The staff here is a joke, the manager couldn't even keep up with orders going out or coming in. She was lost and unhelpfult to guest waiting and losing their patients. Nobody knew what anybody else was doing in this place. It took almost a half hour just to get a five piece barbecue wing order with nothing else. Horrible service. I waited 1hr and 20min for my order. when I got there at the store to pick it up it was suppose to be ready. They had me wait and wait. when I finally got my order I took it home not even 5 min go by and my wife tells me we are missing half the order. I go back and girl tells me I can't give You the rest of your order because I don't know if you took something out. Food is always fresh and tasty when eating in. Doesn't stay fresh long in the paper bags they give you though. My only complaint, is the huge turn around in employees. It seems like they always have a trainee on the phone and our order is wrong more times than not because of it, which is quite frustrating. Still, I understand people have to learn sometime, just wish they would have someone assisting them when training. The Mango Habanero Boneless were also tossed with flavor, it was spicy but also had a sweet finish down the throat.Louisiana Rub Classic was filled with exquisite seasoning added with the homemade style ranch to match with not only the wing but eh FRIES TOO!! Ordered through Door Dash. We paid like $40 for a big family meal and they didn't give us the fries or the veggies. It was literally just the wings. I called them and they were like "sorry, nothing we can do" -- we had people over and paid a lot of money for a whole meal and half of it was missing. The girl on the phone had the manager next to her and asked "if she comes to pick it up, can we give her the fries she didn't get?" And I heard the manager say "no, we don't know if she's telling the truth about it" basically calling me a liar. So we paid all that money, they messed up by not giving us what we paid for and then told me I was lying about it and I was out of luck. We order from here often. And it seems like every time we do there's something wrong. Wrong seasoning, no seasoning at all, missing sides, missing sauces and missing drinks. Today we ordered a combo and up charged for larger drinks and the drinks didn't show up. So when I called, they told me they would only refund me the .40 cents for the up charge but not for the missing drinks. Oh man, I love me my Wingstop. I was so excited when I first saw the banners advertising they were bringing one to town. Not just because I love a good plate of greasy and delicious wings, smothered to death in ranch, but also because they're open until midnight. This is something completely unheard of in Hollister. I believe in supporting both our local business, and chain businesses, because we need more of both here in town. The regular random early closing of business around here, the inconsistent service, and bizarre pricing really make me want to support anyone who wants to give it a go. When they first opened, it was great. The wings were good, the service was phenomenal, and everything was grand. I was hoping it was the beginning of a beautiful friendship, whereby I can grab food at 11:00pm in a town that shuts down at 9:00pm. Sadly, over time, the quality of the wings have fallen dramatically. The last three times I've eaten here my entire family has walked away feeling off. The wings are dripping with grease (not in a good way), the sauces are hit or miss, and the chicken occasionally seems undercooked, which is a concern not to be taken lightly. I so desperately want more variety here in town that I had resolved to keep giving it a try, until people in my family started getting violently ill after eating it. In the last two weeks, family members have had to miss work with food poisoning, spending the evening bent over the throne following a generous intake of the wings here. I write this one star review in hopes that someone there will see it, and determine in their mind to fix whatever has started causing this problem. We want you to succeed, we want to enjoy your food, and we want more restaurants like you in town. The food just isn't as good coming up as it is going down. The silver lining is that the service is still great. Might revisit in several months to see if there's a change. I'm rather adventurous with food, and my stomach can take some abuse for the cause. The food at this particular Wingstop is always decent, however, the service is always subpar. Last night's service was particularly poor. Over the course of our time eating at this particular Wingstop, we have ordered the rolls along with our meal perhaps half the times. We almost never get them. Whether due to them forgetting them in the bags (we pick up our orders) or just flat out not having them available. Everytime they have not had them they wait until after I am there picking up my order to mention anything but last night the young man behind the counter offered me an exchange (for things I already had on my order) or a refund. Not needing more veggie sticks or fries and elected to just take the refund. He has me step aside as I wait for my order to be ready (it's already past the window at this point.) Then a young woman comes to the counter with my order and explains that she has put some extra wings in the bag "since we were out of rolls" at which point I ask about the refund. I hadn't received any sort of confirmation that they had actually refunded the rolls. At this point, the woman confirms that the refund hadn't been done by the first employee and completes it. Then she proceeds to take out the extra wings, already in my bags, and hand me cash for the refund. Not once was an apology given by either employee. I know this isn't a systemic problem as I typically have great service in the other locations I frequent. It's a Wingstop Hollister problem. To tell a customer that you've given them something as a way to make up for their inability to provide what was ordered and then take it out of their bag is just ridiculous. A little customer service training would go a long way to help turn this place around. read more

This Wingstop location is the worst. The managers should once again train their employees and show them professionalism. The service used to be great and these past couple of months have been horrible- from slow service and long waits to incorrect orders and frozen food. I placed my order online and didn't receive my order until 40 minutes later after arriving to pick up. I get home and both of my combos were completely wrong so they must've given me the wrong order. We love Wingstop and get it almost 3-4x's a month or more. I felt that it was time to write a review because for the past couple times we've ordered, we never get what we order and it gets really frustrating especially when you're hungry and waiting to eat. Our special requests are NEVER done...either the chicken is undercooked and not well done, our fries are not extra well done even though we tell them 3x before getting off the phone, our veggies are always wrong and I feel like every time we come to pick up our order, it's never ready on time. 5 minutes late is okay but not 15-25 minutes...Then you get home and something is missing or completely wrong. Also, we've noticed that the staff is unprofessional. They're just there to play around and make money and don't care about providing great customer service. We hope upper management steps up their game and teach their employees about how to provide great customer service so that when we leave the store, we're all happy customers.
