Our order is always right and the food is always good. Online orders are processed quickly. People that work here are nice and friendly.

Staff members weren't very friendly, and I understand staff members wearing gloves but kinda defeats the purpose when there is cross contamination. You can't use the same gloves to process payments and also make the drinks (touch the inside and outside of my lids) and give me my food. There is No point to be rude and only allow one person at a time if there's going to be constant cross contamination! Please be careful especially times like these. Has probably the worst flavors I have ever had, especially when added to frozen over breaded boneless bites. The Louisiana Rub taste like I am licking a salt shaker, I couldn't even taste the Cajun flavor. The spicy Korean was nothing. I just placed an order for delivery and they left off half of my items! I contacted the store and spoke to the GM / Owner Rick and all he advised is that i could come get the missing items! This location is alot better than the William cannon location for sure. The staff is way more friendlier. But I wish they would pay attention better to online orders. My fries NEVER have extra seasoning like I request, one time it literally had none!!, my fries are NEVER extra crispy like I mark and my wings are NEVER wet, no matter how many times I ask. The food is fine. It's the customer service that sucks. There is always 5-10 people waiting outside for their food (usually 30-45 min wait).... and not once in the 10 times I have been here this month has any employee been courteous or happy to have customers. Not once has anyone said "welcome to Wingstop"... or "thanks for coming in"... "thanks for your business"... "have a good evening". None of that. It's just rudeness from everyone. Like you are bothering them for placing an order. I've heard more than 5 people talk about this same thing too. And it sucks for all of those door dash drivers... they wait there for 45 mins to get maybe 5 bucks for a delivery. You'd think Wingstop would appreciate them delivering their food, but no. They are rude to all drivers. Or how about offer some cups of ice water for all of your customers waiting in the 105 degree heat outside... just for you to act like they don't exist. Ordered through the Wingstop website today for delivery. So the delivery didn't tell you it's through Doordash until you finalize the order. Either way over hour and 45 minutes the order was still at Wingstop. We called to cancel and request a refund from Wingstop, since that who processed the charge on my account, and was told to contact Doordash to request a refund. After contacting Doordash they told us to contact Wingstop for a refund. We did this tennis match of calls for over 45 minutes until we were told by the onsite manager from Wingstop that if we wanted a refund to dispute it through the bank. Wow!!!! I have never had an issue wit this Wingstop but if you are using a delivery service that's promoted by your website you should stand by it as well. Customer lost! read more

Wing stop is always good regardless of the price BUT it seems the wings here are mediocre and not worth the money. Ordered 20 wings 4 different flavors with fries which didn't have any seasoning, also the wings just didn't feel and taste fresh. Most likely gonna order from here again but I want my money worth's. THIS WINGSTOP IS DIRTY I love their fries and but when you find MULTIPLE HAIRS MULTIPLE TIMES you start br disgusted by them . The first two times I went I found HAIRS IN MY FRIES AND WHEN I WENT TO GO ASK THEM TO REMAKE THEM NICELY ,THEY JUST LAUGHED! What kind of customer service is this ??!!??!? . I've been to several locations in Austin and have always been pleased. I stopped in last night and got a combo. The wings were dry and barely had any flavor/sauce. The buffalo sauce was a pool of oil at the bottom of the basket. I had to ask for extra sauce. The Hawaiian wings tasted like the sauce had been watered down. I usually love their fries but these had no seasoning. The only good things were that my food was warm and place looked clean. I would not recommend if you're a fan of Wingstop. read more

Everything is great except the fries... the texture was like sugar sprinkled over the fries... maybe there was sugar? I don't know but too salty for my liking. They told me the wait for my "to go" order was going to be 20 minutes, I was shocked it would take that long for 14 wings but then they had my order out in about 10 minutes. read more

These folks do a great job! Clean shop, friendly service. My new fav is the lemon pepper...extra well done. So crispy and tangy.

I find it odd a manager would have the employees prioritize her order of 50+ wings while there is currently 10+ people who have been waiting on their orders for 20+ mins this is outlandish and the manager should be much more professional and have better customer service to service her customers before preparing her large meal and 3 large drinks she took the time to do her final minutes on the clock. I have been going to this wing stop in Kyle since they first open . Very disappointed to say I will never be going again . Yesterday I waited over 45 minutes to get my food . That had been siting there cold. No one called out my name , but hey everyone was to distracted flirting in the back !! I spoke to the manger and asked for a refund . Let's just say HE IS A JERK ! For one he didn't want to give me the refund . My 10 month old was eating some fries while I was waiting for my refund. He literally came and grabbed all the food including the fries. They are super cool. The general manager recommended different things for us to try. The food came out quickly and tasted amazing.

Curtis is amazing, He is the GM at this location and he did everything in his power to fix a problem that a 3rd party delivery service caused, even though it wasn't his place to fix it. You can tell he cares about his customers and his business. read more

The employees and the manager at this location are completely incompetent. The female employees had a really bad attitude from the get-go even though they made a mistake on my order and gave it to Doordash. And had the audacity to give me attitude. Then they gave me veggie sticks instead of fries and when I asked if they could give me an order that was already done so I wouldn't have to wait any longer, the girl at the counter said, "obviously she's already getting them for you." At this point it had been over an hour after I placed my order. And as I walked out the door the girl that had brought out the order said "that's right, bitch." I called the manager to complain and ask for a refund and he asked if I did something to warrant that behavior from his employee. Then he said he couldn't give me a refund because I already had the food. I had to tell him I was going to take this above him and he said "that's fine, my name is Rick Im here everyday." Truly pathetic service that I had to demand I get a refund after I was called a bitch by a disgruntled employee. Management was useless throughout the whole thing although he finally agreed to give me a refund on ONE OF MY ORDERS when I had 2. It gives Wingstop a bad rep and I'll never come here again! Love wing stop! I would highly recommend double checking your order, especially at this location! I've ordered there three times and every time the people working looked rushed and confused, and our order has been jacked up, but not enough to drive back. I got say this hands down !! was one of the best wing stops I been too . Just moved from Cali and I like my wings a certain way extra crispy. This "wing stops " perfected the way to cook wings made to order ! I know this place is franchise but needs to get on that show "Dinners drives and dives" it's that good !! I'll start with their wings. They are amazing, I could eat these wings everyday of the week, galic parm and lemon pepper are the best in my opinion. Which brings me to my 2 star rating, simply because their garlic parm wings are so amazing... if it weren't for those I wouldn't go to wingstop anymore. Being that I work and live near a wingstop I have given them more chances then I should have. In the last 2-3 months I have ordered wingstop maybe 10 times most of time being a different location. The other location never, and I mean never got our order correct. So I tried this location thinking it would be better. 3 out of 4 orders were wrong. Everytime it's always something different. Wrong flavors, wrong type of wings, or a mixture of the two, missing fries, missing ranch, etc. I've seen it all and I order the same thing everytime as you may already noticed garlic parm and lemon pepper bone in wings, 8-12pcs depends.... how do you mix that up with a 20 pcs boneless bbq. I have officially given up on wingstop after I went there during the holidays and I "had" to purchase a drink with my wings. Okay fine, take my cups that I did not want and go to get my fountain drink. Surprise the fountain machine is already been "broken" done, but I didn't see that before placing my cup under the machine. I was instantly sprayed with soda.... so I went back to the register and asked for my money back for the drinks that I didn't want in the first place now that I have been soaked by their machine that was taken apart during business hours and they refused. Even went as far as putting the machine back together just so I could fill my unwanted drinks..... with that I will never return to this wingstop or any other one again, I'll miss you garlic parm wings :( read more

I am writing this review coming from a truly thoughtful place. My wife asked simply for a regular 20 piece meal extra wet. Simple. I was amazed that, considering the inclement weather, after we nicely asked just to return with our food, and get a fresh order, we were simply told "Yep bring it back." and were hung up on. But we are not a "stoop to their level" kind of couple so we let that go and simply went to pickup the replacement order and upon my wife picking it up she noticed that the staff chose to be facetious and POUR our sauces on our boneless chicken. So much so, that I literally am struggling to just eat enough to feel like I got my money's worth. Which led me to writing this review because you should not have to TRY to get your money's worth. I hope you guys realize that this world is full of people who are not as grounded as my wife and I. Please take into consideration that some people might take their frustrations into their own hands in a way that is much more confrontational than writing a review, after having their spouse disrespected and their meal and hard earned money essentially poured into a basket of sarcasm and nasty attitude.
