Honestly this wingstop should just close down. They have no idea what running a business, farless for a restaurant is like. Honestly eating a bowl of nails without any milk or stepping on a lego with your bare foot ranks among things that would be more pleasurable than eating their sorry excuse for food. Not only is the food bad, but their employees are just as worse. My dad ordered wings directly from their website on night. Upon receipt of the food, we realized that the fries we ordered were missing, which isn't a big deal in of itself. The order was fulfilled through DoorDash so we contacted them first. DoorDash then told us to contact the store directly to resolve the issue. The young lady that answered was so rude and disrespectful, it made me wonder if she had ever had interactions with other human beings before. We explained to her that we were missing some of the items from our order. To which she gave a very poor excuse as to why it was missing. I am not an unreasonable person and neither is my father. We are totally empathetic to those who work of those in service jobs. We understand that sometimes that there are staffing issues that result in the decrease in quality of service and food. However, if you choose to do a job, you can at least try to do it well. This girl didn't even care to try and do this job. Upon explaining to her that items were missing, she stated that we should check the bag to see if it was in the bag. We explained to her that all items were removed from the bag and that we opened all the containers and no fries were present (fries and veggie sticks were the missing items). She said "well, normally I try to make accommodations for items if they are out of stock", which in a different context would be acceptable. But this girl or any other employee didn't notify us to tell us that items were out of stock (which to be honest is still unacceptable, because what restaurant that sells wings runs out of veggie stick and fries. Some of the most ordered items after the wings). So we begin to explain ton her that we didn't receive the items but yet we were still charged for them. This disgusting sorry excuse for a human being had the audacity and gaul to utter out of her crusty lips "what do you want me to do about that?" with the worst attitude. Again we reiterated that we were charged and the item was missing, she said that wasn't her problem and hung up. Again this girl is garbage cosplaying as a person. We called back and got a manager, who was a bit apologetic, but it wasn't genuine. I've been to this location in person, and it is very small. I find it very unlikely that a manager would be on staff at that moment and not have heard the exchange. So he's also a waste man. He told us to contact Door Dash to resolve the issue, and if they contact him he will confirm that the order was not completed as paid for. I guess he did his job, but this has happened multiple times. All the staff should just quit because it's clear that they don't care about what they do. And hey I've worked in service and retail so I know how it can get, but no one is holding a gun to your head forcing you to work there. And at the very least you can pretend to care about the customers. When someone pays for something, the very least you can do is give it to them. And if you can't, just be open and honest about it. This restaurant should get -100 stars but the review won't allow for it. Honestly if it came down to eating from this restaurant or eating 4 day old wet cat food, I would choose the latter. Do yourself a favor and order from literally anywhere else. DO NOT EAT from here unless you want to raise your blood pressure. You may want to fight the staff, and that does no good for anyone. read more
