I love this place. We used to go to Texas roadhouse all the time. Food there is amazing hands-down. Long lines it's a mess It's a mess. There's too many people drop drinks on us. Prices are good there however Logan's roadhouse has totally blown my mind. We come for a lot of their special specials or stake night for 12.99 with two side sides. Casual environment no pressure, great bar drinks, handmade specials. I'm worried too many people are gonna find out about this place and it'll be hard to get into. Hmm... food was pretty mid the top sirloin I ordered seemed more like a mushy pasty patty than a steak. Our waitress was pretty nice, a little not interested. After we got up to leave the hostess at the front during 3/26/26 @1:45pm backed into the walk way careless and made my wife have to swerve out newborns stroller so she wouldn't run into it. Food was good. Have say the batter they use on the chicken tenders was excellent. Probably not done in house but, still tasty and crunchy. Ribs are good, nothing to wright home about. Pass on the mac & cheese, steamed broccoli was good. Hard to mess up. Drinks good. Took a while to get them and would have ordered more but time was not on my side. Service was good, on top of our needs and made sure to check in often. The decor was rustic racing lodge, all natural wood and lots of posters. Could use a good dusting. All in all good experience. I don't think this place deserves even one star. First off, it was ridiculously cold in the restaurant. According to our waitress we were not the first to complain. She said people always make comments about the freezing temperature. She asked the manager to make it warmer but was told they needed a repairman to come check it. It took a while to get our food, and it was cold...not really surprised. Unfortunately after eating a few bites I realized my broccoli was turning yellow and had mold on it. I am totally at an O what an amazing restaurant and food I stumbled into. This is like a twilight zone experience comparing the amazing good experience I have versus the previous reviews. Let me be more specific appetizers were excellent. I had chicken wings. I had stuffed jalapeño bows as good as they get in a steakhouse. We had ribeye cooked to perfection good quality meat, baked potato, excellent, and buns. Don't let me start the best buns this side of the Mississippi . In short, you all have to come and visit this place if for nothing else just to boost my ego and reaffirm that my review is the right one five stars because I couldn't give more P.S. and the dessert again after so much food I should've skipped dessert. I walked into the hostess desk and no one was there, I even looked around for five minutes, the desk was a mess of menus just thrown around. One 4 person family was in the bar area. Large group to the far left wall, but no one else. Finally one of the waiters walked up and I asked if they were closing, the answer was no. I simply asked him, "who wants my money" because I came to eat. He sat me in the bar area and told me that some one by name would be with me. I couldn't hear because of the loud noise of the radio. Ok, let's get to the food: ordered pasta Cajun bowl, with andouille sausage and grilled chicken and a loaded sweet potato. It took 30 minutes to get the luke warm pasta and kiblet chunks of chicken and 5 thin slices of sausage. The sweet potato was not even hot enough to melt the marshmallows. Oh and the so called "hot rolls" were cold, the butter wouldn't even melt. Once again, they were not busy at all!!! The wait staff congregated by the kitchen area on one of the booths and laughed and had a good time. Come to find out the waitress who was nice was also the bartender of whom I thought was odd that she had a couple sit down and she started making drinks and had to pour out the first drink. I would hate to see the bar full. I looked up the reviews on Yelp and understood why things are what they are by the reviews that were left. Young people for wait staff, young people these days don't know how to work. I see it everyday in Construction. Pay attention to the people who pay your tips. I've been known to leave $50 cash tips for waiters/waitresses, but you got to be very good at what you do and take care of your tables!! I probably won't be back. Food was just a 3 out of 10. Our server was nice but obviously nervous as we had to ask the manager for service in the beginning. Kudos to the bus boy. The food was practically inedible we got the fried pickles for an appetizer, and they were the saltiest I've ever had. Then my chicken fried steak came out. Was a fan of Logan's in Florida, so we were excited to hear of one on Houston while visiting our grandson. It was such a letdown & we will not go back. The restaurant was empty, so not sure why the food took so long to come out. Our server was nice and attentive, but the food was not up to par. Our steaks were overdone the first time and the second time they were just unevenly cooked. My husband's rib eye steak was so thin that there was no way it could have been cooked correctly. Wow! Logan's Roadhouse offered the Ultimate Feast, and it was!! The prime rib was absolutely perfect, everything was served hot and fresh. My family was very happy with their Easter dinner, thank you so much Logan's Roadhouse. One small complaint, we did not get au jus or creamy horseradish sauce, but we did get ice cream! Overall, an EXCELLENT value for an outstanding meal. I hope they offer this deal for Mother's Day! read more

Three stars for the waiter Cornell or Quanell only! Honestly I felt really bad for the waiter it appeared he was the ONLY person working. We waited for over 10 minutes just to be seated along with other patrons that had arrived before us. There wasn't a hostess no where in sight. The waiter just started seating ppl bcuz the entry had gotten over crowded. That should've been our que to leave, bcuz that was only the beginning for a lot of waiting. 20 mins later our drink order, 15 later received drinks and bread, 25 mins later received very bland food. In spite of the long wait and bland food the waiter that was extremely over worked held it together! I felt so bad for him because it was very obvious he didn't have a support team working with him. This is definitely not the Logan's that I remember. I wouldn't be surprised if this establishment was on its was to closing like mostly all the others.
