I got confirmation 15 mins after say they got my order and I be delivered at 7:45pm. The door dash guys was waited there for 2 hours for my order! They kept telling him it be 15 minutes and 15 minutes later still nothing!!!! i went down to just cancelled my order and get my refund! There isn't a conveniently located Wingstop for miles, so pretty much they've been non-existent in my takeout options for far too long; years if we're being honest. Needless to say, I was thrilled to be able to grab those familiar Wingstop fries and some of the newer wing sauces. The service: Denise vs Dennis; my lifelong battle against take out counters and baristas, to name a couple...I just roll with the punches. Well, no change for me here, LOL but more importantly, the wings are just as good as always. I've given them the routine, multiple-try trio of visits since they opened up shop. The wings are classic Wingstop in shape and taste and there is still the staple flavors - Atomic, Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian etc. They've even added boneless options since my last visit. The french fries, with their sprinkle of sugar still are as mouthwatering as ever. The iOS app is pretty easy to naivgate, which makes ordering simple. Picking out a la carte items or going for the combos and add-ons are all easy to locate. You're not officially a suburb until you have at least one Wingstop. Some people need to realize they are constantly busy with not just personal orders but also a TON of doordash/grubhub orders, etc. so its better to order online so you dont get put on hold for a while, also expect long wait times. Anyway they have never gotten my order wrong and i have been many many times since I work near by. I walked in at 11:28 p.m. after I got off work. I was told that they were not accepting any more orders. I asked if they closed at midnight? She said they do but they had other things to do. I want to start with the good things, the staff member that served me was great. Friendly and talkative. The place was clean, not very busy for a Monday lunchtime and the wings were 60 cents. Although, there was no sign... I had to ask about the 60 cents wings. The boneless had a fair bit of chicken on them. The ugly, I got two different flavored wings, the Mango Habanero and the lemon pepper. Neither flavor was good. the lemon pepper tasted of butter and oil. The Mango habanero wasn't spicy or fruity. (I don't normally eat spicy foods, so these should have had me sweating). They were also cooked for too long, making the outside of the wing hard. I have never felt so disrespected by a staff member from Wingstop. Curtis Taylor who claims to be the general manager was the one dealing with my issue. Now it may not seem like a big deal, I ordered 15 classic cajun wings and received only 10. I was hoping to go back the next day and pick up the rest of my order after school, but Curtis was really rude telling me that I needed to go back at that exact moment and return what I had, whether it was eaten or not and he would replace my order. I wasn't willing to do that only because of personal circumstances that I am in. He then went on to tell me that he didn't believe me because he had managers working in the back. When he finally agreed to replace my five wings, he told me he was giving two weeks to go by and pick up the wings and he wasn't going to have my replacement order sitting around for months, which is what I initially wanted, to pick them up the following day. Online order# 75481083 June 25, 2017 @ 8:34 pm I have been here several times. Never have had a bad experience till today. I always order online so that I can simply walk in and out. Till today, there is never a line, thus picking up my order has never been an issue. Today, there was a line. No worry though, there is a whole other register area with a sign above and another sign in front of the register indicating "pickup online orders here." Due to the long line, I walked up and stood in front of the "pickup online orders here" register. Then along comes the employee that has gauze wrapped around his left forearm. Would give a name for him, but no name tag on his shirt. The guy asks me and another female who was there first. The other girl was there first so I said that she was there before me, but that I was there to pick up an online order. The dude then tells me that his register is over where he's at and not where I'm at. I then mention the signage to him, but he proceeds to ignore me and starts to help the girl. I then move over to where the girl is so that I can rip him a new one, but he then walks away to do something else. A girl then comes and ends up helping me. Before leaving, I make sure to tell the guy why I was standing where I was at. The guy, again says that his register is over where he was at. I then mention the signage again and tell him that it is very misleading. He then asks me, "what does the sign say?" I then tell him to look at the sign for himself. He does so, and then shrugs me off by saying "sorry" and then walks away again. I'm very disappointed with my experience here. We were so excited to see that Kyle finally had a decent wing restaurant. We ordered online and arrived to pick up our order. They handed my husband our bag and we came home to enjoy the wings. Upon arriving home we noticed that half of our order was missing. We were missing 10 hot wings, 2 orders of large fries, all of our ranch dressing and veggie sticks. My husband drove back to pick up the missing items. After waiting for over 10 minutes he finally spoke to the "manager" who informed him that there was little she could do to correct the mishap. She refunded him for the missing items. Staff members weren't very friendly, and I understand staff members wearing gloves but kinda defeats the purpose when there is cross contamination. You can't use the same gloves to process payments and also make the drinks (touch the inside and outside of my lids) and give me my food. There is No point to be rude and only allow one person at a time if there's going to be constant cross contamination! Please be careful especially times like these.
