ordered 30 wings for delivery, with half of them being Louisiana rub & the other half lemon pepper. there was no flavor on them whatsoever, got 30 plain. went to the store and they gave me some side of flavor. when I got home and started eating my wings, I noticed about 10 of them so far have not even been fully cooked... there was blood on inside of these uncooked wings... there could have been more uncooked wings that I ate and did not notice... hopefully I don't feel sick tomorrow. there was about 6-7 workers there too so I'm assuming whoever was responsible for my order could be new but they should be teaching them how long to cook them and how to actually season/add flavor to them. Best wing in town! If you're a wing person, don't bother with any other place. The wings are on the larger side and the fries have a salt and sugar seasoning on them. The service is fantastic and they have several tvs to watch sporting events. The owner said they would be opening more of these around town, so keep looking for them to pop up. I went in for the first time and didn't really know what to order. So I started small and got some boneless wings and seasoned fries. When the cashier had asked what flavor I would like, I was confused. I guess she saw I was and said all the flavors are right here. There had to be at least 20 different flavors. All sounding so good. I wanted to get atomic but wanted to try mild since it was my first time. I got home and opened the bag, and started eating them wings. Here is what impressed us the most, they have a short African young lady that you would think she is serving you a menu from a five star fine restaurant. She describes everything on the menu and makes each item sound delicious. The knack to make you feel so special is worth so much. I am honestly confused as to how people love this restaurant. The service was great, but the food was inedible. We threw most of it in the trash. The boneless wings have entirely too much breading and the sauces all have no flavor. The mild wings must have food coloring in the sauce to make it orange because there is zero spice, it just tastes like butter. The garlic Parmesan wings were just butter and Parmesan cheese, no garlic flavor at all. The atomic wings were dry and lacked any kind of flavor that could be described as "atomic". Always a good place to eat with great wings, usually excellent fresh-cut fries and lots of choices for seasonings. My only concern about the Orange Park, FL location is the neighborhood which is definitely not the best or safest. So one afternoon I was driving looking for somewhere to eat for lunch when I noticed a new spot, The Wing Stop so I decided to stop and give them a try.Unfortunately, I picked the wrong day as it was their opening day and it was an unorganized mad house!!! Barring the wait time (which really was unacceptable), the food was delicious. I ordered a 6 pc wing combo (garlic parmesan) with fries. I customized my order with requesting all flats and everything extra crispy. The wings were just as I asked, fresh, hot and yummy. The fries were perfectly cooked and well seasoned as well. I did not get a roll that trip but I have been back since (I work a block away) and you do not want to pass up on the rolls if you are a bread lover like me. I almost inhaled my roll right in the car as I was driving back to work. I've also tried the lemon pepper and while they were good, I'm not a lemon fan so I won't be trying those again but in all fairness it was just a matter of personal preference not the food itself. Like the other Yelpers have stated they have to get their wait times together but once that is perfected, The Wing Stop has a winner there. read more

Wingstop is great! I love their wings! They are alittle pricey and your wait time can exceed 40 plus minutes. They do have fries which are ok, everytime I get them they are luke warm. They should cook your fries after your wings are done. read more

My first time going to Wingstop. The lady taking the orders was totally unhelpful. I got my food boneless 4 wings breaded and 4 lemon pepper with fries and drink. Took 25 minutes, I was so ready to eat. The lemon pepper was horrible. Filled with too much salt and pepper. I felt like I was eating salt. I couldn't even eat it. I tried the breaded boneless wings. Horrible I eat 2 of them because I was hungry and paid around $11 and change. I went to the checkout to get a to go bag. The attendant was not there. The phone rings she ran out forgetting everyone in the line. I asked politely, "Can I get a to go bag." She ignored me. I just placed the tray on the table. Believe it or not she said oh you can leave it up here. Mind you she ignored me earlier and she as still on the call when she said that. I left the store hungry barely eat anything and out $11 + bucks. I will never eat there again. Worst food and customer service ever. read more
