally cannot taste it! The staff is also not friendly anymore - I did notice new employees and it seems they don't quite know what they're doing when it comes to pick up orders. I had my husband get out to get the order and she said they didn't have an order under my name with that last name- so he had to come sit in the car so I could get out (have a newborn in the car) and she still couldn't find it! Then asked someone else and it was magically now my last name! This has happened twice .. not sure how they confuse last names on orders? Fresno needed a Wingstop on the Northside of town! It's definitely one of those places I crave at least once a month. My favorite are the lemon pepper, extra well done. The food is always fresh also. The only downside is that COVID affected the freshness of my fries! I normally eat in the restaurant because I love my fries extremely hot and fresh but thankfully there has not been any major issues. The food is always made in a timely basis in this restaurant. There is also little turnaround on the team members, which means they enjoy their time here so we always see a familiar face. Great location! read more

This store is quiet possibly the worst Wingstop I've ever been too. I'd much rather wait 10 extra minutes for my food ensuring it is hot and edible than get there and the food is cold. Placed an order online 8/20, a Friday night. I arrived at the restaurant about 5 minutes after I was supposed to and the place was packed with angry people. Apparently their online order printer wasn't working and so they had hours of back up orders. No big deal, I understand things happen and this was beyond the employees control. So I wait in line with others for... Awhile... Just to see if my order happen to go through. The girl at the register says they have my order but it would be another 30-45 minutes to make it. The thing is I had heard her tell that to the 7 people in line in front of me so I had a hard time believing that was an accurate time frame. It was late and I was tired so I just asked for the refund (an option she offered to me). I asked if she needed my card and she said it would be taken care of and the hold should be released to my account the next day. I knew this wasn't necessarily accurate but I understood what she met. Come Monday I see that my bank account was charged the full amount. So I call the restaurant just wanting to touch base and confirm they were processing the refunds from Friday night (several others asked for them). This is where my real issues started. The girl who answered the phone Monday afternoon was extremely rude and short with me, going as far as talking over me. I started the phone call (after being placed on a long hold) by saying something along the lines of "I think I may need to talk to a manager regarding a refund from the issue that occured Friday night." The employee immediately started talking over me saying "All refunds will be processed later in the week." I tried to ask for clarification and the employees name, both times she spoke over me and got progressively louder. Before I got to ask for a manager a second time she hung up on me. I thought about it for a bit and decided that the way the employee handled the phone call was completely unacceptable so I contacted Wingstop via their website. Radio silence. So I reached out on Twitter where within a few hours I was instructed to contact them via DM with my information. I sent my info and waited to hear back. Again, radio silence. Wingstop literally left me on read. A week goes by and I ask via DM again (a preferred method because I can see the read receipts, because let's face it, they haven't proved themselves reliable with communication) about the status of my refund. Their social media team then informs me that someone would contact me in 7-10 days of my initial complaint. If they had told me that in the first place I would have been a little more understanding. Now it's over 10 business days later and I still have not heard a word from the store, the website team or the social media team and I'm still without a refund for services not rendered. read more

My primary complaint is with the Manager Reyna and the hostile environment she has created for employees and more importantly customers. I was in the Wing Stop at 3660 W. Shaw in Fresno, CA 9371 waiting for a mobile order for 22 minutes and during this time I was witness to many wrong doings lead by Reyna the Manager. Within the 22 minutes I witnessed they harass employees calling them a "Hoe" for liking a song that played within the store. Afterwards I saw and heard the conversation with a customer who needed to return and get her order fixed. Reyna was shouting at her and rudely responding to her questions and concerns. After this I heard another loud conversation she was having with an employee where Reyna was talking about an employee who quit and stated "she couldn't handle the rush". At this point I was becoming uncomfortable with the services she was providing and the environment she portray at this wing stop and became impatient about my order that I had been waiting for 20 min And ordered 15 minutes before arriving. The staff said they were waiting on the fries. 5 minutes later still no fries.. A new customer had been waiting for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged by a staff member. When I asked an update on the order, Reyna began shouting and making rude remarks toward me. They then forgot to make the bone in wings we ordered. I tried to express my feelings about my service andmy order. Reyna began making louder comments about how it is not their fault and making very confrontational gestures. Management in this location is extremely poor and putting up with this kind of treatment as an employee or customer should not have to be tolerated.
