This Wing Stop's service is TERRIBLE. We have ordered wings ahead of time (twice) and each time we go to pick them up, THEY HAVE NOT EVEN BEGAN OUR ORDER. They told us our order would be done almost thirty minutes earlier than what we had to stay and wait for. Absolutely ridiculous. We'll order Pizza Hut's wings before coming back here again. If you don't mind waiting an extra half hour once you arrive to pick your order up, then you'll be fine with this place. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called to place an order at 11:30 ish, drove over 20 mins to get to the location from our Air BNB, the lady told me that I couldn't place a 50 piece over the phone because it was too large of an order. She informed me that I needed to either, A) Place the order online or B) Come in and place the order. I attempted to place the order at 11:36 online, it didn't work. I arrive at the location 12 minutes before closing to be greeted with an attitude(arms folded, dry voice) and to an employee telling me that they close in 12 mins... knowing exactly who I was because she asked if I had just called to place the 50 piece. She goes on to tell me that the online system closes down at 11:45 because that's when they stop taking orders. WHAT IN THE ENTIRE ____!!!!!!! Hands down the worst service I've ever received! Believe the reviews, they are definitely true! This place needs to hire new employees or shut the hell down!!!!! And this is the nice version of the review I REALLY wanted to leave!!! read more

One star for cleanliness. One star for great tea selections. Other than that, order took well over 20 mins though I was the only patron. Fries were soggy and too salty. Chicken tenders had too much gristle, were over fried, and sauce was scant. Really disappointing since the Wing Stop in Monroe is DIVINE! read more

I come to this wing stop all the time and it's good, but my last experience sucked. I called in my order so I could just pick it up they said 15 minutes. I show up probably right at 15 minutes so I expected maybe there's like 5 more minutes and it'll be ready, because I didn't see it on the counter or anything. I get my drinks and stand there for about 5 minutes, then sit down for about 25 minutes. I'm assuming they forgot about my order because everyone that was there when I got there was gone; and new people were there and I was still waiting. Order took a very long time and our order was messed up, but the staff was accommodating to our issues. Food was okay.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could! Took 30 minutes to get an 8 piece order of wings to go. Just sorry and unacceptable

Wing flavors are awesome, but the service isn't always there.

I've heard horrible things about this wing stop and all of them are true. I tried to call in my order and in the middle of my order I was rudely interrupted and put on hold. I asked to speak to a manger then I was hung up on. I decided just to walk in and again while I was ordering I was rudely interrupted and she kept giving me dirty looks because she could tell I was getting frustrated. Then my wings took 45 minutes and I only ordered 8 boneless wings. I'm upset it's the only wing stop on the island because I really do not plan on going back. read more

So I would say these five stars goes to the lady cashier, she was funny, nice and made sure I had everything I ordered before I left.

Absolutely horrible! The girl at the counter never greeted us coming in & then mumbled so low she could not be understood over the obnoxiously loud hip hop music playing. We waited 35 minutes for 2 baskets of wings & fries & watched the couple that ordered after us get their two full trays of several baskets of wings & cheese fries a full 15 minutes before our food ever came out. While we waited at the pickup counter (because the dining area tables were all dirty with trays & the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days & we wanted to avoid sitting by the bathroom in the back) I noticed everything covered in films of oily dust, the thermometer that belongs in the fridge out on the counter, the cook wearing no gloves, the bowls used to sauce & toss the wings were placed back on the shelf without being rinsed (so who knows how many orders have gone through how many layers of old sauce), the pick up counter was covered in ketchup & the utensils were stocked mouth side out (which is disturbing since no one wore gloves & how many dirty hands come through there just grabbing for a fork?), the girl at the register repeatedly ignored the phone ringing & frequently went to the kitchen area handling food with no gloves, & even the hand washing sink itself was filthy. When we finally did get our food, my bone in wings were nearly cold, the fries were soft & soggy, & my IBC was barely above room temperature (maybe if the thermometers were where they should be!). Had this wing date not been promised & planned for weeks & this not be the only place on the island to get wings (except Pizza Hut ALL the way across & down the island), I would have demanded a refund & gone elsewhere. This place needs a firm hand in management that will enforce cleanliness & customer service & a little sense of pride in your work. I am shocked that this establishment has passed any health inspection & I am disappointed it is virtually the only option people have for wings for about 25 miles. You'd think they would hold themselves to higher esteem than lazy employees in street clothes with zero sense of professionalism. I will NOT be returning here & I hope a better business comes along to have a decent dining experience at. read more

ZERO STARS!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never go there again. I ordered my wings and stood patiently waiting for my wings. After 30 mins I asked the lady if my wings were almost ready and she barked at me "has it been 18 min yet!?" My order had been sitting on the counter and nobody called my name. Then when I told her I don't need them and I wanted a refund she ignored me and pretended like she didn't hear me. I had to ask her 3 times and then she yelled again. "Okay can't you see I'm getting the Manager"! Horrible experience. read more

Ordered online so they have a print out of our order. Got a call after I left letting me know they missed putting in one order of fries. Got home to find out that they had actually left out a third of our order. Called to talk to them and they put me on hold. Then hung up. I called back. They put me on hold. Then hung up. I called again and actually talked to someone, who put me on hold and then hung up. Mediocre wings and horrible service. Place is dirty too so no going back. read more

Customer service is horrible . Ordered there last night and the chicken and fries were over cooked . Was put on hold three or four times.

I'm only giving this 2 stars because my food was good, but other than that the costumer service was HORRIBLE. Me and my girlfriend decided to stop in and order. As we walked in there was no one in the place but the 3 employees. There were at least 7 tables with trash all over them. Grossed out, we made our way to the counter. Keep in mind I've been to Wingstop plenty of times but never to this location. Every time I go I'm always greeted! But this time not at all. All we got were disguisting stares from the 3 employees. One was sitting down on his phone, the other woman was on the phone and when she got off the phone she was SUPER rude just taking our order. We wanted to stay and eat and have a couple drinks but we felt completely unwelcomed. They handed us our drinks and as we stood around waiting for our food we were still debating on whether to stay or not. Well as the employee started making barking noises and was pretty much screaming while he was talking it was very obvious that we weren't going to stay. I've never had a bad experience with wingstop but this location was just horrid. read more

This place is understaffed. Was told that my food would be ready in 20 minutes, I got it in an hour. To make matters worst a customer got in a fight with an employee. Employee handled the matter terribly by sticking the middle finger! I will never be coming back here! read more

The wings are just OK.. but not worth all the wait and worse, over the top bad attitude! These employees JUST DO NOT CARE! Terrible customer service... The restaurant was very dirty. The tables all smelt like a dirty wash rag. It took over 5 mutes just to order our food and we were the only ones in line. The floor was covered in food and trash. There was rap music playing with curse words. The soda machine looked like it has never been cleaned as well as the counters including where the silverware and drink tops are. I am very disappointed in the owner/management as most other wing stops I have visited were wonderful. The only good thing I can say is the employees are nice. read more

Ugh! After many failed attempts I will not be returning. Order through the app and choose the option to have my fries well done. Drive to pick up the order, drive all the way back to work only to find that my fries were soggy and old. I'm not kidding it was like they were fried 5 hours before I placed my order, soaked in water, then fried again to slightly heat them. Just disgusting! I then drive all the way back for fresh fries and I totally think they gave me the same fries again because the fries weren't even hot. Oh and don't let me get started on the wings that were overly salty. The kind of Salty that just hits the back of your throat and makes you squint..yea.. yea that kind of salty. Never the less the one up the road is amaze balls. By far the cleanest Wingstop I have been to, considering that I'm not from the Galveston area. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Best service I have received while being on the island. I will definitely be visiting again. read more

This review is for an employee who works there, I ordered it online as I do know sometimes it takes awhile (although I think that has improved from what I heard), but Edward (hope I remembered his name correctly, really seems to care about his job. When I came in to pick up my order he got it promptly but THEN he actually checked it. I had two items left out of my order and he called this to the attention of some gentlemen in the back in a nice way and then proceeded to give me the correct order and apologized it was not done properly the first time. The fact that he checked my order before I left to make sure it was correct was impressive. I know it should happen everywhere but it does not and so many times after getting home with my food I discover its wrong. I have to say their wings are delicious, sorry not a fries person so I have no idea if they are good or not but it was this employee Edward who made a great impression. Customer service is what makes me use a company again and again, if its not there I find somewhere else to spend my money. read more
