Unimpressed from the moment I was "greeted" at the counter by a very rude young lady named "Jackeline". I'm not sure if she's just mentally impaired or if she's just rude in general. Either way, she needs to find a job outside of customer service. I smiled when I walked up to the counter and proceeded to place my order. She interrupted me and said, "name?" Wow. So ok, yes, my name is Amanda. "What do you want?" Lol, at this point I looked at her like you've got to be kidding me. So I went ahead and repeated my order. She at no point smiled, stared at me stone faced and interrupted me several times while I was placing my order. I'll find another wing place to patron if this is the kind of customer service your location provides. Let me start off by saying the customer service is absolutely horrible it started with my phone order. the girl who took my order, and yes I do know her name but no I won't say anything, was very rude when I asked her to repeat my order back to me. Then when I got to Wing Stop I paid and she did not give me a receipt. I asked for a receipt and she said that they do not give receipts because of the coronavirus. I then asked her where is that posted in your store she could not show me so I asked to speak to her manager when I asked to speak to the manager she all of a sudden could give me a receipt. Then as I'm looking in my bag, I was missing items and she said oh we need to make you another fry well ma'am why didn't you tell me that when you gave me my bags? Soooo.... first of all they got our name wrong on the order, which made it hard for them to identify who placed the order when it was ready. Second, the fries weren't seasoned like they usually are, they were also burnt. Third, our drinks were wrong, on the receipt they were right. And finally, the staff was short and uninviting. Called to place an order over the phone and I got transferred 3 times. Extremely rude staff and they have cut back significantly on the wing sauce. I've dined here at least 8 times. The service has continually declined. Kids are working at the counter taking orders without any customer service training, or responsible adult supervision. The employees are competent, they ask all the question to do their job, but not courtesy at all ("sign at the bottom"; not "please", no smile, no eye contact), just getting through the task as quick as possible. Last time I went, the girl behind the counter was very rude (don't remember her name) and it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She kept walking to the counter and walking back to the kitchen like she was lost. They lose a star for that. Maybe not the best wings I've ever had in my life but when I'm craving wings, this is the first place that comes to mind. All the flavors I've tried were good although I would prefer if the garlic parmesan had some sauce instead of just seasoning. I like the fries but I wish they weren't so sweet tasting. A couple months ago I ordered online, arrived at the restaurant and paid for my food. 40 mins later and they forgot to put my order in. am giving wingstop 5 stars as have ordered there 3 times in last few weeks and each time was awesome the only food more critiqued on what makes the "best"next BBQ is chicken wings and individual preferences vary and people are very picky towards both that being said, in my experience, only 1 out of 20 wing places gets it right, in last year have had wings from all major competitors to Wing Stop and a few pizza/pub places offering wings and none were as good as Wing Stop ( even the buzz worthy new entry from austin that rhymes with cluckers) for the price, Wing Stops wings are good portioned, decent sized wings, cooked right and to order and well seasoned, ranch and veggie sides are extra and good portioned too garlic parm and lemon pepper are dry which my wife likes original buffalo and mango habanero are awesome and not over the top hot i will say being a chili head i thought i would like the atomic flavor, but think the heat additive is Dave's Insanity Sauce, which has never been a good flavor to me, i like hot but not when compromises flavor staff are friendly and service has been consistently good read more

I've been coming here a lot lately since the quarantine started. We always get great food and service from this location except today when i went to pay for my order using Samsung Pay. The cashier was reluctant to try it because she said they didn't take "Apple Pay". I told her it wasn't "apple pay" but Samsung Pay which works where you have a card slider. The 2nd time we tried.. it worked. At this time the manager came over and said that they were supposed to take it and they needed actual card swipes. So my retort was if i had paid online, you wouldn't have a card swipe so what's the difference. She said she could do it this time but they've been instructed not to take it. Upper management needs to look into this if that is what's going on. Its more secure for your customers and shouldn't be disregarded because your team doesn't know that it works. This is the best Wingstop around! Great customer service, fresh, hot wings and great tasting fries and ranch dressing! The restaurant was very clean and I'm so glad you still have a fountain drink machine instead of those nasty tasting Coca Cola Freestyle machines. I usually eat at this Wingstop about once a week for lunch, and it's always hit or miss!! I pre order my food so when I go to lunch I can go there and pick it up and leave. The online app ask what time you want the food ready, I'm guessing so the food isn't cold when you get there. If I request for my food to be ready @ 1:15 and I get there at 1:05 my food should not be ready, because if it is that means it has been sitting there waiting on me instead of me waiting on it. I do not mind waiting on my food if I arrive early but if my food is waiting on me then I already know it's cold! I work hard for the $10.00 I'm spending at lunch and it infuriates me when I either have to eat a cold lunch or I have to wait for my food to be recooked because it is COLD!!! I know for a fact if any of the employees went anywhere else to eat and were served hot food cold, they would be upset to. Great Hawaiian wings man! My wives favorite are the boneless parmesan wings and the French fries. The parmesan ones stink ta high heavens but they are great! The business itself is small do not take a group there! The tv is too far in the back so watch your NFL games at home. Me and my fiance go to wingstop all the time, though this was our first time at this location. The wings were piping hot and very good! Customer service was pretty good except for one girl who made us get up from the table we picked and said that we could not sit back and needed to sit closer to the front which we did not want to sit cause there was a table being obnoxiously loud. She told us there was a tea spill....So we moved up to the front of the restaurant just to watch them pull out ALL the tables, way past the small tea spill and mop up..closing duties. We went in two hours before close..I have personally worked in customer service for 8 years and what she asked us to do and why is not good customer service.
